You will have exclusive access to our entire guest suite including a large living area, spacious bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette appliances, and dining/bar area. The space is geothermally heated so you won't run out of hot water and the concrete floors are warm on bare feet. When the space isn't rented, we love to host happy hours for our friends and neighbors.

River Haven Cottage

This is a cute little cottage built in the 1930's on the Williamson River. Down river, there are trout in it for fishing, catch and release only, anyone over 12 must have a license to fish. The deck at the back of the house is partially covered. The river is also great for playing, swimming (a little cold in spring) and for kayaking. There is a kayak rental store in town. The air is usually warm, 70's & 80's, on summer afternoons. There are stairs to enter the cottage. Great place to relax.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cute and cozy upstairs studio apartment located on 7 1/2 acres surrounded by matured ponderosa pines. Enjoy the firepit and your own patio with small grill and picnic table. Apartment is stocked with most of the amenities you will need. Close to Casino, Train Mountain, Crater Lake and Agency Lake. Enjoy the world class fishing experience on the Williamson River. When turning off 97 there is a triangle reflector hanging on telephone pole.
