This 100% private apartment is on the first floor of a shared house where owners and their son live upstairs. There are no shared spaces. You have a private entrance and parking. The living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchenette are bright and clean. It is exactly 1 mile from Oak Bluffs Center, a half mile from The Cottages and Farm Neck Golf Course, and a block from Tradewinds walking trails. Across the street is the bike path, & the bus stop is on the corner for easy island transportation!

Super Hosts for several years, but took a break in 2022 for family. We are back on Airbnb! Private two-room guest en-suite with private entrance . A queen bedroom with French door that connects to a living room. The suite features a double-vanity bathroom with shower and separate claw foot tub. A coffee station, refrigerator and microwave are provided in the suite's foyer. Enjoyable walk to two beaches and beautiful harbor. Historic Main Street is just 3-miles from our home.

Summer into Fall is when Falmouth is at its best!

Falmouth beaches are great year round. Falmouth is fully open with lots of great live music on weekends and trivia in many different locations mid week. The weather is generally warm enough now for hiking, biking, golf and scenic beach walks. I do not charge a cleaning fee & ask you to respectfully treat the space with care and clean up after yourself. I make sure the space is more diligently cleaned and disinfected between guests. Sorry but this is a no pet space.

Efficient, bright, half-basement studio with large french door entrance looking out on front yard. Includes brand-new queen-size bed, a full bathroom with shower, large closet, lounge space, and well-equipped kitchenette with dining table. Wifi and a ROKU monitor. There is no cable service. Quiet, ideal location in the woods, near shops, restaurant, beach and bike path. Parking space right at the front door. No pets please!

Cute Single Family Home in Nice Neighborhood

Hello! We have an adorable two-bedroom (bedrooms are very small), single-family home within walking distance to the beach. (Bristol Beach is 3/10 of a mile away, and Falmouth Heights Beach is 1/2 mile from the house). Perfect for a family of 4 or couples retreat. Please note that the bedrooms are very small and neither of them can accommodate any sort of portable crib, such as a Pack and Play.
