The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Perfectly positioned just footsteps from the aqua waters of Geographe Bay, enjoy French linen dressed beds in our breath-taking bedrooms decorated in rich earthy tones, gorgeously collated interiors, and our expansive ocean-side deck offering bay glimpses. Just add delicious delicacies from Margaret River …and you may never want to leave…

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The stunning waterfall window in the bedroom connects the inside with the out, creating a memorable feature & allowing you to sleep under the stars. Please note the cabin is an adults only retreat.
