The stay went well. (uncle name) was very friendly, very nice, polite, excellent communication. We enjoyed the stay. This is my 3rd stay and every time it was nice stay in terms of clean and pleasant atmosphere. Near by we will get Nice food courts, ice cream parlors. I gladly recommend to any one to stay there. I will give 5/5 rating.

To be precise, a feel good place with a wonderful host..

You cannot deny the value of this place with excellent location, access to a gym and great hosts.. There is some construction noise however this is part of this being a freshly built place and the price reflects this .. Great hosts who really turned a bad mood I had due to some difficulties around with their good energy and helpful attitudes.

Getting to Santosh's place is assured. A good night's sleep is assured too. Cute and cozy place.

Santosh is a really good host, a wonderful person to speak to. The accommodation was much better than I expected, good location, amenities, and best value for money. But the best thing about staying here to me is the hospitality given by the host.

Our stay at Sunithas Airbnb was perfect. The place was very clean with a lot of space and good facilities. Sunitha responded to any questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out was easy.

Clean, Really big & Private. Sparkling clean & extra-large washroom. Sunitha & her assistants are very helpful & prompt. There is a bit of mosquito problem so beware. The locality is not the poshest one so the lanes are bit narrow & broken, moreover getting a cab can be a challenge sometimes. Absolute perfect stay but beware of the locality!

The place was exactly as described in the listing. The space was clean and everything we need was made easily available. Pavan was in touch throughout and was providing us with all clear details about the Airbnb from the day we booked the place and leading up to our visit. He was quick to respond to all our queries and also made sure to follow up on if we were comfortable and needed anything else while we were there. The caretaker also helped make our stay very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Pavan's place. Room was neat and terrace had a beautiful view in the evening. Caretakers were nice and helping. Food was quite tasty especially dal tadka. Pavan responded promptly and even arranged a laptop table, chair on request.

Great stay at urban nest penthouse, Gachibowli. Room had all the amenities mentioned in the description. Very friendly caretaker Mr. Mrityunjoy, who also cooks delicious and homely food.

It's a nice place. The penthouse is basically a room on the terrace. I was there for just a day for some work . The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. The care taker is nice and helpful. You can also homely and nice food prepared on prior intimation. I found it a but spicy but it was expected considering its Hyderabad :) Overall, a nice experience :)

Everything went very smoothly from my initial query to leaving Mukul's delightful place at the end of my stay. The appartment is very homely, tastefully decorated and has a very relaxing vibe. Mukul was on hand when needed but I had the space to relax and chill. I had full use of the shared facilities e.g. living room, kitchen, etc. and the place was spotlessly clean. My room was lovely too alongwith a private bathroom and extra blankets for those chilly Hyder nights. I chose Mukul's place specifically for the location - as friend's live nearby - but was delighted to find that in addition to the location, the appartment was great too. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if visiting Hyderabad.

Decently spacious even thought the listing says studio. We had the typical penthouse type experience. Loved it. Only incase you have a car, parking can be a concern as the vehicles are parked outside the apartment.

Place is nice to stay if you are having work in that area around. Everything basic is available and the grocery/pharmacy shops are close if required. Caretaker is nice and would attend you for your needs promptly including the directions when you come.

A superb host with a budget friendly penthouse. The place is well maintained and has a big terrace which is connected to the kitchen. The bedroom with a big window that lights up the room completely. I really felt I have been super lucky to get this place at this price. God bless you Uday!

Great place to stay on the top floor with a good view. Everything that you need is provided including basic toiletries and kitchen supplies. I really enjoyed my stay and Arjun (the doorman) was incredibly friendly and greeted me with a smile every time. I never got a chance to meet the host but our communication was always smooth and he responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Hyderabad ~

My parents and sister were coming to Hyderabad. I was very confused where to book the space for them to stay. I came across this Air bnb and after reading the reviews I booked it right away . The stay was comfortable. The location is perfect . There are many local shops nearby like medical store, grocery store, small tea stalls where you can just walk in. Uday is a great host, though he was not available in person ,he made sure to check with me if the say is comfortable. And the watchman was also very helpful. I am glad I booked this place . Book it without thinking much guys as you are going to find a comfortable stay at unbelievable price.

We stayed at Uday's Penthouse for one month with our 2 1/2 year old baby. We loved our stay. We rented this place to be close to our hospital to give birth to our second baby. We couldn't imagine a better place to bring our newborn with us and spend the first few weeks of its life. The house is on the fifth floor, very independent, with a nice balcony in the front and a large balcony in the back. We could see sunrise and sunset from here. The bedroom was decent sized with an A/C and attached bathroom cum toilet with hot water. The living room cum kitchen is also decent sized with an attached second toilet. The kitchen was basic with two gas burners, basic utensils, and a refrigerator. There were two large 6 1/2 feet X 3 1/2 feet floor cotton mattresses that you can place in the living room if you want. We mostly slept on those mattresses as they were very comfortable and all four of us could fit on them. Wifi was very strong. Arjun, the caretaker, refilled the water whenever it was needed.  The place is just a few minutes walk to markets that sell fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, diary, bakeries, nuts shops and everything else you need to stay short or long term.  Arjun and his family were very nice and always there to help us with anything we needed. We did not meet Uday, but we spoke to him a few times over phone and exchanged messages via Airbnb. He was kind with his messages and always eager to make sure our stay was comfortable. He sent a few gifts to our newborn and our older daughter which was nice of him. Overall a wonderful place to stay and the hosts are equally nice. A great place to stay for short and long terms.

