She responded promptly answering all my questions beforehand and working with me concerning checkin and our times. She also provided transportation information and even researched it for me and dropped me off a couple of places! Jan left instructions so there were no questions. Jan is a wonderful person who has taken care of all the details. We felt like her home was our home. Her home is exceptionally clean, your privacy is a priority, and there is lots of storage for her visitors. The major roadways allow for quick and easy access to the entire metropolitan area of Phoenix. The only suggestion would be to avoid rush hour on Hwy. 10 and use the larger urban roadways instead. We would recommend this home to a couple with up to 2 children.

In town to visit my long-lost brother (whose house was just a mile from this one), this place was near arterials, but tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. The host, Jan, is friendly, kind, and thoughtful, a recently retired teacher. The bed is fantastic -- soft but very supportive, perfect for my hips and back. And for once, I didn't have to worry about scents making me sick! She doesn't use scented products for her laundry, and the toiletries are pretty much organic and lightly scented with herb oils, which worked for me. (And just in case, I brought my own.) The room appears to be the master bedroom suite, with a walk-in closet and a very nice tile shower in the private bathroom. I was gone a lot most of the days I was there, using the front door key to let myself in late in the evenings when returning. Jan was flexible and asked about what else she could do to make my experience even better. She offered light breakfast items, as her immediate neighborhood didn't seem to include a great breakfast spot. (There are some reasonable options down the road a bit.) Highly recommended for a yummy (though messy) lunch or dinner: Hot N Juicy Crawfish, near the Tanger Outlet Mall and AMC theater. Outrageously tasty Garlic Butter sauce with medium spice (we had the green mussels and a soft-shell crab po' boy).

My dad and I were in town for our annual spring training trip and Jan's home was the perfect place to shower up and sleep after a few long days in the AZ sun! Everything was as pictured and Jan was a warm and friendly host. If her place is available the next time we're in town, we wouldn't hesitate to return!

This was our very first booking with airbnb and we could not have asked for a better location and fit for our stay in Arizona. Debbie and (we have to include Robert & Ashley) were amazing hosts and the beautiful Little Casita was perfect for the 2 of us during Spring Training! A great location for shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and of course baseball! The lights around the pool area at night were lovely and we sometimes joined Debbie, Robert & Ashley on the entertainment patio for a glass of wine and uproarious conversation. One night we all went to dinner at the recommended Arrowhead Grill and everything from the drinks and appetizers to the steak dinner exceeded our expectations. Our entire experience was nothing less than excellent! We would not hesitate to stay again with our new friends at the Little Casita.

Debbie is a great host. We had the pleasure of meeting her and her Husband. They are both great and assisted us with anything we needed. We will definitely return next year, or sooner, for spring baseball or any other activities.

Every amenity listed above deserves an extra star for this property. The casita was clean, well stocked, spacious, and beautiful. And only a few steps from the casita was one of the neatest pool areas I have ever seen. I felt like we were on a resort vacation the entire time. While I was "working" my girlfriend would find things to do & one of those things was sitting down at the dining table & talking with Jerry. Jerry, wasn't home upon my arrival but had texted me the lock box code to retrieve the front door key. When we did meet in person for the first time it was a warm and welcoming one. The house is quite nice, in a nice quiet neighborhood and within 5 minutes to the stadium should you be attending any events there. Location was central to many shopping opportunities in the area and the grid system of the streets is easy to figure out. The bed was so comfortable and I slept so well during my stay. Four pillows on the bed to pamper oneself with as well. Jerry had a snack basket in the bedroom and fresh fruit on the kitchen table as well for snacking. The bed room is quite nice and quiet, and having the TV and DVR in the room is a big bonus as well as having a good secure WiFi system to use. The huge TV in the living room to watch programs in HD was great. Also the use of the full kitchen for cooking was really nice. The kitchen is well stocked for utensils that you may need for your cooking pleasure. Jerry is low keyed and a great guy to get to know. His kitty cat. Travis is a bit shy so don't expect to seem much of him when you are in the house, unless Jerry is home. I was in Phoenix to do some work on a home that I owned there and Jerry was so great to lend me his step ladder and the use of some tools. Now that is a great host in my book. Jerry even sent me a text with information about a festival that was happening during my stay, which was nice to get, as I was not aware of the event. On was able to come and go as they pleased and no issues at all.

Jerry's place was great. Central to ballparks I wanted to visit. Jerry was always there if you needed him and left you alone to do the thing if you wanted to. Definately will consider staying there next time.

