It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Former water mill, located by the stream in the heart of the Champagne vineyard. Freshly renovated, the mill has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room (about 35 m²) with the possibility of 2 additional beds. Cabin on stilts on Millet pond. Ideal for two people but can accommodate four people comfortably. We offer you an encounter with the wild nature of Argonne. A boat is available, forest hikes and not forgetting visits to World War I sites. For safety reasons, the cabin is not suitable for children under 12 years old Located 15km from the city of Sainte Ménéhould. The Tree House is closed in winter, from November to March.

Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has two terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (not overlooked by the adjoining owners' house). Guests can enjoy the orchard and 3500 m² garden.
