A lovely 1 bedroom (plus sofa bed) apartment offering a great balance of convenience (secure parking, great location), size and affordability. Sleeps up to 4 plus crib. Spotless on arrival with fresh sheets and towels and full to the brim with all sorts of little features and emergency supplies to improve your stay. The apartment is highly secure on the first floor but feels very open with big bay windows which offer a great view of the famous Belfast marches as they go by (season dependent). There's also a handy washing machine for you long-termers and a lovely 43 inch TV with guest Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts should you ever fancy a quiet afternoon. Any questions at all just drop me a message. I have a 100% response time within 24 hours, although I’ll usually get back to you in a few minutes :-)
This is a fantastic location, slightly out of the main traffic mayhem but as close as can be to all amenities and City Airport. Belfast's famous marches go right by my apartment. Come here for the marches and the madness!

Even 2 bottles of Guinness in the fridge with the note 'Have a drink on me' :) Really wish all hosts were this thoughtful. Very happy and definitely would book this place again next time I'm in Belfast. Stayed in a 4-star hotel In Belfast before and this place was definitely 1 or even 2 stars better and about half the price of that hotel.

    Over 550 reviews with full 5 stars across all categories! Cosy 1 bedroom flat, recently renovated to a high standard with a private balcony and a free car parking space. It is located in a quiet area of the trendy and vibrant Stranmillis village - renowned for its large selection of restaurants and cafes. Belfast city centre is only a 15 minute walk away or 5 minutes by bus. The flat also borders botanic gardens, a favourite tourist attraction in Belfast - lovely for picnics, walks & events!
    Cosy 1 bedroom flat - fully refurbished in November 2016 with new gas heating system installed. The living area contains a sofa bed which enables the flat to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. There is a fast WiFi connection as well as a TV, PlayStation 2 + games, small DVD collection, board games and various books for entertainment. In the kitchen area there is a fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and oven. The cupboards are well stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining. There is also a selection of complimentary teas, coffees, biscuits and a coffee machine with espresso and chocolate pods. There is also a dining table which can accommodate 4 people. The newly installed bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower. Towels, shampoo and shower gels are provided. The bedroom contains a comfy double bed and closet area for hanging clothes. There is also an additional small utility room in the flat where you can hang coats and store luggage. An ironing board, iron and hair dryer are also available. Finally, you can relax in the balcony which overlooks botanic gardens / Queens PEC. It contains a cafe style table and chairs and an additional wooden bench. It has fairy lights which can be turned on at night time creating a lovely ambient space.
    The flat is located in a quiet part of Stranmillis which is renowned for it's cafes (Sinnamon, Clements, District, Indigo, Bob & Berts, Cafe Connor, etc), restaurants / takeaways (Latitude, Casa92, Indie Spice, Yum, Honest Pizza Company, Sphinx, The Welcome, etc) and bars (House bar / Cutters). Stranmillis also has a convenience store (Centra), an off-licence (Winemark) and various other shops / businesses. The flat borders the popular Botanic Gardens and is very close to the towpath - both lovely for walks / runs / picnics. The Lyric Theatre, Queens University and the Ulster Museum (biggest museum in Northern Ireland) are located here.

  • Thank you Bob and Sharon for allowing us to stay in your wonderful apartment. I was visiting from England to see my boyfriend who is from Northern Ireland and it was a good base for exploring Belfast. It was about 10-15 minutes in an Uber to the centre of Belfast, which cost £5-7. The location is faultless, although we didn't walk into the centre we could have easily. There were also places to eat/drink in the local area too as well as Tesco Express and off licence. Thank you both for taking the time to think of the little touches. The variety of teas (normal, green, camomile), tassimo coffee and hot chocolate pods and chocolates. We also appreciated the shampoo and shower gels and there were also plenty of utensils, oil, salt and pepper in a well equipped kitchen. If we were visiting Belfast in the future we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

  • Absolutely recommended !! The host is most warm and welcoming and could not do enough to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The house is extra special and was perfect for our party. So close to the city and with many extra special touches this elegant property is now firm in our hearts. From the minute we arrived to the day we left Mark was on hand for any questions and made us feel so welcome. This may need to be an annual trip as we miss being there already.

