Fully furnished two bedroom home with large fenced back yard only 1 mile from hospital, shopping, and dining. Full sized mattresses, hardwood floors, lots of tile. Less than a year old appliances. GAS heat. Separate laundry room. Has large backyard deck. Please note that house is next to the highway. Also be advised that Summer is Klamath Midge season. The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

Ideal spot for the traveling professional! I travel a lot for work myself, so I know what you want in an Airbnb. My home feels like home, not just a place to stay and is clean, modern, and tasteful. We had a wonderful stay here! The location was just stunning and our kids loved playing in the yard and meeting the horses. Very peaceful. The home was laid out well for vacationing with kids and we had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again!

We had a great 3-night stay in this cozy Klamath Falls home! The house was clean, comfortable, and very accessible — perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated how pet-friendly the space was, making it easy to travel with our furry friend. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. Highly recommend!

As I opened the front door I was captured by the view through the house out the back, absolutely amazing. I had a very relaxing time in the home. Turning on the lighted fireplace in the evening is beautiful. The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The kitchen had all the cookware, appliances and spices I could have hoped for. The beds had very comfortable mattresses. Sitting on the back deck was a perfect zen like experience gazing off at the fields and hills in the distance. The fitness center had a decent workout area with machines and free weights. I also enjoyed the sauna and hot tub/pool. I’ll definitely rebook the next time I’m in town.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Yurt! It was a special and unique part of our OR vacation. Tracy gave us proactive, very detailed instructions on what to expect and how to find the site. The shared bathroom building was so clean with running hot water! That was a huge perk. We were told that the yurt did not have electricity but there was a solar/camp battery inside that could be used for charging or small electronics. The bed was comfortable and warm with extra blankets available. We were able to hear distant howls and wildlife overnight which was enchanting. The mosquitos were no joke but Tracy warned us ahead of time so we had bug spray. The yurt has 2 doors and screens so we had no issues with them finding a way inside. My tip is to bring the porch seat cushions inside overnight if you want them dry in the morning! Thanks for an awesome spot Tracy!

We enjoyed staying here for a quick couple of nights while we get our daughter set up in her new apartment. Was very clean and newly renovated. We liked the short walk to Main St and plenty of local shopping and places to eat.
