There is also a sofa bed (2 pp). Private outdoor space equipped with a dining table and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers, and deck chairs. It can accommodate 6-8 pp. The owner lives in the same villa on the upper floor.

Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