    The neighbourhood is a desirable place to live with many cafes, takeways, restaraunts and bars. It is also only about 2 miles to the city centre and it served with a very regular bus stop on the corner of my street.

  • We spent several weeks at Robert’s home and it was a great stay. Check in was simple with the key box right outside. Robert was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The living room is comfy with a large sofa and lots of tv options to watch at night. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and Robert provided us with several cereal options and milk. There is a separate laundry area with iron and counter space to fold. The bedroom is slightly smaller but very comfortable with a catch all table and a large wardrobe for your clothes. The bathroom was very clean and had a large tub/shower which was nice. The location is so close to lots of restaurants and several grocery stores. We used public transport the entire time we were there and found it very easy and efficient. We really enjoyed our time in Belfast and would definitely stay at Robert’s again!

    What a location! A lovely one bedroom apartment located in the Queen's Quarter on the trendy Lisburn Road, less than 20 minutes walk to the city centre and 5 minutes walk to Queen's University. Located close to shopping, restaurants, cafes and parks. A short stroll will bring you to Botanic Gardens, the Lyric Theatre and Ulster Museum. The apartment block is modern, well maintained, safe and secure. Recently updated , newly painted and new laminate floor, with new bed, mattress and sofa bed.
    This is a lovely one bed apartment - with a communal laundry room offering coin operated washer and dryers. There is a double bed in the bedroom. With good storage. We provide an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, towels and some toiletries. The apartment is ideal for two travellers - and fine for up to 3. After a number of requests we have now added a sofa bed in the living room to allow us to accommodate groups of 3 or those that don't necessarily wish to share a room. Parking is available on the streets either side of the apartment - it is free to park, but there is no dedicated parking space. I always get parked on Ulsterville Ave or Dunluce Ave. I have recently added a new TV and microwave for guest convienance . This was our first listing on air bnb - it was listed during the summer of 2016, and we've recently decided to relist it. It is our pride and joy - we love the location of the apartment and we think it is perfect for visitors coming to Belfast. We are seasoned travellers so will go out of our way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Let me know what you need - we will do our best to accommodate. We also host travellers in our own home in the past and really enjoy the Airbnb ethos.
    The apartment is close to Botanic, Stranmillis and Lisburn Road area. Nearby are some of the best restaurants in Belfast, bohemian cafes and the vibrant student clubs and pubs. The chic Lisburn Road in South Belfast is ideal for shopping, relaxing and exploring.

    This apartment is located on the river embankment in the heart of the Titanic Quarter, with a restaurant, cafe and convenience store on the ground floor. The building is next to the Titanic museum, SS Nomadic, PRONI, and the SSE Arena, which offers bars, restaurants, a cinema, bowling, and cafes. Ben was super flexible with our later than planned arrival and went out of his way to point us in great directions towards good food, drinks and things to do in Belfast and beyond.     The property is 10 minutes walk from the greenisland train station facing shore road, with a nice view of sea. if you are travelling during weekend, I will pick you from greenisland train station and drive you to my place, if you inform your time of arrival well in advance.You can enjoy beautiful view and sunrise if it is sunny day.There are three super markets in carrickfergus which is 2 miles from my place and many restaurants if you want to dine-out. There is beautiful castle and picturesque yachting harbour in carrickfergus, perfect place for evening walk.
    Parking is free and available most of the time.

    Our home is a three storey Victorian house situated in Cyprus Park, a quiet leafy cul de sac next door to the famous Cyprus Avenue and a five minute walk to Ballyhackamore village, famous for its many trendy restaurants,cafes and bars (recently voted the best place to live in Belfast). A shared bathroom and additional toilet are located on the second floor. This is a cosy, bright loft room with a single bed. Egyptian cotton bed linen,towel and bathrobe provided. 10 minutes by car to city centre.
    This is our home. Living in the house presently is the Micheal, Susie and her daughter Tulla (at university and not here all the time). The bedroom is on the top floor.
    Breakfast is not provided but there are many restaurants and cafes within a five minute walk at Ballyhackamore village. The titanic quarter is a 15 minute drive and the CS Lewis Square is a 15 minute walk, Stormont is a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute bus ride. 5 minute walk to your nearest bar that serves a lovely pint of Guinness with regular live music sessions.

