**Professionally Managed Property by Park City Host-Vacation Rentals** Welcome to our beautiful Studio, 1 Bathroom Treasure Mountain Inn condo on Main street! **Property Overview" At the heart of downtown this location is the perfect get-away! The unit is located on the second floor of the Treasure Mountain Inn Building (Second Building) overlooking the courtyard area and pool. Access to this unit is via stairs only. There is a private entrance with a keypad lock and your own access code. There is fresh new paint throughout the unit and no carpet! The Studio boasts a King Bed with a Queen Pull-Out couch with Memory Foam, black-out curtains, and a connected bathroom. LED Lighting is throughout the unit as well. The kitchen has been updated and is fully-stocked with all of the necessities. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a microwave, stove top and oven, and small refrigerator and freezer. Cable TV is also provided. Wifi speed is 1000 mbps. Enjoy views of the courtyard and pool area from your own private balcony or relax in the pool/spa. The city bus stop picks up close by Main Street for easy access anywhere in the Park City area. Some amenities are shared like the pool/spa, gym, and laundry room. The courtyard spa is available between 4pm-10pm. The Fitness Center is open 24/7. Laundry Room is located on the first floor of each building and is open 24/7. It is $2 per load to wash and $2 to dry. Guests can check in 24/7/365. All access instructions will be sent once the reservation is confirmed. You will have access to the entire unit. **Free parking is available for guest. Parking passes are available in the unit and will need to be put back prior to departure. Your car will be towed without a parking pass** **Location** The unit is located in Historic Main Street. You are just steps away from world-renowned restaurants and ski resorts. **Getting Around** Getting around Park City is very easy. Uber and Lyft are readily available in and around town and the slopes. The bus system in Park City is excellent as well.
