  • Awesome host! Location was beautiful and peaceful. My husband and I had a great time. We will definitely be back at this same location. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort In making the room very comfortable for their guest a lot of personal touch. Very Romantic for couples.

  • This is a lovely private space. My second time staying at this Airbnb, with my third already booked. The private entrance overlooking the river and updated, modern, private bathroom are awesome!

    Elizabeth2020-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • Waking up and being able to see and hear the river was so peaceful. The space was tidy, stylish, and comfortable.

    Elizabeth2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • Stayed at Srividya’s place for a quick night for an event 15 minutes away. Was able to come in at night and not feel like we were bothering anyone as the rented space is a private room with a private entrance around the back of the house. As it was a quick stay the things that were important to me was just that it was easy to get in and just fall asleep, nice bed and a beautiful, clean, large bathroom. The price was incredibly reasonable for such a nice stay, and I’d highly recommend it for anyway staying in the area.

  • Super clean, comfortable and stylish space - the perfect little getaway! The place felt like it was brand new, and had so many thoughtful touches. Amber was an amazing host, thank you!

    Jennifer2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Amber's place was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Not only was it full of thoughtful touches, it was beautifully and simply decorated and the cleanliness was next level. The apartment was in pristine condition as if we were the first guests ever. Their commitment to providing a 5 star accommodation is clear. We were quite busy during our visit so we didn’t speak or see our hosts but they were extremely responsive. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, I would move in if I could. Thank you!

    Lauren2020-03-02T00:00:00Z

  • If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! We were looking for a night away and a place to unplug and relax and that is exactly what we found here! The space was so clean, cozy, and beautiful. Marge was such a great, accommodating host and the hot tub was so relaxing. We didn’t want to leave and hope we can come back!

    Deanna2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I still can’t believe how delightful this experience was! Marge is such a lovely person, and her place is so cute, so cute, that we did not want our weekend to come to an end. The hot tub place is stunning! We felt so welcome, comfortable, and mellow during this trip. Thank you, Marge, for this amazing weekend ♥️

    Aline2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • We are honestly at a loss for words to describe the experiences we had while staying at Marge’s beautiful getaway. We stayed for one night over a recent weekend for our anniversary and were completely blown away by the welcome we received and for the following unequaled hospitality. It really just kept getting better and better. Marge is the definition of a true inspiration and one of our favorite moments was walking down the stairs from our GIANT private living space and seeing frame after frame on the wall detailing the timeline of her building her business from the ground up. Of course there is also the breathtaking indoor pool and hot tub where there were candles waiting for us later in the evening, visiting Marge’s beautiful home and meeting her family, fresh eggs for breakfast, a fully stocked kitchen with everything we could possibly need including bread for toast that Marge made sure to get before we arrived and of course Buddy the puppy. We absolutely cannot wait to come back and if you are lucky enough to find an available spot, book it immediately as this is an experience you will remember forever.

    Tara2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay. Marge is an excellent host. Can’t wait to go back

    Kyle2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Marge’s place fully exceeded our expectations. The hot tub is located in a huge indoor tropical paradise that also includes a pool. The rustic chic decor of the private suite was exactly what I’d want in a weekend getaway to the country. We were also welcomed to the home by Buddy, her black lab puppy, who was the cherry on the cake. Overall, we would love to stay again!

    Oksana2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • What a gem! Marge’s home and property are so relaxing and gorgeous. She was the perfect host and made us feel right at home. She offers a private beautiful apartment with access to the main home accommodations including an amazing pool/hot tub. We had such a lovely time! Definitely will be returning and highly recommend this bnb!

  • Thank you margieee for a wonderful stay. Your home was amazing. Such a great getaway.

    Silvia2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • Marge I know we’ve shared our thoughts with you about our stay at your beautiful farm, but I want people interested in staying there to know also. Your hospitality was above and beyond our expectations, the apartment was perfectly and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we needed and then some. From your warm greeting, amazing aromas throughout the Main house and “ sun room “ hot tub area to the farm fresh eggs you are an amazing host. Your property is just outstanding, we are looking forward to coming back soon :-)

    Alex2020-03-29T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful property and home! We really enjoyed our ski weekend way. Deb's place came packed with all the essentials to make this feel like home. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. We loved lighting the fireplace and playing games in the living room for warm cozy nights with hot cocoa. We will definitely be coming back again!

