Completely renovated by a renowned architect in 2018, the house stands in a park of century-old trees of nearly 2500 m2. Hidden from view and bathed in light, the Demeure du Val offers you a splendid view of the Saône Valley and the Monts d'Or.

Very spacious charming house

Large and beautiful renovated house with the charm and authenticity of the Monts d'Or in a municipality elected "where life is good". You will stay in the countryside while being connected to the city of Lyon (12 minutes by TER). Village house with small terrace and garden area downstairs. Two floors with 4 bedrooms each with double bed and 3 bathrooms (+ 3 separate toilets). Billiard room and TV and living room dining room with a large table. Ideal for meeting with friends, colleagues or family.

In the smallest village of the Lyon metropolitan area, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from the noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100 m away) as well as shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet corner to rest and discover the charms of old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d'Or.

For your relaxation, you will have access to Netflix as well as a salt pool (upon request), shared with us.

Summer: swimming pool from 8am to 10am, and 2pm to 6:00pm. View of the Saône. Hiking trails, mountain bike rides. Restaurants, Demeure du Chaos Museum, Guinguettes on the banks of the Saône. Lyon Perrache railways 12min by train (railway station 15 min walk), Part-Dieu 35 min by bus.

The High Ground

In a corner of greenery on the heights of Rochetaillée, Le Haut sur la Colline is a quiet and relaxing place. Located on a dominant point, surrounded by trees, it has a wide and unobstructed view of the Monts d'Or. Fully equipped and independent, the accommodation is also perfectly suited to accommodate children. Close to Lyon, which is quickly accessible, Rochetaillée, with its Guinguettes by the Saône, and at the gates of Beaujolais and Dombes.
