Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. Kom heerlijk genieten in onze, tot loft omgebouwde ruimte in boerderijwoning. Laat je verrassen door de unieke ruimtes, het licht, een eigen tuintje, en alle comfort van nu. Perfect geschikt voor vier personen. Een vijfde en zesde persoon welkom op aanvraag. Zij slapen op de vide van de master bedroom die in open verbinding staan. Er staat een ruime twee persoons slaapbank. Zie foto’s Onze plek ligt vlakbij natuurgebied Waterdunen en 2,5 km naar zee.

Studio OverWater just over the water, beautifully central

Welcome to Studio Over Water. This beautiful room is in a quiet place 900 meters from the center of Middelburg, just outside the canals. The room is on the ground floor. Also easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. You have access to a room with a sitting area, luxury double bed, kitchenette and a private bathroom with toilet. You overlook the garden, which you can also use. Parking is free. Bicycles or scooters can be stored indoors.

This beautiful 2-person apartment, in the heart of Groede, was renovated a few years ago, so it is equipped with all modern facilities for a comfortable stay. Groede is a beautiful picturesque and cultural village in Zeelandic Flanders at a stone's throw from the beach and Waterdunen, a special nature reserve on the border of land and sea. Groede has cozy terraces, beautiful historic streets and is an oasis of peace on the Zeeland-Flemish coast.

We rent out 4 connected 4-person holiday homes on our rural plot of approximately 1.5 hectares. These are fully furnished for a pleasant stay. On the large plot, there are plenty of places to enjoy the tranquility, sun (or shade) and nature. The jeu de boules court or table tennis invite you to play.

Apartment Annabel is located next to a cozy detached house in Dishoek. We live 5 minutes by bike from the beach and live and have a beautiful view of the Zeeland countryside. Around the apartment is a terrace where there is a place in the sun all day ( it is all around). In addition, you also have a nice view of the cozy garden from the apartment.

Our farm apartment Huijze Veere is located in a unique location between city and beach. Beautifully rural. Sitting bedroom with 2-4 beds. With beautiful views over the meadows. Nostalgic but with all modern comforts. Atmospheric apartment "Roosje snorre" lies in the middle off a picturesque village with fine restaurants and cafés. And is surrounded by wide polders. The North Sea beach is about 2,5 km distance. Lovely to ride your bike. Cities like Bruges and Ghent are about a half hour drive away.

The place is tucked away behind the church, with two private terraces. It can be incredibly quiet, though you are sitting in the middle of the village. The studio is comfortable and everything is new. The stove can easily heat the whole house and therefore it's a very nice place in wintertime as well.