    Sarah2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a great time staying at the farm house. It had everything we needed including some extra groceries already stocked. It was fun to explore the trails, do some sledding, get some ice skating in on the pond, hangout in the hot tub at night, and it was a nice quick walk to the brewery. We highly recommend this house for a relaxing family getaway.

    Chris2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • This is an amazing space and an amazing area with all of the extra touches that make you feel at home. Deb is an excellent host and it’s a short walk to some of the best brews in Connecticut!

    Ken2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Such a lovely home with all of the right touches to make your stay comfortable. Deb’s home exceeded our expectations as it was sparkling clean and provided every amenity that we could have wanted. We would most certainly stay here again in the future.

    Christopher2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • This property was amazing! You have everything at your fingertips. The hot tub was great to enjoy at night. It is beautiful place that has everything you could imagine. My family enjoyed our stay and made lots of good memories. It is one of the best places we have stayed at!

    Stanley2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • We have stayed at many AirB&B and the thoughtful touches that Deb has added to her home go over and above what is expected. The beautiful farm house has so much character and is well stocked with board games. We loved the hot tub and fire place and all the comforts of home.

    Sarah2020-01-06T00:00:00Z

  • Jane's house has a unique feature in terms of its architectural designing. Three major bedrooms on the second floor are built like tree houses within house. Three bedroom windows are facing toward three large glass windows in the living room, so living room functions as indoor courtyard with its huge vaulted ceiling and ample space. Our kids kept playing tag and they had supreme fun exploring the house. We all enjoyed staying at her airbnb and one extra bedroom downstairs provided enough space for us to have a comfortable sleep. Jane was so easy to communicate with and kind enough to meet us in person when we arrived. Location was supreme as well for our ski trip. Also, nearby local shops and restaurants/coffee shops in Great Barrington area are must-visit.

    June2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Jane's house was lovely. We had a really great time staying in her home. Everything in the description was accurate and the pictures dont even do it justice. I highly recommend staying in Jane's home if you want to get away for the weekend.

    Becca2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely weekend in Jane's beautiful house. The common spaces are large and light filled with beautiful views out to the neighboring wooded areas and creek. I would highly recommend this listing. Jane was quick with communication and helpful while booking and staying.

Enjoy a relaxing visit to a romantic Victorian home. Located in the Berkshires village of Norfolk, Connecticut, a 2 minute walk from the Yale Summer School of Music and Art and music venue Infinity Hall, this classic features private rooms decorated with original watercolors, new queen Leesa beds, free wi-fi, a shared bath with clawfoot tub, and three fireplaces. Outside, you will enjoy a shared wrap around porch overlooking mature gardens, and a cozy sleeping porch with beautiful sunset views.
Yours is a private second floor room in a large Queen Anne Victorian with a bath shared with one other guest room. Rates include a continental breakfast. We put coffee, tea and juice out at 8:00 am and serve continental breakfast between 8:30 and 10am. Guests are invited to join us at our beautiful Shaker dining table, or weather permitting, on our 75-foot-long shaded porch stretching the length of the house. Norfolk has been known for more than 100 years as a wonderful escape from the stress and heat of the city. Consistently 10 degrees cooler than surrounding areas, Norfolk has become a haven for artists, including painters, sculptors, photographers, writers and musicians, many of them associated with the Yale Summer School of Art and Music located across the village green from the Maple House. Noted watercolor artist and instructor Pamela Harnois keeps her Maple House Studio on our third floor. We were weekenders here in Norfolk for 24 years, and are thrilled to be living here full-time. We welcome guests arriving between 3 pm and 10pm and are happy to share recommendations for restaurants and activities. Rate is for double occupancy. Discount for stays of 5+ nights. The entire Maple House, which sleeps up to 8 people, can be booked for groups, wedding parties, writers retreats, family reunions or group retreats.
We are steps away from many arts and cultural activities, including Infinity Music Hall, the Yale Summer School of Music and Art, the Norfolk Chamber Music Festival, the Norfolk Library, the Norfolk Historical Society, the Artisan's Guild, the Battell-Stoeckel Estate, our seasonal farmer's market, auto racing and vintage car shows at Lime Rock Park. There is fine food and beverage at the Wood Creek Bar and Grill and Infinity Bistro as well as casual dining and coffee at the Station Place Cafe and the Berkshire General Store. Great Barrington, Lenox and Stockbridge are a half hour away by car.
  • What a great place to stay! Beautiful home, great location for exploring NW Connecticut and Berkshires. Tremendous opportunities for music - Infiniti Music Hall is a treasure. Bill and Pamela could not be more gracious.

