I've spent 7 days in Filou's cabana. It was a really nice experience. Filou was available, reactive, really attentive... the perfect host. Everything was very clean. We've loved the good vibes of the place...well decored and furnished, like pictures. The garden is very cool, with sound of birds, surrounded by trees with an amazing view of Guapulo. We recommend Filou and his flat!!! Thanks for everything :)

Filou's little house is very beautiful and comfortable. It is close to the center with many restaurants and cafes. The house has a tremendous view from the bed. E Filou was very kind with everything and was very helpful.

Beautiful apartment with under ground garage. Close to good restaurants. We had everything we needed. Jorge was very helpful and quick to respond.

Marielena's place is fantastic with the most awesome views of Quito from the balcony and bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 1.5 baths and a comfy bed. Solid 25 Mbps cable internet and 24/7 guard downstairs in a very safe neighborhood, Supermaxi is about 4 blocks away. I stayed here for a month a would absolutely stay here again.

The studio is perfect for 1 person or 2 for short term. The bathroom is big and the balcony as well. The location is between two bus stations and close to a small mall with everything you need. Juan was a great host. It is quite noisy because it is directly at a big street, but you get used to that. I would come back next time I am in Quito

Excellent attention

The apartment was clean, convenient, close to restaurants and safe with building security. (enjoyed the pool and sauna)...Taxi services and Uber worked well from the location. A bit of trouble with the washer/dryer combo ...Doris was prompt with helpful instructions..Our great stay was abruptly ended after two of four nights...Wife and I were luckily rerouted early out of Quito Airport in the final hour prior to the directive by the Government and Ministry of Health of Ecuador closing the airport due to CONVID-19.

Incredible views in a beautiful part of Quito!! Doris had water, tea, and snacks for us and was very responsive to any questions we had. Check out the 360° views from the roof top! Amazing!! Cute little coffee shop next to Yoo Quito. We feel lucky to have found such a beautiful place to stay!

Great place to stayed

Doris' place is absolutely amazing. The building is both new and modern and located in one of the best and safest areas in Quito. The apartment has all the amenities you could ask for (washer/dryer, microwave, tv with netflix, and probably the best shower in all of Quito). It also has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the city. It is close to many restaurants so if you don't feel like cooking, there are a ton of options around you. It was sparkling clean and extremely comfortable. Easily a 10 out of 10 and exceeded my expectations. Doris was a a fantastic host and while I did not have the need to write her much, whenever I did write - she responded immediately. Thanks for the amazing stay. I would highly recommend.

Doris’ place was a pleasant surprise. The condominium provided all the amenities that we needed. We loved the rooftop views as well as the gym area. We would definitely return.

It's very close Carolina park. From dinning room and living room ,you can enjoy the beautiful city view. I took lots of beautiful pictures. We really liked the small apartment! Kitchen and bathroom are sparkling clean and very well equipped. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Paz was super fast and she was always open to our questions. We were able to store our backpacks before the check-in as well as after the check-out at the security guard of the building. The key handover with him also tapped top.

Paz’s place is conveniently located with good views of the city. The building felt safe and the doorman was very helpful. Great value for a two bed room apartment.

It is a very nice and clean place, Joshua quickly answered my questions, is a very nice person and the place is perfect because it has its own entrance and is very close to everything.

Nice quiet location, close to Guápulo if you like to walk into a bit of nature and close to La Floresta if you want some more culture / restaurants. No washing machine but there are some laundrettes nearby. Feels safe.

We rented Juan Francisco's accommodation for 10 days. A very good safe place to stay. The street is a bit noisy during the day but for the night everything is quiet. There is a small restaurant right next to it. The location is good not too far from everything.

