Our small ground floor apartment has about 50 sqm, consisting of a double bedroom, a dining-living room kitchen with a pull-out sofa bed, an entrance area and a bathroom. TV and Wi-Fi is available, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, kettle, etc. A parking space is in front of the apartment, which also includes a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The apartment is best suited for three adults or a family with two kids.

Renovated in 2020, the apartment in the basement (yet bright and friendly) is located near (about 300 m) from Kochelsee. Just cross a road - a park will take you to the lakeside promenade. The apartment has a double bed (1.80x2.00m) and 1 folding sofa (1.85x0.75m as an additional sleeping place). A private entrance, a covered patio and a parking space are available.
