Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

The holiday apartment on the lake 'Altmühlsee' is located in Gunzenhausen and is a great accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 30 m² property consists of an eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 2 persons. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The room is suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two people. A travel cot for a toddler can be provided on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, which leads to the apartment, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake district are very close.
