The Barn is truly idyllic - even more gorgeous than the pictures show, beautifully cared for, cozy and stylish all at once. The location is lovely and restful - this is a perfect weekend/weekday getaway! It truly will exceed your expectations, and Davis is the greatest host anybody could wish for.

Awesome house with a lot of space. We didn't need to utilize it but it's nice having rooms on separate floors with its own living room space. The house is beautiful as well as the neighborhood. There is a river that runs behind the house to the lake down the road, it was a nice walk. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the fire pit out there! And then relax in the bathtub. The shower is amazing also! We had an issue with a window and Davis was very prompt in responding to me and getting it fixed. Definitely will be the Airbnb I book if we come back to this area.

Davis's house is really wonderful. We are frequent travelers and we love NYC and we usually make getaways to some nearby state to know and experience other ways of living. I write in Spanish to be more precise in what I want to tell ... I hope Davis can translate it as well as possible. We were 4 nights with my family. Every place in the house is charming, the rooms, bathrooms, dressing rooms, desk ... every space with unique details and everything you need is there, available. The living and kitchen are dreamed, the photos do not reflect the perfect style. One of our children is a musician and the piano sounds perfect. Each room has its TV with entertainment system which allows the translation of languages. The exterior is beautiful with a stream that crosses the back of the house. We made a fire on a cold afternoon and used his grill. It is a house to stay, walk for a while on the beaches and forest park and cook some specialties of Trader Joe. I recommend to travelers that in addition to enjoying NYC, relax a few days in Davis's barn. Greetings from Argentina.

This barn is so incredibly charming! We loved everything about the place. Our favorite was the basement, where we could fit 7 of us comfortably on the couch/chairs at night & just relax. Everything was wonderful and Davis was very responsive and welcoming.

David’s place was amazing. It looks just like the pictures. The outdoor patio was our favorite. It has an elegant European feel and of course staring at the ocean is just amazing. The inside decor is nicely styled. The fireplace is romantic and cozy. We would definitely stay again! Also David himself is a very laid back, chill person which also added to the great experience.

This home has a spectacular view - we drank wine outside in JANUARY! The studio space has all you need for a cozy weekend for 2: wine glasses, a fire place, and a view! The home was very clean. New fixtures within the space, especially the bathroom. (The shower is exquisite!) David is a great host, gave recommendations, and was responsive with communications. We'd love to visit again!

The check in was super easy, the room was clean,bed amazingly comfortable, private, bathroom right across the hall, tv with Netflix. What a great spot for a nice weekend getaway ! The house was fully stocked with kitchen wear as I cook that was a huge plus! The hot tub was amazing too just make sure you bring some robes to stay warm as the entrance is outside the unit! Overall very happy with our stay !

As a young couple looking for a cozy weekend getaway, this ended up being the perfect choice. Between the decor, the sparkling cleanliness, and extra little touches here and there, this Airbnb is well worth a booking. The hosts are easily contacted for info and assistance and do everything they can to ensure guests feel welcome and attended to, while at the same time ensuring complete and absolute privacy. The home is secluded and the surrounding wooded area is beautiful. The town of Shelton and neighboring areas are easily reached and we were provided tons of information on local places to eat, relax, and hike. Highlight of the stay was relaxing in the hot tub at night, overlooking the woods and surrounding town below. When we got out to the porch containing the hot tub the lights were on and low, the hot tub was running, and every curtain in the entire home was drawn to respect our privacy. Some airbnbs are an extra space people rent out for some extra cash, but that’s not the case here. These are people that take pride in providing a comfortable stay for their guests and we will certainly be back.

Stayed here for two days and nights and let me tell you- it was delightful! The hot tub was wonderful and the space is gorgeous. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Pat and Gabe's place was a peaceful spot for a getaway weekend. We were greeted at the door and given a tour when we arrived, and Pat and Gabe were quick to respond whenever we reached out. If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay in, this spot is homey and comfortable, with lots of books, games, a trail, hot tub, and a s'mores kit. If you're planning to explore the area, there's a ton to do within a few miles of the Airbnb, and the hosts provide several recommendations on their website, including restaurants, hiking trails, museums, and more. We hope to come back again!

Amazing stay! Pat and Gabe were very friendly and made check in a breeze. They even had orange juice and milk for the next morning to make the morning easier, as well as a towels! A true 5-Star experience! Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and loved the space! I look forward to returning in the summer to take advantage of the pool and hot tub!! Thank you Pat and Gabe for a great experience!

