The loft has a bedroom, separate shower and toilet spaces, work area, sitting room, kitchen space, and heating/cooling fresh air system. Located above our farm store, the loft provides privacy for you while giving you access to fresh fruits & veggies, locally sourced meats, homemade soups & salads from our farm kitchen, and so much more. You can also walk our farm trails, visit the veggies, or enjoy a campfire.

Our space is in a small but fantastic town, perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Rensselaer's unique art scene is renowned; check out over two dozen murals that grace our revitalized downtown. Play disc golf at Brookside Park-we have discs for guests' use! Our listing fee is what it is-no separate "cleaning fee." We'll always leave you with homebaked goodies, & make sure there are farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Warning this is not a hook up or a party spot ! ..This is older but,very clean & well kept camper, located on five acres. 420 Friendly...It's a quarter mile from the National Park and under 2 mi to the Lake Michigan Waterfront of Kimel Beach. On a beautifully stocked pond with catfish,bluegill,bass, & croppie. Plenty of wildlife. If you book on a Sunday? I host Open Mic in my barn. 2 PM. Open to the public and musicians welcome. Normally, there is music playing around the property.

The address to the apartment is 104 E. Washington ST. From Washington St., go thru the black door next to Yanni's restaurant. Go up the stairs and the apartment is on your right. You will see an AirBNB sticker above the door. I will send a code to access the apartment the day of your arrival. Please note, Parking is prohibited on Washington St. from 2AM-4AM. You can park at the Earl Schroffner museum. Their address is 122 N. Dixie Hwy, which is 1 block North of the apartment.
