Cozy house with fireplace and garden

The cottage is located on the outskirts of Kufstein on the Inntalradweg, 100 m away from a cozy jausenstation , 10 minutes from the Kaiseraufstieg, the entrance to the Emperor Mountains, all within walking distance. Tours can be offered on request. The city of Kufstein (railway station) and the Kaiserlift can be reached in 10 minutes by bike or by city bus. The large fenced garden invites you to play, grill and relax. The kitchen with Nespresso machine is new and very well equipped.

Welcome to the apartment Kronbichler ! Our house is located in a quiet residential area in the Oberndorf district in Ebbs. The district of Oberndorf has its own bus stop and a very good Tyrolean tavern, everything is within walking distance of about 5 minutes. Numerous hiking opportunities, beautiful nature lakes and cycling trails can be found in the immediate vicinity. The ski world "Wilder Kaiser" is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via its own, separate entrance.

Quiet, cosy furnished holiday apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower bath, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location in the green, a car is recommended. Living and sleeping room are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment is completely newly built in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sleeping couch in the living area.

The Kaiserfleckerl was completed in 2021. When designing the house, and in particular, the sustainability and the love for the detial were particularly important. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed, it is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. The gondola in the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area can be reached in 5 minutes by free ski bus or by car. The Kaiserfleckerl, the ideal starting point for a quiet or exciting vacation in the heart of Tyrol.

Farmhouse apartment

The farm is located in a quiet secluded location. There are only two apartments on the farm and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking opportunities and swimming lakes.
