    A gorgeous 3 bedroom townhouse with a spacious king size 3rd floor bedroom to rent with a private entertainment room (home cinema, Netflix, PS4 etc), just 15 minutes from Manchester Airport and 20-30 minutes from Chester, Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington. (NOTE: No shower, just a bath at current). The couple owning the space are young, very friendly and have three adorable friendly dogs. Great location for anyone attending events at the Park Royal hotel as we’re in walking distance.

  • What can I say ... Loved my last minute stay at Matts. Value for Money was superb , communication before during and after was excellent ... it’s their home but you have use of a nice lounge downstairs with amazing curved Samsung TV and surround sound and Netflix ... admit ... I binge watched loads while I was in peace and quite...big double bedroom on top floor and a bathroom just for guests. Loved the 2 Boxer dogs ...I love dogs so it was perfect , they both cuddled up to me like I was their long lost uncle ... shame I had to leave them behind ... 100% recommend a stay if u need access to M56 or Warrington and surrounding areas.

    we have a vast room to accommodate one or two persons. This is a quite area with a walking distance to two train stations and bus stops. It is close to supermarkets. There are parking spaces on site. Also, we are a few minutes away from Gulliver's World Theme Park which is a popular attraction site in the area. We are waiting to welcome you. Maurice and Sephora.
    The vast is very comfortable, tidy and calm.
    We are in a quit and peaceful neighbourhood.

    My accommodation is light & spacious, it was built for my mother, so although it is attached to my house it has its own private entrance, double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining/living area. My check in time is 6-10pm, check out 10am, other times by prior arrangement.

Everything was clean and you can also find signs/instruction on stuff how to use it or where to put your used towels etc. ..it's a cute and helpfull insight! Bowl of fresh fruits and breakfast goodies where a nice attention. We enjoyed the stay a lot and apprecieted flexibility for our check-out when my flight got delayed.We definitely recommend! It was so warm and cosy, ideal for November. I loved the large bath too. I will most definitely be staying here again when I’m next in the area. The location was excellent too.

Place is nearby to all major details, like bus stand, super markets ( Tesco, Asda 10 minutes ), Fast foods. Easy access from all surrounding motorways (M56, M62, and M6) and parking close to the house. We have dog Husky. His name is Baki. We hope you enjoy your stay!

    The Annex started off as a little project but has since turned in to a guest suite with a large double bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette (toaster, fridge and kettle) to give our guests complete freedom during their stay. There is ample parking and great access to the local areas, as well as an outdoor area with a pizza oven and BBQ available upon request. We are located in the village of Little Leigh on the junction of Runcorn Road and Shutley Lane.
    The Annex is a converted double garage which has been tastefully decorated. In the kitchen area guests have a fridge, kettle and toaster and are provided fresh milk, cereal, jam and bread with the necessary utilities for hot drinks. Please be aware the "AirBnB map" is 0.5 miles from our actual location, please follow the exact postcode given when booking.
    Little Leigh is a small village consisting of a church, primary school and a couple of pubs. The Cottage is positioned on the edge of the village on Runcorn Road. Please be aware the "AirBnB map" is 0.5 miles from our actual location, please follow the exact postcode given when booking.

    There is a master room and en suite, as well as an office / spare room and a second bathroom. The third 'bedroom' is a walk in wardrobe / dressing room. It's nice and spacious apartment with lovely views and a direct private pathway onto Victoria park. Opposite is the rowing club and Kingsway bridge. Not the cultural epicenter of the universe, but if you need to visit or there's an event nearby, I can be at your disposal and it WILL be tidier than the pictures :D
    Own parking and lots of visitor parking. Key card access pathway to Victoria Park and beyond. Opposite Warrington rowing club (I also launch kayak from there and go to feed the ducks and swans). Close to (walkable from) Cheshire village of Stockton Heath. 5 mins drive to both train stations with excellent regular services to Manchester and Liverpool Key card lock up for bikes where the bins live also
    It’s in westy Estate in latchford village which like many similar places, once was a little rough around the edges but is now mainly young families and young professionals and the odd eccentric. Never had any trouble here.

