Lo Scrigno di Lara is about 90 square meters, obtained from a large stable of the 1700s, and is characterized by a unique environment with 2 original marble columns with vaulted ceilings. The living room, kitchen and bedroom coexist in perfect harmony in the same space. Next to the kitchen there is a mirrored door that gives access to the bathroom obtained in the old tower adjacent to the studio. L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

My house has recently been renovated. It is located in Valeggio sul Mincio in a quiet and green location. It is a studio apartment for 4 people, independent and with a private parking space. It includes a bathroom with a window, shower, toilet, and bidet. There is a kitchen equipped with an espresso machine, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and small freezer. From the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the hills near Lake Garda.