    Robert2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great place! I was traveling solo and needed to make a stop in Norfolk overnight on my way to my next destination. Bill and Pam were so welcoming and helpful. I felt very safe, comfortable and relaxed staying in their beautiful house (with a very comfortable bed, for which I was immensely grateful). Oliver the dog was a very welcome touch, as were the snacks, breakfast and great guidance on things to do. I didn't have anything planned to do there, but they made great recommendations for local hikes that I took advantage of and the town in general was just very cute and fun to be in. Would love to come back!

    Sheridan2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Bill and Pamela and Oliver's beautiful late 19th century house, with its sunny rooms and dreamy nooks, was a perfect spot for a long weekend in Northwestern Connecticut. Equal measures quaint and cozy and well-suited for treks into nature (the local water features are impeccable) and other local towns. Great breakfast and historical tips, as well!

    Rebecca2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Bed & Breakfast style, beautiful house with very kind hosts in a perfect location for Infinity Hall and Norfolk in general. Amazing spread for breakfast included, it was like staying with loving relatives and very interactive in that way.

    Ryan2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay. Bill and Pamela are kind hosts: welcoming, accommodating and helpful. It's a two minute walk to Infinity Music Hall. The beds are comfortable and the rooms fresh. Their continental breakfast had yogurt, granola, boiled eggs, croissants, bagels and cream cheese. Bill is full of tidbits and interesting conversation. We hope to stay again.

My husband and I are empty nesters looking to provide high quality, comfortable, hypo-allergenic, smoke-free rooms to visitors. We hope our guests will enjoy all that New Hartford has to offer. Our town provides 4 seasons of recreation - skiing, hiking, fishing, swimming, kayaking! Infinity Music Hall, Tanglewood, Hartford Stage, the Berkshires all are within a short commute. We have room to store bikes, skis, kayaks, and trailered boats.
We have 4 rooms available to rent. This is Bedroom #1. The other rooms are listed separately. Guests will share access to the well-equipped kitchen and dining room. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of the center of town with its restaurants, shops, library, and the Farmington River!
We are in the center of town, minutes away from the Farmington River (for fly-fishing and kayaking), Ski Sundown, People's State Park, and West Hill Lake. There are two wineries in town, various hiking trails and Tanglewood is about an hour away.
  • I had a wonderful stay at Martha and Jay’s home. It was exactly what I was looking for with quintessential New England charm. The house is quite spacious and I felt right at home with a beautiful kitchen ( love the heated vent under sink) and elegant dining room. The linens were top notch and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

  • The West End Room is a perfect location for a delightful get-away. The room was clean and comfortable and the hosts are very accommodating. We recommend this location to anyone who may be interested in the New Hartford, Connecticut area.

  • My sister and I had a very pleasant weekend stay at Martha's and Jay's Airbnb. They were both warm and friendly, and the accommodations were very comfortable. Our rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, and we had access to a full kitchen with all the amenities. The location was convenient too, a short walk to the center of West Hartford and the river running alongside the town. All in all, a great experience!

Arguably the best view in Collinsville - voted one of "America's 10 Coolest Small Towns" by Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel Magazine.

Great Barrington, Lenox and Stockbridge are a half hour away by car.
  • Bill and Pamela are such gracious, warm hosts. Their home is beautiful, and in a perfect location..within 2 blocks to the charming town of Norfolk. The room was nicely decorated, super clean, and such a comfortable bed! I felt at home, and had a wonderful chat with Bill and Pamela. It was more like a Bed and Breakfast experience, unlike most other airbnb stays that I've had. I highly recommend staying at their home, and I will return when in the area, for sure!

  • We had a very comfortable stay in a great location. We’re planning to visit again!

