Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The air-conditioned apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Villach Warmbad. In the immediate vicinity of the spa park, the area invites you to take walks and hikes. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a former family hotel. An elevator is available. Above the balcony is an electronically operated awning. In the living room you can relax either with a movie from our selection or with 4K Netflix. Our surround system ensures good sound.

The 76m2 apartment is on the 1st floor and is very central, sunny and quiet. ....is an ideal starting point for summer and winter sports enthusiasts, nature lovers, culture lovers, those seeking peace and quiet, and also for business travelers. 10 minutes walk to the city center, the Congress Center and the train station. A few minutes drive to many ski areas, lakes, the thermal baths and interesting excursion destinations.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

The cottage is located in a peaceful area, 10 min walk from the lake Bled (swimming area). It has been made with natural materials such as wood and clay which makes it a comfortable and a healthy stay. There are free scotters available for you to use. Parking is free in front of the house.