    A bright and spacious double room with private bathroom and access to kitchen, dining room and garden. Our house is within walking distance of bustling Stockton Heath and has easy access to the surrounding Cheshire countryside, Manchester and Liverpool. A study is available for visitors who need to work during the evening. Help yourself to cereal, porridge, toast, home made marmalade and an assortment of jams for breakfast.
    Our double room is very spacious with plenty of room for one or two guests and a large screen TV if you want to spend time in peace upstairs. The private bathroom is also large with both a bath and power shower. We have a study available adjacent to the bedroom that all visitors are welcome to use in the evening. Downstairs, guests are free to use a large open plan kitchen and dining room, and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook for yourself. Downstairs is a social area for chatting or you can always make use of the dining room table if you need to sit down and do some work! The garden is a key part of the house with plenty of space to enjoy a drink in the sunshine during the warmer months
    Stockton Heath is an extremely popular area where people visit from all around to enjoy the many bars and restaurants in the village. It is approximately 15 minutes walk from our house but if we are around we are happy to drop guests off by car and there are always plenty of taxis around if you don’t want to walk home. The house is only eight minutes drive from the M6 and M56 so it has very easy access to Manchester and Liverpool either by car or rail. Manchester Airport is only 20 minutes away by car and there is plenty of countryside to enjoy either in Cheshire or further afield via the motorways. Cheshire is a great county for cyclists and I have plenty of routes and cafes to recommend those who enjoy a ride out.
  • Helen an Walter are the most convivial of hosts, their house is immaculate. They will treat you like family, but will give you space if you have work to do or prefer some privacy. Nothing is too much trouble, ask Helen or Walter for anything and they are eager to oblige if possible. Ask Walter if he will cook for you, savouries or sweets are equally sublime. His Five spice belly of pork is a "pièce de résistance". Always look forward to staying when I'm in Warrington.

    The accommodation is in a rural location with only 1 other house within 500m. No shops or traffic as situated on a private un-adopted road. Open field and spaces all around. Many unique walks along the River Weaver, the canal towpath and through woodlands. Whilst within 40mins of Liverpool and Manchester and 20 mins from Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village.

    Cheap, clean modern room in shared accommodation with double bed suitable for one person working or visiting. Premises is also occupied by 3 young professional working males. Should be noted that common areas are in constant use by the 3 tenants and as such can be untidy at times
    To the ground floor is a living room with TV and WiFi, separate toilet and shower, andkitchen. Upstairs to the first floor is a further family bathroom. Although the common areas are regularly cleaned it should be noted that they can at times become untidy.
    The neighbourhood consists of similar large terraced houses. It is a 10 minute walk from Stockton Heath with its high end bars and restaurants. In the opposite direction lies a busy retail park with fast food outlets as well as central Warrington with its shops, pubs and restaurants

The common areas are, of course, shared and where I spoke to other tenants they were really friendly. This house is very close to the M56 & M62, close to the M53 & M58 Meaning it’s only 30 minutes drive to Manchester. 15 minutes to Chester. North Wales in 30 minutes. This is a traditional terraced house over 180years old and Captain Edward Smiths (the Titanic captain) mother and sister used to live in this very house in 1871. He most certainly would have stayed here as his best friend ran the pub across the road ( now a Buddhist temple).
    This house is extremely close to Runcorn train and bus station. The Buddhist mediation temple is across the road. The bridgewater canal is in front of the house where you can rent a canal boat from claymore canal holidays at Preston brook. You can walk or cycle along the canal to Norton Priory, Walton gardens, Preston brook and further afield! The brindley theatre is a few hundred metres away with regular shows, pantomimes and acts performing there. Norton priory museum and gardens are in Runcorn. The catalyst science museum Is over the bridge in Widnes. The new Mersey gateway bridge takes you to Liverpool in no time at all. You have jump Nation / inflatanation indoor theme park a hundred metres from the house. The river Mersey is at the back of the house, a couple of roads behind. There is a promenade with views of the three Runcorn bridges and Liverpool just across the water. You can walk or cycle over the old jubilee bridge just next to the house. There is a Cineworld cinema in Runcorn and The shopping city shopping centre a couple of miles from the house. Halton miniature railways operates through the town park on a Sunday next door to the ski slope. There is a 24 puregym, Starbucks and b&m in walking distance to the house. The select stadium is just over the bridge in Widnes. Runcorn indoor swimming pool is nearby. Wigg island is a big open park area on the Mersey, close to the house. Halton castle is in Runcorn, Halton village is a 5 minute drive from the house. You have fantastic views from here in Liverpool and the surrounding countryside. There is the castle pub here and the historic Norton arms on Main street do great pub meals. Delamere forest and the lovely town of Frodsham are close by. As is the historical city of Chester and the massive outlet village, Cheshire oaks, great for designer shopping at low prices!

Anderton Boat Lift where one of the seven wonders of the waterways is with Marbury Country Park a canal walk away. Good food includes the Tunnel Top pub down the road or the nearby Horns Inn and the Riverside Inn is popular with a great deal on two for one meals. Chester is but 18 miles away, 22 to Liverpool or 25 to Manchester, 50 miles to the Lakes and 50 to Llangollen in North Wales.

Chester is but 18 miles away or a short train journey from nearby Frodsham station, it’s 22 miles to Liverpool or 25 to Manchester, 50 miles to the Lakes and 50 to Llangollen in North Wales. Just so know, we have four Chocolate Labradors but they also have their own house and garden, all secured. They are very friendly and very fond of treats but please do not feed them as they are on a permanent diet.

