CASOLARE LE PAGLIARE "country getaways"

My grandparents' old farmhouse, recently renovated in keeping with tradition, but with all modern comforts. Nestled in the countryside, ideal for a relaxing getaway away from the hustle and bustle, with an excellent location for easy access to the sea, mountains, lakes, thermal pools, river rafting, hiking and much more. In the evening, you can enjoy the cuisine on offer at the various establishments that are a hallmark of our region. I also offer Reiki treatments and meditation sessions off-site.

Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

A peaceful place

Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

Villa Attilio: relaxation and nature!

Beautiful independent villa on land of about one hectare, with olive groves, centuries-old oak and enchanting views of the green of the Roveto Valley. Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and cycling, horseback riding, visits to the hermitages. A few kilometers away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Lake Posta Fibreno, Zompo il Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga Park, the castle of Balsorano, the tunnels of Claudio and Alba Fucens.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Affittiamo una suite privata e speciale all'interno della nostra Country House familiare. La Villa sorge in un parco, nella caldera di un vulcano estinto. Situata a un'ora da Napoli, Roccamonfina è il classico piccolo paese di montagna che attrae chi vuole rilassarsi passeggiando tra le montagne, mangiare bene e visitare i luoghi vicini ricchi di arte e storia. Trascorrere del tempo in un luogo così particolare sarà un'esperienza indimenticabile!

Villa Afrodite

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

L'appartamento si trova su una collina all'ingresso di Gaeta, dal suo grande terrazzo panoramico si può vedere tutto il golfo fino al Vesuvio e all'isola d'Ischia. Lontano dai rumori della città e della movida. Un ampio giardino con pini marittimi completa il parco del complesso residenziale. Posto all'inizio del tratto cittadino della via Flacca, l'appartamento consente di raggiungere rapidamente le spiagge più esclusive di Gaeta.