We are on the main arterial route to the north Antrim coast, featuring Giants Causeway and Royal Portrush Golf Course. We have recently installed new gas heating and electrical supply, fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. There is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit for peace of mind.
    We are in a fantastic and safe location 5 minutes walk from Belfast Zoo, Cavehill, Bellevue Arms and McArts Fort bar/restaurant, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Chinese take away, Chemist and Hairdresser. We have a bakery 1 minute away serving hot and cold snacks plus pastries. Within 5-7 minutes walk there is an abundance of restaurants and takeaways including Tim Hortons, McDonalds, KFC, Subway, Indian Ocean, Kyber, Thunderdome and local infamous restaurant Knags. Coffee shops include Cafe Cuisine, Puccini’s and the upmarket Linen and Latte. For families, there is a Movie House Cinema, Sportsbowl, Funworks Kids Play Area., Valley Leisure Centre which offers a swimming pool, tennis, badminton, gym, football and kids play area. Belfast Castle is a 5 minute drive. Within walking distance there is a large Eurospar selling everything you could need, including hot and cold food. There is also the Asian Kitchen Chinese takeaway and Manny’s chip shop. There are two large Tesco stores, Lidl, Abbeycentre, Abbey Retail Park, Primark, Marks and Spencer and Costa Coffee all 5 minutes drive. Belfast city is a 15-20 minute bus or car journey away. There is an abundance of attractions, restaurants and bars plus the infamous Christmas Market which is worth a visit.

    Cosy, bright, private bedroom with a single bed, computer desk, wardrobe, kettle and tea in the room on the top floor (2nd) of a three storey terraced house in east Belfast. Shared bathroom with jacuzzi bath and waterfall shower. Breakfast bar and fruit will be provided. Close to George Best airport, Titanic Quarter, SSE Arena, Belfast city centre and Victoria Park. Cafes, restaurants, takeaways and shops are a short walk away. Good public transport close by with links across the Province.
    The room is on the second floor of my east Belfast mid-terrace house. The room is bright and cosy. There is a daybed to relax on and read. Relax in the jacuzzi bath or have a shower with a waterfall-effect shower head. Then wrap up in towels warmed on the heated towel rail. There are bus routes and a railway station nearby and the area is serviced by numerous taxi companies. There is a good choice of cafes, restaurants and takeaways on Belmont Road. There are Co-op and a bakery close by.
    The area is mainly residential, with a few commercial premises nearby. On the whole a quieter road, especially over night. It is a bus route so you may hear a double decker pass by during the day. It is possible you could awake to bird song. I am amazed by the number of different birds in the area. I love there are many parks and open spaces to visit. Victoria Park is the closest park and has a Park Run on Saturday at 09:30 if you pack your trainers (or you can do a Park Walk). Belmont Road caters to many tastes with cafes, restaurants and takeaways along it. There are some charity shops, a couple of art galleries. The Strand Arts Centre is a short walk away.

    Recently refurbished 3 storey house in a quiet street on the Ormeau Road. The house is located approx 10 min walk from the centre of Belfast. It is also located near to Queen's quarter and is thus approx 10 mins walk from Belfast's famous University
    Set over 3 floors, the house is spacious, bright, inviting, carefully decorated throughout and clean white linens and towels. You’ll have free access to the dining room, kitchen and covered yard (with chairs) on the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find the modern bathroom and toliet. The single room consist of a single bed with fresh bed linen, reading lamp, free high speed Wi-Fi access, and hair-dryer. All rooms are non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke in the enclosed back yard. Each room will also come with a welcome pack filled with brochures, taxi numbers, internet password, maps and recommendations for bars and restaurants in the area and within Belfast city centre.     The house is a recently refurbished 3 storey house in a quiet street on the Ormenu Road. Within a 10 min walk you will be in the heart of Belfast City Centre at the famous City Hall building, from there you will be in the shopping area with Castle Court and House of Frazer, also surrounded with bars and restaurants where you can rested your tired feet after all the shopping. 15 mins from the house in the other direction you will be at the beginning of the Lagan towpath which takes the walker along the river and canal system through variety of wetland, riverside meadows and variety of wildlife from Belfast to Lisburn. The house is also a short walk to Queen’s university, The Ulster Museum and the beautiful Botanic Gardens. In the Botanic area you will find some nice bars and restaurants and a few good bookshops for the reader in you.