The little boat house is lovely! Tiny but very close to the main house and all the things you need. We had a lovely time and already want to come back!

This is such a special location. Very relaxing. The houseboat is a cute little hideaway. Take some time to hike around the area. It’s lovely.

The houseboat was a great stay! It's not actually floating on the water, but sits its pontoons on the edge of the pond. It has a wonderful patio and the inside is cozy and protected from the elements, while you still experience the peaceful nature outside. The houseboat is very close to the stone barn which has easy access to the kitchen, wifi, bathrooms, and showers which was a big plus. There are benches and chairs around are wonderful to relax in (and play with the cats that wander around). The extended property is beautiful! We walked along the river and hiked up to the summit and fairy gazebo which has excellent views! Definitely recommend. James was an excellent host! He was friendly and helpful, and he definitely made sure our stay was pleasant.

My husband and I had our honeymoon at the farm and had a blast!! We enjoyed conversations with the rotating cast of characters who live and visit the farm, walks along the serene Moss Mountain, and watching wildlife. The houseboat was extremely charming and cozy. The bathroom and kitchen are separate from the houseboat, but less than a minute walk. Bill and James were very friendly, interesting, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We’re already planning our next stay at Sticks and Stones Farm.

What a beautiful space to collect your thoughts! Sticks and stones was the perfect relaxation my mother and I needed from our daily lives. Sitting in the screen porch listening to frogs every night with candlelight was so relaxing. It's the perfect spot if you enjoy quiet or need some inspiration for art. The best and most unusual part was waking up with llamas walking past your window hahaha. If able, I do recommend the hike to the top to see moss mountain and the fairy lookout. Very beautiful and quite magical with the unique structures on the hike. The owners respected our private time but were also very accommodating when we had any questions. Lovely staff and lovely place.

This is a truly unique and amazing place, and the staff is so well suited to enhancing the peaceful, fun-loving vibe. I stayed on the houseboat (which is not actually floating, just close enough to marshes to hear the frogs jumping in the water along with the peaceful sound of a small and gentle waterfall), and Ii you're not sure how you feel about the rustic cabins and their location further up the mountain, I highly recommend staying on the boat for a few days to check things out. Boat is located conveniently to parking and the stone barn, which is the hub of the entire place. Convenience (nearby bathroom with shower, large commercial kitchen, wifi) AND amazing solitude (after 3 pm! summer camp takes place on the property til then, but I found the sounds from the campers to be joyful and energizing!) The bed on the houseboat is comfy, and while I was travelling solo, I felt completely safe and secure on this magical property.

Great "camping" for cityfolk/beginners! Since I'm not experienced in the outdoors, I liked having a roof over my head and access to a kitchen/bathroom/etc. Nice to have lots of friendly people nearby too, just in case. The riverboat house is peaceful and rustic - enjoy the relaxing view of the pond and waterfall.

This spot is in my top four Airbnbs! The daybed was *so* luxurious and the French press is such a nice touch. I saw deer in the backyard in the morning and watched the squirrels play. I hope to return!

Our stay at William’s place was spectacular. It feels very private and above all, cozy. Perfect for a getaway! There were a ton of personal touches that brought the stay to the next level, from a guidebook of the area, to all the food/drink products being local. Also who doesn’t love a French press :) Would highly recommend to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle.

JoJo and Phil's place is amazing. I went there and really allowed myself to absorb the idyllic serene and interesting space. The art supplies, yoga studio with mats and drums and bells... lovely. I love to be ensconced in a bed with a heavy cotton comforter and was not disappointed here. The soap stone sink was rustic and clear and clean. Working at the art drafting table, felt really grounding. I loved it all! JoJo showed me around with no fuss, and then left me to my own retreat. So lovely!! I look forward to my next visit to Newtown.

I’ve been using Airbnb consistently for 4 years and no where comes near the value of this place. The touches of hospitality and the perfect decorations made this the homiest Airbnb yet. I brought my dog and he loved it! Definitely planning to come back!!

Absolutely amazing! The photos were accurate, the hosts were quick to respond, everything was clean! We loved the amenities like the outdoor shower, hot tub, grill. They really thought of every little detail to make our stay comfortable!

