Smoking is allowed outdoors away from common areas. Access to solar heated pool, hot tub, outdoor ramada/kitchen with BBQ and outdoor fireplace. Take advantage of bicycle trails with 5 bikes provided. Help yourself to citrus, herb garden and veggies! Trevor and Susan are very hospitable and will often invite you to participate in backyard gatherings - wood fired pizza in the outdoor ramada. Centrally located - easy access to freeways, many golf courses, excellent restaurants, world class shopping -Kierland, Biltmore, Scottsdale Fashion Square. Close to all Scottsdale/Phoenix events: BARRET JACKSON and GOOD GUYS car shows, SPRING TRAINING! PHOENIX OPEN! ARABIAN HORSE SHOW! Casinos/shows/movie theaters/short drive to Fountain Hills/Mayo Clinic/Mayo Hospital. If you do not have a car...or would prefer not to drive...Uber is excellent! There will be a $500 cleaning charge if it is determined a guest has smoked or vaped in this home. Single story home with three comfortably decorated bedrooms with queen sized beds. Amenities: Full kitchen: Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided, gas stove and oven, toaster, microwave, full refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, set of pans, utensils, flatware, 8 place settings, washing machine and dryer, 50" TV that can be mirrored from your phone or tablet, iron and ironing board. Three Google Home devices throughout the home give the time, provide music, answer your questions, tell jokes, and can be used as an alarm. High speed internet. Outdoors: huge back yard, fenced diving pool, fireplace, outdoor seating, BBQ grill, space for kids to play including playhouse, synthetic grass area. A carport and other parking area is available. The home has two security cameras: front door, and one in the side rear. Full access to the home and amenities. There are some areas used to stock supplies. Please use only what you need for your stay. You will be provided with access code as your stay gets near. Host is available for questions and help. Once inside, say "Hey Google" to one our Google Assistant and ask your question :) Situated in a cul-de-sac with easy access to the heart of Phoenix. Only 15 minutes from downtown, with many options for dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby. For day trips, don't forget to see the Grand Canyon National Park and Sedona. Bus stops within .5 miles. Several freeways nearby: AZ-51, Interstate-10 and the AZ-202 Loop are all within 2 miles. Sky Harbor airport about 5 miles. Uber and Lift drivers are plentiful.

If I am not in the city I have a co host available 24/7 The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with access to walking trails close by. Uber is the best transportation if needed. You can walk to target, world market, restaurants etc. We have gated pool. It is required children no child enters the pool area without supervision. If you are traveling with small children please inform us, we will allow you to stay but please keep this in mind and watch them accordingly. No children are allowed to access the backyard either without being supervised by an adult. Our pool is not heated but does get lots of sunlite