We ( 4 adults), came to stay for 1 week to find a place to stay permanently in a couple of months. Luis' place was everything that we could've asked for while we were here. The 2 bedroom, apartment was fully equipped! Having the kitchen saved us a lot of money because we didn't have to eat out. It was very close to stores and it's in a wonderful, friendly and very clean area. The beds are very comfortable. When we had a problem with one of the beds' frame, Luis addressed it immediately. Upon meeting Luis, he made us feel as if we already knew him. He was very engaged in the conversation and was very pleasant! His communication was great! I would recommend to anyone that is coming to visit Arizona, to look him up because the whole experience was wonderful.

Luis was great to work with. We arrived on a late night flight in and he stayed up in order to greet us and allow us to check in well past the check in time. The place was cozy and just what was needed there was two bedrooms and a pull out couch. The beds were queen sized and worked perfectly. There was both bottled water in the fridge and a culligan water jar in the kitchen and was great to see. He also provided toiletries too. He was a great host and the only suggestion that I made was that he should put a microwave and hair dryer in the location but that is definitely a small request for such a great place. This place is awesome! It's very cozy and welcoming. We were delightfully surprised to see that there was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived - but we decided to have an ice cold beer instead (also kindly supplied by Andrea). The kitchen also provided us with anything we could possibly need (microwave, stove top, sink, Kuerig, water filter..) and inside the fridge we were provided with fresh eggs (from her chickens) as well as bagels. The entire place was spotless and well put together. Great location too ( a few minutes from Gila River Arena and University of Phoenix Arena). We only stayed for 1 night, but we would definitely go back in the future! Thanks!

We loved the location and the space we had in this cozy little bungalow. The host was especially gracious, was informative of the area, and provided a few unexpected extras during our short stay. We highly recommend this for a family of 4 or less or for a couples getaway at a very reasonable price.

Stellar hosts. Brenda and Sandie have made me feel incredibly welcome into their home. They offered me a glass of red wine to help me relax the night before my interview at Midwestern University. You will have your own private bathroom which was super clean and well-equipped. Big private closet to hang your coat and interview attire. Lots of towels! Bed is comfortable. I felt very safe in their home as they live in a gated community with a great view of the community's golf course. I also felt very comfortable talking to them about my personal life. They wished me luck before I went on my way to the interview and celebrated my confidence when I arrived back at their home. Very open-minded and considerate people who will leave a lasting warmth in your heart. I highly recommend!

The home was very clean and quiet. It was a perfect location for our visit to Phoenix. We had a late arrival and a couple of late nights and they were very accommodating. Melissa is the best host I've been with on Air B&B. I came with my parents for a one night stay to look at apartments in the area. This was my parents first trip using this platform and she made them feel comfortable and safe. Communication between the host and I was always returned promptly (within the same hour) and she provided me with tips on where to go and even asked me to stay in touch with her before I move back in August. The space is HUGE and well worth it for the price she lists the house. There is a large guest living room with consists of comfy necessities: dining table, tv, coffee maker, snacks. In the 2 bedrooms was one queen bed in one room and the other room had 2 twin beds. The bathroom was decorated with samples of her Mary Kay products which she allows you to test. The house was very clean and it's the perfect "home away from home"! Melissa was such a great host and always kept in touch during my stay and made small talk. This home is perfect for anyone who is traveling with children, couples, or single travelers! You'll also get to meet her 2 Border Collies, Bonnie and Clyde. Melissa and her furry friends are a hidden gem in Glendale :)

This is a very very nice place. The main house is practically a mansion and the guest house is beautiful with expensive touches and amenities especially for a one bedroom. Dan has two dogs that liven up things and give you cuddles if that is what you like (I love animals). If you don't like dogs, no worries, he keeps them contained from your area. What also makes Dan a fantastic host is his hospitality. He is so kind and always asked how my day was. He would sit and chat or give you privacy- he was amazing! I could tell he wanted to make sure my stay was up to my expectations. I really can't think of anything to improve on...you must try this place, you won't regret it!

This casita is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The private, separate residence is great! Shopping and restaurants are close by. I used Lyft to get around for 5 days and I never had to wait more than 7 minutes for a pick up. The perfect alternative to staying in a loud hotel.

We had a busy schedule and we primarily used the room for sleeping. Other than that, we were gone most of the time. It was as advertised and served our needs. We unfortunately were interrupted in our sleep by either friends or future guests of the host who thought pounding on the door at 12:30 a.m. was acceptable.