The Little Lake Cabin was such an amazing space for our family to spend a fall week away! Jordyn and Gabby have done an excellent job providing everything a person needs to enjoy the cabin like it’s your home. We’ve traveled often and we’ve learned to always pack extra blankets, cleaning supplies, ziplock baggies, knives, a small cutting board, etc. We didn’t need ANY of these items at the cabin! It was completely spotless and completely stocked! There were even shower shoes provided! The welcome treats for us and our fur baby were so thoughtful, and Jordyn is easy to reach and responds quickly when we messaged her. And the s’mores bucket!! That made our boys day! We loved watching the wildlife every morning with our French press coffee...deer, wild turkeys, many types of birds, squirrels, and chipmunks. So peaceful! The cabin is in a great location. Far enough out that you enjoy starry nights and zero street noise, but close enough that gas and food are just minutes away. Groceries and gas are 10 minutes down the road, and if you are a Trader Joe’s junkie like me, it’s just 20 minutes away! The restaurants in town are delicious, the 440 Line is just at the bottom of the hill and had good food and fast carry out service. Portofino’s had our favorite pizza. And of course we hit the American Pie Company for breakfast and then for treats after hiking! Squantz Pond State Park is just a three minute drive away and the hike along the lake was fun and gorgeous! We also explored Kent, CT and the falls there, which are a family favorite. We have already recommended The Little Lake Cabin to numerous friends that will be traveling east next year and we will definitely will stay again! Do not hesitate to book this spot, you’ll love it!!

At the last minute, we needed a place to stay in the Norwalk area. Kathleen cheerfully took our reservation, which we appreciated so much! She returned all my emails promptly. Her checkin directions were so clear and concise, it was easy to get into the house, even arriving at night. There are motion lights in strategic spots which were very helpful. The studio is spotless! There is a comfortable living area, and the bedroom area has plenty of room to store clothes, including a hanging rack. I appreciated having the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom is good sized with a soaking tub, I believe. The location is close to the center of town and the Merritt Parkway, perfect for us! Thank you Kathleen for the wonderful overnight!

If you have a reason to be in this area, this listing would be a good choice. The place was clean and easy to access via key pad. I did not have the pleasure of meeting the hosts during my 3 day stay.

The space was super cute and exactly what we needed. Wish it were warmer so we could enjoy the beautiful outdoor space. The bathroom looked brand new and was sparkling clean. It has a fridge and microwave with a dining table in a separated little kitchen area. Would definitely recommend if you’re staying in the Norwalk area.

Wow! The space is huge,.comfortable and clean! It is bigger than it appears in the listing pictures, and would be great for an extended stay. Check in was easy. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, and I felt very safe there as a solo female traveller. I slept well in the comfortable bed, and I very much appreciated having coffee and tea available in the morning. The area is convenient to major roads and I95. Would stay again without hesitation.

Olga's place is truly magical. I felt like I was somewhere in a fairy tale while walking the grounds and being surrounded by the stone walls. The Zen House itself was very comfortable and luxurious. Olga was a great host answering any questions within less than an hour. We had complete privacy. I went there for a weekend getaway and I took my mother who was also desperate for some peace, quiet and nature. Both of us really enjoyed staying here, despite the cold weather of February. I wish I could have stayed longer, and I could only imagine how amazing it is during the Spring/ Summer months. I will definitely visit again!

This little cottage was perfect for our escape from NYC during Thanksgiving. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen, and the wood-fire stove was amazing. Jamie was quick to reply to our questions, and he gave some great tips about local hikes. We will definitely be coming back.

Couldn't recommend this place more. It's cozy, has a wood burning furnace for the winter and a tree swing for the summer. Shares a property with Jamie and Rose but very much feels like your own private cottage in the woods. My friend and I stayed here two nights and it was the most restful weekend holiday away from the city clamor. Enjoy!!

This is a great beach house for a family. They have thought of everything down to beach towels and toys. Great location. Super communication when we had questions.

My family had an amazing stay here. Roomy enough to comfortably sleep four adults and two active kids, extremely clean, great hammocks and backyard. But the thing that made our stay remarkable was the superb customer service. Gabriela went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time. After an intense evening storm, the umbrella on the back patio snapped and the curtain on the outdoor shower came down. She made sure that both were fixed the next morning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach trip!

The space was great! The hammocks were the best!

A wonderful value just a walkway away from a private beach. The August weekdays we stayed, we had the beach entirely to ourselves! Sweet quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, plenty of seating and amenities for a group (we hosted 12 for dinner one night!), and a nice yard. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Greet Gull offers great hospitality. We were picked up from the train station and brought to the guesthouse in Fairfield. The guesthouse was perfectly situated and looks very nice. We surely recommand of.