    1 large room with double bed and TV! We live close to the centre of Warrington so getting into town is just a 10/15 minute walk away. Train/bus stops close by. A shop for supplies is a half mile walk/drive away and a great cafe for breakfast is across the road from our house. There is also a fab pub with great food just a mile away.     A house built in the 1920's, it has old fashioned, large rooms with tall ceilings and a lot of character! Very homely and comfortable.
    Quiet residential area although close to town centre. We do live on a main road but both of the guest bedrooms are to the rear of the house which is at the opposite end to the road so traffic noise isn't an issue. The lounge faces the main road but the noise doesn't cause any problems for us.

We had a large TV in our room with good choice of channels & the WIFI has a strong signal. A real bonus having, 'Chesters' breakfast shop right across the street. All that we needed!

    Our lovely terraced house provides a very comfortable place to stay and relax in Widnes. It's well located for access by car to Liverpool, Manchester and North Wales. Old Trafford, the Trafford Centre and Liverpool are approximately 30 minutes drive away. The house is close to shops, a large retail park and market, pubs and restaurants. With its 2 double bedrooms, it's ideal for a couple, family or working professionals.
    Victoria Park is a couple of minutes walk away with playgrounds, bowling green and cafe. There are lots of local shops, restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk on Albert Road. The main Widnes Retail Park is less than 10 minutes walk away with lots of major retailers and supermarkets.

    Newly decorated, light and airy studio-style loft. Daybed that converts to a single or double. Hanging space and plenty of drawer storage. Well-resourced kitchenette. Sole use of large family bathroom on first floor. Access through hosts' home and up two flights of stairs so may not be suitable if you have mobility challenges. Ten minutes from Warrington Central and Bank Quay stations. Handy for Manchester and Liverpool airports. Town centre and Stockton Heath village 10 minutes walk.
    Almost self-contained. You can eat, sleep and live right at the top, looking out over the rooftops. If you like the sound of rain on windows and looking out at the stars, then you will love Room at the Top.
    Room at the Top is very close to Warrington town centre with current redevelopment underway to provide a new cinema and marketplace. Lots of shopping opportunities to be had. Also close to Stockton Heath village, with an array of independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants - great for a night out. Also handy for Warrington Weekender Festival in May and Creamfields in August.

  • Well what can I say! We arrived to the divine smell of home baking and to our delight Lara had baked us a welcome loaf of bread! It was delicous...it certainly didnt last long! We were shown to 'The Room at The Top' and was more than happy. A wonderful clean and modern space with great views through rooftop window and a view of the Church to the rear. There was everything we needed and more. A lovely kitchen area and a fridge stocked with essentials- how very kind. A bonus for me was a selection of board games- which we did use the first evening! The place is exactly as described- the location is perfect for the town centre and exactly what we needed for the Festival we attended. We had use of the large bathroom and the shower was spot on! Nothing was too much trouble. We sat and chatted a couple of times with Lara- a genuinly lovely lady, and she and her husband Steve made us feel very welcome. Perfect hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will certainly be returning!! Highly recomended

Good food includes the Tunnel Top pub down the road or the nearby Horns Inn and the Riverside Inn is popular with a great deal on two for one meals. Chester is but 18 miles away, 22 to Liverpool or 25 to Manchester, 50 miles to the Lakes and 50 to Llangollen in North Wales.

    Quiet room located at the rear of the property, contains single bed, sofa, wardrobe, desk, TV, WiFi, bedside table and lamp. Ensuite is fitted with disabled access in mind. There is a communal kitchen which has all appliances including a washing machine. All cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. Table and chairs.
    Nice area by the river Mersey. There is a local pub opposite and also a riverside park called the promenade park. Corner shop within 1 minute walking distance.

  • Orchard cottage is a great place to stay very quiet and the surrounding area is great for walking. If you are a tall person you do have to watch out for the low ceiling my husband hit his head a couple of times 😫😫 but other than that the place is great. The shower in the main bathroom was great.

  • We loved the accommodation - it was very spacious for four people, very clean, the bathrooms were amazing (large and very clean & modern) and everything we needed was provided. The kids loved playing with the labradors and the grounds were very relaxing. Especially good were the patio at the back of the house (the heater works well on chilly nights) and the swing by the pond. I recommend bringing CDs if you stay at Orchard House - there are CD players everywhere. So much better than a hotel. Also strongly recommend walking down to the canal, turning left and enjoying a relaxing stroll to a pub about an hour away (Bridge 208 and then next to the A49). Lots to do from the location (with a car) - Chester is a must. Ring O Bells in Frodsham is also v good
