Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.

Centrally located in central Carinthia, 5 minutes by car to St. Veit/Glan, 20 minutes to the state capital Klagenfurt with the beautiful Wörthersee. About a kilometer away you will find the idyllic Lake Kraigersee for swimming. In the village, there is a local supplier, a doctor and hot food to pick up.

The property is located in a quiet side street in the ducal town of St. Veit an der Glan in Carinthia. The rooms are located on the ground floor of a private house. The bedroom was built in 2021 and lovingly furnished. The kitchen was built in 2021 and is fully equipped. The bathroom was also built in 2021.
