Feng's place in Glen Waverley was perfect for our quick visit to Melbourne to see family & friends. Feng's communication was excellent and the apartment was close to public transport making it easy to travel into the CBD.

We enjoyed our stay at Feng's studio apartment which looks newly set up which may be why only basic kitchen ware was provided. Would suggest providing instant coffee powder (3 in 1 mix was provided), tea spoons, wine glasses, salt n pepper for simple meals, maybe some simple snacks or eggs for guests. Bottled water was provided which we appreciated. Can drinks were chargeable. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay with reversible aircon, queen bed, balcony facing residential n some greens from 2nd floor, good size bathroom with tub and toiletries. Quiet yet convenient location opposite Novotel Glen Waverley. Free parking in the basement carpark. We will definitely be back and will recommend Feng's place which is just nice for 2 persons.

The apartment was very clean and all necessary amenities was provided. During my stay the host was willing to assist me with any extra requests I may have had. Lastly, the apartment is very close to the shops, cinema, public transport, and an assortment of restaurants. I highly recommend staying at the apartment.

Nice place. Could do with a few little additions to make the guests stay more comfortable, such as more a better cutlery, tea towels and dish rack. Tea was provided but no sugar or milk, which would have been nice.

Really a very good place, walk to Kingsway to enjoy different food all over the world, to shopping from the Glen shopping center. The house is comfortable to live. Sally is very friendly.

Clean, close to shops. No microwave No toaster very limited cooking utensils and very limited cutlery. Shower was not very warm at all.

Augustus was very patient despite an unexpected delay in our check in time. He was friendly, the room was clean, the description was accurate, and it was a new house. Augustus and his wife regularly cooked for us large portions of delicious breakfast like dumplings, muffins and Chinese pancakes. Augustus was very professional in providing us accommodation. He was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay and even asked us for feedback before we left. Augustus will accommodate any reasonable request to the best of his ability.

The family was learning to be a host. Their bedding, linen and house were clean. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac. I selected the place based on its airconditioning but on arrival we were told it was not working. The weather favoured us all with temperatures lower than usual summer'. Basic hot drink facilities need to be provided in the room eg, a kettle, cups and tea and coffee sachets at least, since their kitchen is not available. We asked if we could use their kettle and cups after learning they werent available. Of couse we were given access then. Recommended for you to sleep but not for a b&b or shared housing situation where you can cook occasionally.

We had a great stay. They have a beautiful home and the room is really spacious and big with your own bathroom! Recommended!

Our welcome was warm and immediate. After many hours of international travel, the clean tidy room and made up beds were so comforting! With my dietary requirements, the spacious, well equipped kitchen area was great to see and use!

I came with my family of five and we find the place to be very nice and cosy. It is also conveniently located near to amenities. Our host is also very welcoming and helpful. We arrived late at night, hungry and the host gave us complimentary bread, jam, crackers and fresh milk. She was also very helpful and provided us with many information and guide on where to get food and other services in Glen Waverley. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I strongly recommend this apartment for family accommodation.

I met with the two sisters who hosted the apartment. Both of them are very friendly and communication are super easy with them. They reply you straight away. The place is very clean and comfy, it has everyhing that you need for day to day chores like iron board, vaccum cleaner, porta cot, high chair. A quite residential suburb within driving distance to shops and restaurants. It is ideally suited for a couple as we stayed with our two kids and felt it was a bit small in terms of the tv area. Overall a small descent unit in a good suburb.

A great Melbourne location for our young family - we appreciated the family-friendly space, bath, kitchen facilities, electric blankets and a number of parks and playgrounds within easy walking distance. A quiet neighbourhood with plenty of off-street parking, but easily accessible from the M1/Monash Fwy too.

Convenient transportation, take a train to flinder street station 1h on the line, around woolworths, and glen, complete variety, but also the Chinese district, many Chinese, especially for Chinese tourists to travel. The rooms are comfortable, cost-effective, something very full kitchen. The landlord couple were very good, recommended!

Kathy was a very friendly and easy-going person who did a welcome message board during the cold rainy night when we arrived. Our room was cozy and pre-heated, and the warm bed provided us a good sleep. The tidy and clean bathroom just next to our room. Free toast, milk, coffee and tea were also available in the morning. Kathy was a well educated two kids` mom who talked lots about people`s life in Australia during the breakfast. It`s my first AirBnb experience which is perfect.

My two co-workers (girls) lived in Kathy's lovely home for 16 days. They told me that it was a fantastic experience and they would like to ask me to say something good in this common, which I supposed to even if they do not request me to do so. Before they come, I was so anxious that I cannot find a good place for them to live and I had many other things to worry: an important exam was very close, our company was under auditing, the location of our company is not convenient if don't drive, it is the first time for them to travel overseas…… Luckily, I found Kathy on Airbnb and much appreciated that she accepted our booking. Thanks for Kathy arranged the airport pickup and drop-off services. Kathy's home is much more than liveable. The public area is very spacious, there are a quality sofa, a big TV; the kitchen and bathroom are very tidy and clean; the bedroom is cozy. Kathy even provided a full set of new bedding for them. Kathy is a good cook, she cooked them a free meal and most of the breakfasts during their stay. The breakfasts are chargeable, the price is reasonable, the quality is better than normal restaurants and there are various options. Kathy is not only a friendly landlord but also a careful person who take care her family and her tenant very well. All in all, my co-workers felt at home living with Kathy. Kathy is a very nice and helpful host, especially for the Chinese visitors. Because she cooked delicous Chinese food which satisfies your homesick stomach:) The location of the house is perfect, which close to Glen's train stataion (20mins by walk) and community shopping center. The neighbour area is so quiet and good for a walk after dinner. Kathy keeps the guest room clean and cozy, while her lovely boy and girl add family pleasure during the stay. It was a fantastic trip thanks to Kathy's host and help. We hope to come back again in the future...