    (Please note that, for guests that live within the Belfast Metropolitan area, we require ID for all guests to be sent to us in advance to check proof of age and the identities of those staying. We will also offer a meet and greet service in place of self service check in.) We know that many of our guests are concerned about the current travel situation. The apartment is not part of a block and has no communal areas or shared entrances. We are cleaning all surfaces and door handles with antiviral cleaners. All bedding and towels are being washed and dried at a high temperature. We are also providing disposable washcloths / hand towels. We are leaving a space between bookings to protect both us during cleaning and future guests. This apartment is situated in downtown Belfast and is fully insured for holiday rentals and is Northern Ireland Tourist Board approved. It's only 8 minutes walk to City Hall and 5 minutes walk to Belfast's famous market. It's less than 10 minutes walk to the Waterfront Hall and conference centre and Lanyon Place (Central) Station Warm and comfortable apartment. Two bedrooms. The family room has a double bed and one single bed. The other bedroom has one single bed and is a small, but comfortable, box room. The single room faces a main road and there is some traffic noise at busy times. There is a sofa bed in the lounge, giving you maximum sleeping flexibilty. This apartment is not step free. There is a flight of stairs up to the apartment. The apartment benefits from not being part of a block. You have direct access to your car; so no carrying luggage through corridors and elevators and no disturbance from neighbours. We have self service check-in, so you can arrive without having to meet us. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate on arrival. There's a dedicated parking space, right by the apartment. There's a washing machine and dryer so you can catch up with laundry. The flat has high speed fibre optic broadband. There's a safe for passports etc. There's Internet TV, DVD player and DVDs. There are USB charging ports. The kitchen is fully equipped. Please note that the dining table seats four people only. Essentials such as tea, coffee, milk, towels, hairdryer, iron etc are provided. Basic toiletries are also included. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. HOSTFULLY HOSTS! We take being good hosts seriously, and we are proud "Hostfully Hosts." There were amenities and kitchen bits & pieces already there but anything we needed was easy walk to access too. Tony & Una were helpful when we needed to contact them and responded quickly.   • Great location. Excellent communication from hosts. I notified we were missing trash bags and they promptly brought some the next day. Quick walk to Victoria Square and City Hall. Parking space was nice to have; note: rules say you need to leave the space by 11:00 on checkout day so if you want to spend the day in Belfast, make plans to move your auto. Suggest taking the free walking tour while you are there as well as visit the Titanic Museum. Enjoy Belfast!

    Cosy pet friendly home in quiet cul de sac close to Stomont Park. Guests will have a double room with large king sized bed and built in wardrobe. 3-4min walk to local ammenties and bus route to Belfast City Centre (city centre is approx 4 miles away and 25 min by bus- glider 1 which runs approx every 10 min 6am to 1130pm) and Newtownards. Enclosed garden to rear. Warm welcome guaranteed from my gorgeous husky cross, the kittens and from me of course!
    The room is tidy with access to a large shared bathroom with shower and a bath.
    The house is in a quiet cul de Sac. There is on road parking available and a shop within a few minutes walk. Stomont Estate and parliament buildings are five minutes walk away. Giving guest access to lovely forest walks and a 5k park run path as well as a off lead area for dogs. Ballyhackamore is approx 25 min walk away or a couple of stops on the bus. This area has some lovely restaurants/ cafes and bars.

  • Ciara was very helpful especially when it came to the fact that we were bringing our 10 week old puppy, she provided a stair gate and even a crate for the puppy. On top of all of this she gave me some great tips to help with caring for him which I found very reliable considering she had her own dog there aswell (Her dog is so sweet). Overall great stay and the price was a bargain!

