The place got everything what we needed, near the beach, quiet too. The host was responsive and generous, she let us stay for extra 6hrs and it was free. EJ, the caretaker, responded quickly whenever we needed assistance, he was friendly, and punctual. Thank you again, and we had a great experience staying at the place!

It was nice staying at mam Leonida's place. Th e place is awesome, neat and tidy. It looks exactly the same in the photos listed. Fast wifi, highly pressurized water., etc. and a very attentive caretaker..thank you so much. We will surely come back.

The caretaker was very friendly, and the host was highly responsive. The only challenge was that there was only one bathroom inside the house, while the other bathroom was located outside, which felt a bit scary to access at night. Other than that, everything was good.

"Charming beach hut!" The place was clean and well-maintained, giving us the feeling of having our own private retreat. While the beach itself was a bit rocky, it didn't deter our kids from enjoying the sand and having fun catching crabs. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. Both the caretaker and the host were accommodating, promptly answering all our questions and readily attending to our simple requests. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a peaceful beach vacation in Dasol.

I’ve booked Ms Juls place as my last getaway trip with my family before I head back to AU. I’m a Waze NAV user, the direction is very accurate. The place can accommodate multiple cars too! Ms Juls and staffs are very kind and thoughtful, not to mention Juls is a very generous host! Very accommodating to all our requests. The place is very private, peaceful and clean. We all enjoyed singing karaoke while hanging out the pool area. There’s also beach resorts nearby which can also be walkable from Ms Juls place. Cheap entry fee of 50 pesos per head to use their beach area. We went there and enjoyed hours of snorkeling and saw heaps of fishes! I highly recommend Granja Summer Villa, worth your money especially for big families’ celebrations like mine! My family of 16 pax, all slept comfortably during the night. Thank you again Ms Juls and staff, for hosting us in Bolinao! We surely enjoyed our getaway! The bonus sumptuous breakfast is to die for! We all loved it! See you again soon! 🙏❤️😘

Our stay in Patar Beach was great because of Dela Cruz Transient House. I am so glad that we found this place on Airbnb since it was much cheaper than other places. PRICE: 6800 for 12 people, much cheaper than others DISTANCE: Just a few steps and you will already see the beach. Just a 1 minute walk to reach the clear waters of Patar Beach. LOCATION: This part of Patar Beach is the best because the seabed is free of rocks compared to the other parts of Patar Beach. The water is very shallow and free of waves. There are a lot of stores selling food and amenities nearby. CROWD: This part of patar beach is very popular. One of the most crowded beach that I've ever been to but it doesn't hinder you to enjoy the place. Patar beach deserves this popularity. CLEANLINESS and AMENITIES: The house is clean and the amenities listed were usable. We were able to grill and cook while we were staying. HOST: The host is very punctual in replying to us and is very hands-on when we got there.

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were accommodating and even provided us with free breakfast for our overnight stay, even though it’s usually for guests who book two nights. We were also surprised to receive free merienda, one of my favorite mango sticky rice. The place was clean, aesthetically pleasing and well-equipped, with toiletries and a fully functional open kitchen that made it easy for us to prepare dinner. We just had a small issue locating the place at first, but everything else went smoothly. Overall, a great experience!

The place was worth the money, it was very affordable. Also, it is huge and spacious. There were only two hiccups, the map location was not perfect as it was a little difficult to find the listing, we tried waze and google map, but still could not locate, so I had to find a tricycle to show us the place, and there was a tiny prob on connecting to the wifi, password was not working. Despite of the hiccups, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends, it is perfect especially for big groups. Love it! One more thing, the host Nena was professional and very accomodating. She should be a Superhost. Thank you host!