Absolute perfection! We received world-class service from Gabriella and team. Everything from initial booking to check out was well communicated. All my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The cottage is clean and well stocked with almost everything you could want for a beach vacation. And speaking of the beach, it is beautiful and we had it all to ourselves for most of our stay. I can't speak highly enough about our wonderful stay.

Loved this house. Great location and a great space for our family. We particularly enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the deck each morning. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfy. We stayed here for some quiet time after being in NYC and we didn't want to leave. Having access to the beach across the road was fantastic.

What a lovely cottage! The location couldn’t be better, and the dedicated, direct access to the beach was so wonderful. Plus, the kitchen was so well stocked, which really makes a big difference in making you feel at home while away. There’s a great little deli a short 10 minute walk down the way - breakfast and lunch sandwiches from Abello’s are a must while you’re there! The home is very well cared for and clean, and we felt the size was perfect for four adults and one very large dog. Oh! And the hammocks on the patio in the backyard are the best! Highly recommend you staying here on your next visit to Fairfield Beach!

I stayed near the Stone Barn, which has a wonderful communal feel about it. There are many more areas to explore!

I was on a bike journey from Ottawa to Florida when I stayed here. It was way more than I expected for sure! I’m so happy I got to stay here while exploring Connecticut! Being here made my bike trip so much more amazing, the nature at sticks and stones farm is exactly what everyone wants to find! And the people working there are amazing! The bed was so comfortable! I’ll definitely be back with my friends and family for a longer stay!

Great place for someone that wants to step away from reality into nature. the waterfall pond outside is very relaxing to fall asleep to. You can hear all the animals, and during the week they have llamas hiking through the woods with a third party company. I was able to bring my ESA dog which was great. Amazing trails on site for families and beginners, with a moss garden and a large organic garden for a local pantry. There are lots of hidden spots to sit and relax throughout the property. I spent 3 days here and did not have to leave, food can be delivered. The kitchen in the beautiful stone barn is fully equipped and very large since it is used to feed camps. The shower is very clean since it is shared with someone that lives on property year-round. Keep in mind, the listing is a shed turned into tiny home, it has a fan and light but the bed can only fit someone 5'5 and under, most likely not two people comfortably.

This is an amazing space for a personal or group retreat with various cabins to unplug and recharge. The grounds are beautiful with hiking trails, gardens, a labyrinth, moss walk, and a yoga/ meditation studio available in the main barn area. The community style kitchen was clean and well organized with space in the fridge for guests to store and prep their food. This was a bright and friendly space, and am thankful to have the opportunity to have shared this space.

Rustic peace and tranquility. Slept to the sound of the waterfall and crickets, watched over by the Buddha, stretched out in the yoga class.

The little cabin was just what I needed and sticks and stones farm was the perfect magical place to re-connect with myself. Sam was an amazing host and if you are lucky enough to meet here, you will certainly understand. Everything was just perfect...for me :)

As this platform gets saturated with everyone wanting to rent their spare rooms, it is a breath of fresh air to meet other hosts that know hospitality, don’t take shortcuts, and provide great value. I highly recommend Kim’s place to others. She is only several bookings away from Superhost. Reserve early as her 2nd FL private-space full apartment has potential to market for much higher nightly rates.

As soon as we arrived Kim was there to greet us with a smile and told us to let her know if there was anything we needed! The space was extremely clean and homey. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home!

Great place to stay a night. Ariel and her boyfriend were very welcoming. I arrived at night and couldn’t see the apartment number. It’s a bigger building in the neighborhood. The room was clean, and sheets, towels, and bed were all very clean. Had no problems sleeping. Great value!

The Perch was simply perfect!!!!!! There were more alexa speakers, kitchen cooking gadgets, and activities to do than we could shake a stick at! We will 1000% be staying here again in the near future!

Amazing place for groups!

Our stay at the perch far exceeded our expectations. We recommend it to everyone. Such a tranquil get away with enough room for a larger group of people, but was very quaint for two.

Zach was a great host. He was really communicative about check in and house rules, and anything else I needed answers to the whole stay. The house itself had everything we needed and in a great location. We would definitely recommend.