Great place, great location. If you want to be on this side of town, you can't do much better. The building is nice and secure and there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. The space is pretty standard and exactly as I expected. Large enough, lots of room to relax. The internet and TV were great. The air conditioning was only in the bedroom and was perfect. The washer was very handy, and the house staff was very lovely.

It was nice stay. I stayed with My family nearly 30 days. Easy access for metro and all other places. Satish and watchman Anand Rao are nice and helpful for all things.

It was an awesome experience!! I shifted from Delhi to Hyderabad but I didn't face any difficulty through out my stay. It's closely connected to the metro(5 to 8 mins of walk). You can enjoy the park view from the house. The host and manager are really very kind and very responsive. I was little worried for the security but did not find any issue with the security, watchman stays there 24*7. I will definitely recommend to book this property. Thanks, Sudhir.

3rd time visiting this place....I feel like a homestay....

Definitely you felt a great stay at anil's house.if you are a nature lover go and stay there because of a wonderful park view in front of a door.

Its a great place. I was travelling with my pet. It has lot of open roof top space where I used to play with my dog. If you are looking to eat there are plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner places around with in a 5 min walkable distance to eat. Metro is a very short walk of 10 min. So I ended up extending my stay here :) ...

Beautiful place to stay. Very close to the local shops, restaurants and the Metro station. The place is very spacious and quite opposite to the park. Watchmen and care taker are very helpful and the hospitality is outstanding. Hence I highly recommend this place 😊 Once again, thank you Anil for accommodating me and my friends the other day.

The house is at a quite place. Super market, medicine shops are just 600m away. The house was clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. I am not sure about washing machine,as I did not use it. Perfect for a single person and couple can adjust. Bed is not specious but still adjustable by two people. One can get ola, uber and auto easily from this place. Surroundings are really good and host was awesome. He is really quick responsive. We had some internet issue, but he solved it quickly and internet speed was quite good. I will highly recommend this place for the surroundings

Pavan’ s place The Urban Nest is very convenient to stay for a short stay in Hyderabad. Caretaker Uttam is a very good cook and attentive. Though I wished the attached bathroom should been maintained well with working faucet and washbasin tap also. Location is very convenient. I just wish that there should have been more safety for our valuables. As ,Unfortunately I suffered a loss with my valuables. One should be just careful for their own valuable things. I learnt my lesson a very hard way by staying here. But, I still highly recommend this place for its location and the service. Thanks Pavan Reddy.

This is a very nice place! It has beautiful views from the penthouse suite. I did have some trouble with the dog barking while I was trying to sleep, but as soon as I told the owner he had the caretaker handle it. The caretaker was AMAZING, he honestly went above and beyond to make my stay feel as comfortable as possible. I even got sick while I was there and he went to the pharmacy for me and got me medicine. If I could rate him, I would give him 1000 stars ⭐️!! Only downfall was the showers, but that’s because I’m a westerner and we’re just not used to having showers right next to our sinks and etc... Also you had to push and hold the button for the shower to work, I would recommend this be fixed. Other than that, this was a perfect stay!

Apt has 2 beds, 2 baths, living area and cooking space and out the apt is a deck. You will need to climb 2 flights of steps. AC works great. And fans too. The cook, Uttam, is a great cook, and we enjoyed the food. Anything you need Pavan or Uttam will help you.

It is definitely a great place to stay.

Simply superb. The workers are nice and place is in a residential area and quiet at nights. I suggest you try ordering food from Swiggy (mobile app) if you cant cook. There are a total of about 8 rooms in the building so its not crowded or anything. But the place/building needs a good washing machine which is a must for long term stay (the current one they have works but is old and outdated and only suitable for less items)

The apartments are great. Staff are friendly and helpful. I expected a better wifi but the one provided is good. I enjoyed our stay at Pranava and would recommend this place.

From the first day when I had loads of queries and questions you have been so kind and patient with me. Rate of quick responsiveness made the experience more enjoyable. The place is superbly kept and the caretakers Mr Mritunjoy and Devender have been great with all their help to us. They were always aprraochable any part of day or night. The location of the home is also good - very peaceful and away from the city noise and huzz- buzz. The food prepared was so homely and clean also not at all costly. Given that my mother also stayed with me, she being an elder person with an old school of thought that staying in hotel or homestay isnt safe changed her mindset after this exemplary experience. In short its the best deal in terms of value of money and satisfaction. Cheers to the Urban Nest team and be assured that booking this is the best choice!

Was in town for a wedding and this place was exactly what I needed. Clean room, a clean bathroom and very helpful staff.

If you are looking for a calm place to stay after a day long work, if homely food is your preference during your stay, if friendly cum homely touch is expected from the facilitators ( Mrityunjay and his team) then go for urban Nest. Every need that may be felt during your stay is made available by Mr Pavan Reddy (ironing board, Washing machine). This will be my place of stay whenever I am in Hyderabad. Kudos to you. Had a wonderful stay. Host is very quick and helpful in responses. The caretaker is also very helpful and readily available. Communication wise it is perfect. Only there should have been some RO filter or aquaguard for drinking water and a grinder in the kitchen. Overall it is a great experience.
