The Suite is located in Newton Reigny which is a peaceful village 5 minutes drive from the historic town of Penrith. 5 minutes to the M6 and A66 allows for easy access to the Lake District World Heritage site (the closest lake Ullswater 15 minutes drive). Free parking on the property's driveway and space also available to store equipment.

River View cottage is located in the village of Lazonby, which is in the heart of the Eden Valley and the perfect cosy location to relax and explore the Lake District. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other has two single beds. There is a utility attached to the kitchen and a wood-burning stove in the lounge. The garden has a patio with a table and chairs and looks out onto neighbouring fields and countryside.

The property is 5 minutes to the M6 and 10 minutes to the A66 which allows for easy access to the Lake District National Park. The closest lake is Ullswater which is just a 15 minute drive away.
