Short distance to shops, city center, hiking areas and swimming areas. The place is ideal for families with children. Great undisturbed garden with path down to the swimming area and rocks. 10 minutes walk to Bertes (beach). The house is located about 12 km from Kristiansand Dyrepark. There is no TV or internet in the house.