Bernadette and Zach's home is so beautiful with the wood accents, hill top view, and lofted cabin space. We had a large 10+ group on our trip but everyone was comfortable with the many additional pull out beds and 4 baths. The thoughtful touches like the plethora of books, board games, cooking utensils, and smart home made the trip extra fun and effortless. Lastly there's some great unique amenities like a hot tub, band set, and mini hiking trail!

This was our 2nd time staying at the Perch and everything was great. Will definitely be back in the future.

It is a beautiful house, perfect for weekend getaway. The house was very nicely decorated, quiet and peaceful.

The Perch is one of my favorite Airbnb homes I’ve ever stayed in. It has everything you need to relax and go off the grid, but also all the conveniences you might need to stay connected too. From the beautiful furnishings and spacious rooms to the stunning view to the modern technological amenities, this place really has everything! We spent evenings playing pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and unwinding in front of the cozy fireplace with a glass of wine. There is a fantastic sound system and tons of board games at your disposal too. And the beds were super comfy! The place was so big, we just kept saying “I don’t think we brought enough people!” But at the same time, it is perfect and cozy for just a couple too. We loved it so much, we just couldn’t wait to book again! Can’t wait to go back to The Perch again next month :)

Our stay and experience at Sticks and Stones exceeded all expectations! The hosts were so incredibly kind and informative. Our cabin was immaculate, private, beautiful, and relaxing. The amenities available (kitchen, cooking utensils, food, etc.) made the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The property itself is gorgeous. There are tons of hiking trails, a labyrinth and a swimming hole. Everything is gorgeous and well taken care of. If you’re looking for a weekend away or a romantic getaway this place is perfect! I HIGHLY recommend!

What a gem!

Couldn’t recommend booking a stay more. Even during a rain-filled weekend it was perfect.

Can’t say how lovely Sticks and Stones is. The setting is so beautiful and words don’t do justice. This really is the best kept secret! Lovely hosts, incredibly relaxing atmosphere, etc. Truly cannot wait to come back again.

Pictures don't do this boat house justice. This is not just a place to stay, its an overall experience. One that you wouldn't get any where else.

It was a nice place, very small but everything you would need. Check in was very easy and Lucia was pretty responsive. It was very clean and well decorated. It was a little loud at times but we aren’t light sleepers so it was fine. I would stay here again.

Cute little spot! Was great for our weekend in Connecticut for a wedding. Lucia is easy to communicate with. If you’re taller than 6’ then the ceiling might feel low, otherwise the size is perfect for 2 people and the kitchenette has some supplies for quick meals, coffee, and tea.

Convenient and clean

This place was what I expected and more. A set of toiletries were provided, coffee and coffee maker (which definitely came in hand) and even a basket of snacks if you get in late and want something quick to eat. Very clean, and everything you need for a quick stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was easy from start to finish. Lucia had everything you would need in case you forgot it. A perfect mini home while you're away. Also, you're within 5-10 minutes of everything Norwalk has to offer. One of my favorite air bnbs I've ever stayed at.

Tori’s carriage house was sparkling clean with a lovely design. She includes several added touches like a guidebook, bath amenities and sound machine to make the stay comfortable and homey. The grounds are beautiful for a stroll along the river and views of the horses. It’s the perfect easy escape from NYC. We will certainly visit again!

The apartment was so comfortable, clean and updated! The kitchen was well equipped to make any meal you might want, the space was quiet, and having the ponies downstairs was a unique touch - so cute to see them when you would come in and out! Loved walking around the property and communication was very easy with Tori. Loved this place!

I had a great experience staying at Andres’ place. The owners were very sweet, respectful and helpful throughout the weeks I stayed with them. There was a lot of privacy and the room was spacious. I enjoyed having my own time and sometimes went upstairs to talk to the owners! They are a wonderful family, and I’d definitely recommend their place!

The owners are very friendly and helpful and they are always open to answer questions. There is a separate entrance with a small terrace and it is quiet. The railway connection is excellent (regular trains to NYC, Grand Central). I felt very comfortable there and would like to come back!

Great place to get away from the world.

The dome is absolutely wonderful. The area and property is calming and perfect for people who love the outdoors. Plenty of blankets provided as well as portable lighting since there is no electricity. Clean bathroom and friendly hosts.

The geodesic dome is exactly as described, and the Litchfield area is wonderful. Robert is a great host, and the shared spaces at the farmhouse are friendly and welcoming.

Getaway Heaven!!!!!