    Hi my name is Romayne, I look forward to welcoming you to my home. Cosy but surprisingly spacious, twin bedroom which is bright and airy on second floor, with shared bathroom. Everybody, including pets are welcome.
    My home is in a quiet cul de sac, in a lovely area of Belfast. We are on two main bus routes into the city centre which is about 10 minutes away, with Belmont area on my doorstop with great restaurants and bustling boutique shops. Also close to Stormont. The bedroom has two single beds, extra blankets if needed. Hairdryer and iron available. You can have full use of the kitchen and appliances. Tea and coffee included. Breakfast can be included at an extra cost. Dog sitting available at a an extra cost.
    This is a lovely quiet family area, which is in a nice leafy part of Belfast. You are close to shops, restaurants, bars, parks, all within walking distance.

    Our home is approximately 15 minutes from Belfast city centre, situated between the two Belfast airports but nearer to Belfast international. Belfast ferry terminal is about 10 minutes away. Central location for exploring Belfast and surrounding areas. We are situated in a quiet residential, cul-de-sac. There is a bus stop, 5 mins walking, which takes you into Belfast city centre. This room will suit the traveller or business professional as we're also convenient to many mallusk industries.
    You'll not find another space like this one. I've hand-painted the wardrobes and bought an old fireplace which I've made over. I love it and I hope you do too.
    We live in a very quiet residential area, quite removed from the many businesses in the area. If you're looking to buy a car, Mallusk is the place to look! If you're on a business trip this is the ideal place to stay. Also if you're touring, this is a place convenient to airports and Belfast city as well as many other areas of interest: the Titanic quarter, Belfast Castle, Cave hill Country park, Belfast Zoo, Mossley Mill theatre, Carrickfergus Castle and Antrim Castle grounds.

  • The place is in a great neighbourhood, the house is very clean and the bedroom is just at the entrance. The room is designed with a taste and you have access to everything you need in the house. The living room is a nice place to relax with comfy leather sofas. Julie is a good person, not because she has to be, just because she is good naturally. Everybody near Julie was also pleasant. The communication was good. The garden is better than you see at the pictures. The house is quite but one day you may find Julie playing piano if you are lucky enough. I would absolutely stay again at this house.

  • William was an extremely helpful host. He organised for my room to be cleaned and sheets and towels changed regularly during my stay. The room had a double bed, bedside table and draws, clothes rail and mirrors. It was a good temperature with an adjustable radiator. The common areas had all the facilities you expect and were kept clean and tidy. Check in and out were really simple. Lovely stay, would recommend! The rooms are lockable from the inside but not lockable from the outside. I would like a room that I can lock when I leave that would be my only feedback.

    My home is situated 1 mile from the quaint village of Crawfordsburn and 1 mile from Bangor. It is a well presented 3 bed semi detached home within close proximity to a range of tourist attractions and within walking distance to Carnalea Golf Club and many delightful coastal walks. The train halt and bus stop are only a short stroll away to make commuting very easy. The City airport is only a 15 minute drive away and the International 40. Very well behaved dogs are welcome to stay.
    The accommodation is a double room with wardrobe space and also use of bedside drawers. There is a TV in the room and tea/coffee making facilities.
    Crawfordsburn Cottage is set at the top of a quiet close of 15 houses off the Crawfordsburn Road, Bangor. There is very little traffic - mostly just the residents. The area is a much sought after location to live in in North Down and is a safe neighboourhood.

