Hi! I have a 2-room apartment located in a quiet residential area available for rent. 5-minute walk to Jordbro station and 30 minutes by train to Stockholm City. You can find a beautiful forest, some playgrounds for children and a large grocery store in the area. The apartment consists of a kitchen/living room, one bedroom and one bathroom. Welcome to Paradise. Wake up to the sounds of birdsong and the wind. On the outskirts of Paradiset Nature Reserve is this gem. Close to town but still in the countryside. The villa trailer is located on a farm where we live. On the farm, there are chickens and horses, among other things. Marked hiking trails in the forest are a few hundred meters from the trailer. If you want to go swimming, it is 1 km to the lake. It is 1 km to the bus stop that takes you to the commuter train in Haninge or Huddinge. By car, it is 20 minutes from Globen.

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.

After all sorts of adventures in the nature reserve, a paddle, fishing or skating trip on the lake, or a swing into the city, you can come home to this cozy little house and enjoy the lake view and tranquility. Maybe you let the stress run off in the sauna or hammock followed by a swim or a nice outdoor shower. Here you are close to nature and the city at the same time.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. “La Casita” is our lovely basement from 1936 that we renovated to give it all the love it deserves. All you need in an all-in-one space. Fantastic for one person or a couple.
