Welcome to a cozy apartment in Sørlandet!

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. There is one bedroom with good and soft double bed. Sofa bed double in the living room. If needed, we can arrange an extra bed. There is spacious living room. En suite bathroom with shower. To Vågsbygd Amfi - about 3 min by car, to Skyland Trampoline park, Leo's Playland, Glowing Golf, about 5 min. etc. Nice walks nearby around Fiskåvannet, etc. We expect general decency and no other residents and neighbours to be disturbed after 11 pm. We live in the house on the 2nd floor ourselves.

Apartment on the 1st floor of the older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NO channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. One 160 cm bed and one baby bed in the other. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.

This beautiful gem of an apartment will give you the experience of being home away from home. Behind the house, you will have access to great hiking trails and small lakes where you can take a swim. The apartment is only 5 min drive from downtown, and close to many fun activities. There is also a designated garden area to enjoy the sun and barbeque. *note that there are train tracks close to the apartment, but most people aren't bothered as long as they keep the windows closed
