Its a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath home walking distance to downtown Rome with a fenced backyard for privacy and pets. We provide every thing needed to enjoy your stay: sheets, towels, hair dryer, coffee pot, microwave, stove, refrigerator, iron, washer and dryer, 2 TVs with Xfinity Wi-Fi and cable. Our kitchen is your kitchen. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, dishes and appliances as needed. Before checkout, Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and clean up fenced yard, after pets.

Close to many attractions in Rome including Berry and Shorter Colleges and Darlington. Both bedrooms have queen beds. There is a full bathroom between the bedrooms, a Smart TV in the LR & Wi-Fi access throughout. The back deck has a table & chairs. Screened-in porch with swing. Fenced-in backyard. Parking on the street in front of home.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)

This charming barn studio is nestled in the country side of Adairsville Georgia. Guest can enjoy a hillside view of our beautiful catch and release pond where you are invited to fish. Wildlife is abundant here, common visitors are ducks, geese, herring, rabbits, and deer. We live on this property and love meeting new people and are happy to answer any question you may have.
