Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

This first floor flat has been refurbished to a high standard. The accommodation is best suited to one or two guests, however, the use of a sofa bed is available for guests not wanting to share or for larger parties for a short stay. The bed is English king size (150 cm wide) with Egyptian bedlinen. Modern well fitted kitchen, bright lounge/diner. Bathroom with shower bath and washing machine. Off road parking. Our 3 bedroomed house is situated in a semi rural situation, in the historical village of Irby. Here you will find 2 pubs, 2 restaurants, shops and amenities. We are close to a number of beaches including Thurstaston and West Kirby, and are within 300 metres of Thurstaston common which provides wonderful walks through the ancient woods of Roydon Park. There are a number of golf courses on our doorstep, including Caldy, Royal Liverpool and Wallasey.

Robin Lodge is a cosy self-contained studio apartment suitable for 1 guest, with its own entrance and free on road parking in a quiet suburban area of Woolton. It’s an ideal base for people working in the Merseyside area or visiting Liverpool. The village of Woolton is within easy walking distance and has numerous restaurants, bars, and a Sainsbury's supermarket. The Black Bull and Bear's and Staff pubs, both serving good food, are 5 minutes walk.

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.

The cottage is in the heart of the beautiful Port Sunlight on the Wirral. It is ideally located for exploring this stunning historic village as well as the Wirral peninsula, Cheshire and Merseyside.
