Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

The sleeping area has a double bed with direct excess to private chill out lounge area. There is also an indoor lounge area with two chairs & coffee table.

Totally independent (we share the outside staircase), you have a large equipped terrace. Beautiful sea view. Parking is reserved for you in front of the house, and it is also possible to park a motorcycle/bicycle securely. Beach and village center less than 5 minutes' drive, free shuttle at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Ca la Cristina. Riumors, Alt Empordà.

A cozy house, for the whole family, in the middle of the Alt Empordà plain. Very close to Figueres, Roses and l'Escala, with the beach 15 minutes away. Stone house, completely renovated in 2009. It has access through the front yard where a vehicle can enter. Kitchen, dining room and bathroom on the ground floor. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the first floor. All have an outside balcony. Porch and garden. Pool open from May 25th to September.

El Paller de Ca l 'Escrivà (Capmany, Alt Empordà)

House located in the center of the wine village of Capmany (Alt Empordà-Costa Brava). Located 14 kilometers from Figueres and 10 kilometers from the French border. It's also 25 kilometers to Costa Brava's beaches. From the village you can make BTT circuits and hike and follow megalithic routes. Big parties are not allowed, but barbecues are allowed with family and friends. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families, and big groups.

Recently renovated apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the building and has an elevator. It has a double bed, full bathroom and kitchen open to the living-dining room, where the large sofa bed makes an extra bed. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the Dalí Museum and the old town of Figueres. It has all the amenities and overlooks the public park. Close to all amenities. Public parking is 20 meters from the apartment.
