Whilst sharing the property with the main house, you still have private parking and entry. Rustic and relaxed, our spacious open-area accommodation is well-equipped with a king-sized bed, living area, bathroom/laundry, cooking area, native garden, carport, WIFI and television. We want you to enjoy yourselves and be comfortable.

The Studio offers luxury fittings, king-sized bed, comfortable window seats, air conditioning, wifi and its own balcony. There are 22 steps, with hand rails, down to The Studio. It has Development Approval (DA20/0643) from the City of Busselton. Sorry but The Studio is not suitable for pets, children or Leavers.

We have a limestone and timber studio at the rear of our holiday home. It has a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, sitting area and kitchenette and is located in a quiet street 300m from town and 700m from beach. We share our time between Dunsborough and Perth so may not be there during your stay but are only a phone call/message away at all times.