The apartment is like prestented on the photos. Its located well, in a safe, main street (but no noise), many cool cafes/bakeries/restaurants in the neighbourhood (especially recommended Hay Pan for breakfast!), the communication was very quick. We used also the option of airport pick up (recommended).In general, the hosts were really helpful and responsive. The only recommendation we can give is to consider a small portable heater for the bedroom, as the nights in Quito are quite cold (especially if you are from Europe and used to have heating in your apt). Nevertheless, the blankets were provided. The laundry and dryer are available, which is also a big plus. In general, after visiting the old town of Quito I really recommend to stay in the area of the apt, rather than in the center (you can get easily to the center for a few $ with uber).

Juan responded to any question really fast. It is a good location with lots of restaurant nearby. There is a bus station close by that can take you anywhere in the city. I recommend the place to anyone.

Zolanyi, Daniel, Alfredo and Sebastián were excellent hosts during my stay, always attentive and friendly. The house is very cozy and breathes an air of tranquility. The view is beautiful over the mountains and the spectacular mist at night. Very well located, the house is in a cultural neighborhood of Quito where there are always open cafes and restaurants, and for those who want a closer plan of nature, Guápulo Park with its beautiful mountain and long and short hiking trail, is located located 5 minutes from the house. I definitely recommend this place and its wonderful hosts, who always made me feel at home.

Zolanyi's house is very warm and inviting . Ireally enjoyed living with her and her family while here in Quito for my last 2 months. The location is superb especially if you want a more quiet and relaxing setting that is close to quito center, but away from the bustle . i love guapulo. and the home is very nice, very welll decorated. i always felt welcome at the house.

This apartment is a close walk to wonderful brunch spots (Casa Warmi <3) and other restaurants, and it has the best, floor-to-ceiling view. We saw rain storms and fog come into the city from miles away. It was truly beautiful.

This place is a gem! We stayed 2x nights here and had a great time. The apartment has striking views and you literally wake up above the clouds! Everything was perfect and we can’t recommend this enough. The hosts were super responsive and even helped organised an airport transport for us. The apartment is in close proximity to eateries too which is a bonus!

We highly recommend staying here when visiting Quito. As others have mentioned, the view is spectacular and the location allows you to visit all the highlights in the city by walking or with a short taxi or Uber ride. There’s lots of closet space and the shower was great too. It’s in a very safe neighbourhood with restaurants and other amenities nearby. Enjoy!

The apartment is well central in the forest. The forest is very beautiful, artistic and quiet. Lucia is very friendly and helpful. I had a very nice time :)

Lorena’s house is really cute. She has three dogs and a kitty cat. All four pets are very friendly and cute. I didn’t really see Lorena but when I arrived I was greeted by her friend Imelda. She showed me around and gave me towel and the key. When I did see Lorena she asked me how everything was going. She’s a friendly person and I get why I didn’t see her, she runs a restaurant downstairs. The area is quiet and it’s near some of the coolest spots in town.

The landlord is very warm and kind. Definitely a rare experience, and pizza is also delicious haha!

Lorena and Malena are very friendly, there is a bar under your house, but with a pair of earplugs you can sleep well. The lodging is close to restaurants and plaza foch, they also have adorable chau chau.

This rooms is spectacular. The apartment is beautiful, located in an exclusive sector of Quito. For very few dollars (Us 2 on average) you are in the historic center and other tourist places of Quito. In addition to the luxury and comfort of the room I loved its panoramic view of the city and listening to the birds at dawn.

We had a very enjoyable 5 nights here and stayed so late on the first day. The landlord had been waiting for me. I was very moved and asked me to call a car when I left to make it to Benios. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house has beautiful scenery. Fortunately, I am the first Chinese to stay. The host took care of me, and I always use the kitchen and dining room, thank you very much!

Carmen's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It's very nice, cosy, with stunning view and in a calm and safe neighborhood while not being far from the center. The building has its own guard. The apartment has everything for both short-term and long-term stays. While not being spotless it was clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary and I never missed a thing. There is a washing machine and a dryer which is very nice. Carmen is a great and kind host and she's always ready to help or give an advice. Overall my stay was great, than you very much Carmen! :)