    Studio 2 at Arlanhaus is the epitome of bijou; a great deal of amenities, resources and comforts, contained within a modest wrapper. Nestled conveniently on the first floor and at the rear of the property, this discrete and private setting, will hopefully be remembered as something of a ‘City Escape.’ With at a touch electric heating and instant hot water, the Studio also offers a double bed, functional kitchen and luxurious shower room.     Studio 2 at Arlanhaus is ideal for one or two people visiting Belfast for a short break, providing good value accommodation in a desirable base location. Tucked conveniently near to the arterial Antrim Road, Belfast Waterworks (Ireland’s first park run) and the spectacular Cavehill, which accommodates country park, Belfast Castle and Belfast Zoo. The looming profiled aspect of the hills above north Belfast is referred to as ‘Napoleon’s Nose’ and is said to be the inspiration for Jonathan Swift’s fabled satire ‘Gulliver’s Travels.’ Below Napoleon’s Nose, in 1944 a US B-17 Flying Fortress crashed into the hillside. This tragedy provided the inspiration for the 2007 film: Closing the Ring-directed by Richard Attenborough. If you are visiting Belfast as a park run tourist, Studio 2 at Arlanhaus is 300-400m from the start line of Ireland’s oldest park run at Belfast Waterworks. Fishing, scenic walks, bird watching or feeding the swans are all popular and alternative Waterworks’ activities. A fifteen to twenty minute downhill walk gets you to Belfast’s lively and happening Cathedral Quarter. Closer to Arlanhaus, there is Cassidy’s Bar for a hearty Ulster breakfast and the authentic ‘Irish Pub’ experience (400m walk). Casual all day dining can be found at Murphy Brown’s, Cavehill Road (600m) or SoZo, Antrim Road (200m). There is good food and drinks with a view from Belfast Castle; check opening hours before visiting. Lansdowne Hotel is the very best of more formal dining and evening entertainment/socialising, to include live music at weekends; less than a mile to walk up the Antrim Road. Quality and recommended takeaway food: Indian/kebab (Indian Nights) 02890717060, Chinese (Elements) 02890744442, Pizza/Italian (Pizza Works) 02890777888 and original fish and chips (Roundabout) 02890371370. Convenience shopping at Tesco, Antrim Road (200m) and also a plethora of other amenities: shops, coffee, Subway, pharmacy, florists, laundrette, dry-cleaners, hairdressers/barbers and liquor/off sales etc. Try Zoltan Gabriel, 21 Antrim Road, for the ultimate male pampering experience: haircut, hot towel shave etc.

Get the Sydenham to Bangor West train.
    The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. It is beside a petrol station/Spar as well as a popular bar/restaurant which provides weekend entertainment. Close to a beautiful glen (Strickland's Glen) which leads to the coastal path. This path will either lead you into Bangor town centre or if you are a keen walker, you can walk the coastal path to Holywood (2 hours) via Crawfordsburn and Helen's Bay. There is a garage/Spar at the end of the road and an off licence across from that. Large shopping complex close by containing many shops such as a large Tescos and Starbucks. The apartment is within walking distance to a golf course which sits on the coastline. The apartment is a quiet getaway In the owners back garden and not a party place. The hot tub area is only available until 10 p.m.I have had to add this to the description as some guests have been disrespectful.

    Clean, fresh, spacious, comfortable double room just 1/2 a mile from the train station and less than a mile to the coast and famous Carrickfergus castle, beautiful marina and quaint town centre. I have been an Airbnb host since early May 2018 and pleased that I have had very good feedback from my guests. I am confident you will have an enjoyable, relaxed stay and certainly a warm welcome. I do not provide breakfast, however you are welcome to help yourself to toast or cereal if you so wish.

    Vintage 4 berth Caravan - set in private garden in 2 acres of woodland with views of Strangford Loch. This is camping! There’s no shower or flushing toilet but there is electricity, heating and water, gas cooking, barbecue etc.
    This caravan is parked in 2 acres of private garden for you to explore. Close, but not too close to the house. It’s 2 mins by car from Newtownards town and 15 mins to the sea or Bangor. Less than that gets you to Strangford Lough and 20 mins into Belfast

    The house is located in a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood just 4 minutes away form the lively Botanic Avenue where you can find lots of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, etc. The train station of Botanic is also just 4 minutes away. This neighbourhood is considered in city centre & most attractions are reachable on foot.

    The Sergeants house is part of a former police station built in 1901 that has been renovated to a high standard complete with all you require to enjoy a relaxing stay in the centre of a conservation area. With beautiful scenic walks to Blackhead lighthouse and the White Harbour and only a short drive to the world famous Gobbins cliff path and Islandmagee peninsula your stress will disappear. Only a short walk from the train station and many eateries with the benefit of free parking on the door.
    Please be assured the entire house is sanitized between stays this includes all access points from the front gates and all rooms regardless of occupancy levels. Whitehead is a small town on the Antrim coast located between Carrickfergus and Larne providing the ideal starting point for a tour of the world famous Antrim coast road. The town has a number of eateries and a very good Spar which houses the local post office and off sales. Live music can be found almost every week in the Marine bar.