This was such a fun and unique experience! The dome was very clean, and well prepared for our stay. Robert was extremely helpful, and even gave us some fresh tomatoes from the farm, which were delicious! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Robert's place was a cozy, relaxing getaway for the weekend. We loved the glamping-style of the dome, and being surrounded by nature. We also spend an afternoon at Bantam lake, a beautiful spot that's only about 15 mins away from the place. Would definitely recommend the dome to anyone looking to get away for a weekend to relax!

Once again an exceptional stay! We really enjoy the feng shui of the space the creaky wood floors and all the amenities provided. One thing we noticed was that it was slightly noisy with traffic. But nothing we were too bothered by. (Since it’s a historic building and being so close to the road) But the white noise machine provided really helped. We will be sure to recommend this space and visit again soon!

Two-for-the-price of one! This charming studio was just as cute and beautifully decorated in person as shown in the photos. Right beside a babbling brook, yet close to everything in town, this spacious studio had everything I needed for a three-day work trip—including access to the B-hive coworking space downstairs. I made calls in the quiet space overlooking the brook and had a wonderful time. And no need to bring anything, the studio has it all, including welcome snacks! Gerard, the host, even met me to let me in and I had a great time chatting with him throughout the stay. For visitors looking for a welcoming and attentive host, this studio is for you!

Great Gull Island Studio was the perfect location and perfect oasis for our Valentine's weekend! Upon entering we were greeted by a stunning studio with beautiful exposed refinished beams, amazing and thoughtful decor, beautiful art, and an extremely comfortable bed. My husband and I had such a peaceful and relaxing stay here that this will forever be our go-to Airbnb. Gerard was very sweet and thoughtful checking in to make sure our check-in was smooth. As Airbnb hosts ourselves we felt inspired by such an amazing use of space. The B:hive coworking space below was the cherry on top. A beautiful and relaxing environment to focus on completing tasks. This studio was such a lovely place to wind down. We will definitely be booking again!

We really didn’t want to leave! It has been one of our favorite experiences for several reasons: communication with the host provided answers to any questions immediately, the space was so inviting, beautiful, and clean that every moment spent in the Airbnb was sweet and relaxing, location was perfect especially because we didn’t have a car but restaurants and grocery stores and train stations were just a walk away. It’s got a cute little shower with a window looking out onto the stream, a bed that’s a dream, top-notch kitchen and cooking amenities, and the atmosphere is perfect for what we were looking for! If you want to sleep in a bed that feels like it’s made of clouds and you are looking for a cute quite place but not too far from town attractions or events, then this is the place for you!

This is our second stay in this cozy loft space, and once again we had a great stay. The place is immaculate with many thoughtful touches. Gerard is always available and very communicative. We felt very much at home here and look forward to being back again soon!!

Gerard was so helpful and accommodating! The studio is phenomenal looking, super clean, and so many amenities. I got to learn the Amazon Alexa and will certainly be getting one soon, and also the queen mattress is so heavenly which I also will be getting soon. Can’t wait to return back here!

Great Communication from host, very easy check in and a comfortable bed. The room is in the basement, with the entrance from the backyard. The bathroom and stand up shower stall, worked out for me but I was by myself.

This property is nicely updated, very clean, and a less than 2 minute walk to the beach. My family had a wonderful vacation here and are considering renting again next year.

A very charming place that was sparkling clean. A short walk to two beaches, one private and Penfield Beach which was great for children. Less than 15 minutes away from tons of shops and restaurants. Loved the grassy backyard for backyard games and the outside shower for convenience after a day at the beach. Loved the unique feature of Alexa and other smart capabilities within the home. All-in-all was a wonderful stay and would stay again.

A wonderful spacious space. Steps from the beach on Long Island Sound. Host were extremely attentive and had little surprises for us to eat when we arrived. Don’t hesitate booking this lovely Fairfield home! It was our first time booking with Gerard and Great Gull Properties. We have stayed at other rentals and none have compared to our stay at this beach house. Gerard’s attentiveness to our questions, the painless check in and check out, the cleanliness of the home and it’s many amenities were above and beyond what we anticipated. We are hoping to rent another one of their beautiful properties in the future. After our stay here, our expectations have been set high, and it will be hard to find another rental that matches their standards!

Great house! Beautiful views from the upstairs bedrooms. Nice back yard. Steps from the beach. Any concerns or problems with the house are promptly taken care of. Cute shops and restaurants are close by. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful, well maintained home.
