My SmartHome in Bonn with view on Siebengebirge

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 minutes) and right on the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the sky programs on the TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min), you can quickly go to Bonn city center. The S-Bahn [suburban train] to the airport or to Cologne is a 10-minute walk away.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but in the middle of greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train takes 11 minutes to the main train station. The House of History is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center 1.9 km away. The open "shed" has its own entrance.