  • 5 Star Hostess & Host. Pamela & Bill went to great lengths to assure our comfort. Fabulous breakfast, much more than a typical continental style. So much to choose from; fresh juices, coffee & selection of teas, honey, raw sugar, Greek yogurt, delicious fresh fruit salad, granola, cereals, hearty breads, muffins croissant. Something to please everyone. Simple touches of elegance inside and out of this truly immaculately kept quintessential New England home. Perfectly situated in village of Norfolk. Everyone in the town center were extremely welcoming as well. We very much look forward to our next peepers adventure. Thank you Pamela & Bill!

Enjoy a rustic wooded retreat up in the cool Berkshire hills, surrounded by nature and wildlife, in a quiet, secluded, safe and peaceful setting, yet very close to many top-notch cultural and recreational attractions. Nearby trails, pristine lakes and woods offer hiking, swimming and cycling. Experience the absence of mechanical sounds and the centering presence of rustling leaves, birdsong, and owls hooting at night. Behold a star-studded black night sky without artificial light.

Foxes, owls, wild turkeys, geese & ducks, coyotes, deer and moose are common sights. Situated between Sandisfield and Otis State Forests, surrounded by nature, serene and quiet, yet only 25 min. to Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum, Kripalu Yoga retreat, Berkshire Theater Festival, Shakespeare and Co., Catamount ski and snowboard resort; 20 min. to Great Barrington (named "Best Small Town in America" by Smithsonian mag) and Lee for dining, shopping, natural food stores; only 15 min. to Jacob's Pillow Dance, Butternut Ski Area, concerts, theater, Appalachian Trail, craft fairs, farmers' markets and much more! Only minutes to farm stands, restaurants, Sandisfield Arts Center, swimming beaches on clear lakes, hiking trails. Great breakfast & lunch at the nearby Monterey General Store and the Roadside Café, and many excellent dinner choices in Great Barrington & Lee – just ask us for recommendations! Berkshire County has a wide range of cultural and recreational attractions: museums year-round include Rockwell, Berkshire Museum, the Clark Art Museum and the fabulous Mass. Museum of Contemporary Art. Hancock Shaker Village is a “living history” museum and many live theaters and music performances abound throughout the year.
  • This place is an absolute gem! George and Annalee are the most kind, hospitable hosts one could ever ask for, and they give you the full Berkshire experience with their tips for things to see and do in the area. Their home is beautiful and unique, and the views traveling around their neighborhood are stunning too. Breakfast was delicious—can’t leave that part out!

    Jessi2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • George and Annalee were friendly and pleasant to visit with, offered helpful advice about things to do and see in the area, and served us a nice breakfast. They're home was comfortable and peaceful in a beautiful area.

    Christopher2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • George and Annalee were very accommodating and kind. If you are looking to go someplace with no traffic noise and no city congestion this is the place. Very secluded, surrounded by trees and birds chirping in the morning. A lovely home and a very warm and welcoming environment. The bedroom was very cozy and the bathroom had everything I needed. They have fresh water from their well on their property. George makes some really good french toast and is good conversation as well. George and Annalee provided just the experience I was looking for. Thank you George and Annalee!

    Justin2019-10-23T00:00:00Z
  • This is a very welcoming spot to stay while in the Berkshires. George and Annalee could not have been nicer or more informative. They give suggestions on places to eat and hike and are very good conversationalists. Their accommodations are excellent and the whole place is fragrant from the wood stove. I slept well as the bed is comfortable and the atmosphere quiet. It is truly a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

    Samantha2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Get away from the city, unplug, kick back and relax. This is the place to reconnect with friends and family without distractions. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and engage in the great outdoors. George and Annalee are very warm and welcoming. You'll enjoy clean, neat and cozy accommodations in a rustic setting. George and Annalee provide delicious family style breakfasts with lively conversation. There's no TV, no internet or WiFi. But there's plenty other things to do that will keep you busy. George and Annalee are like personal tour guides with a wealth of information that will make your stay very enjoyable.

    Gloria2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Had a lovely stay with George and Annalee! They are such a welcoming couple with lots of knowledge about the history of the area. Plus I enjoyed breakfast each morning with them! Would recommend to anyone needing a peaceful retreat in the Berkshires :)

River Cottage is for the purist looking for cozy, quiet, solitude in between day and evening trips to The Berkshire's many cultural events, after a long day of hiking, swimming, cycling,or skiing or perhaps just a quiet weekend away from the city noise! We have used all organic paints and finishes in our renovations, our mattresses and bedding are all natural fibers and fabrics for your comfort and peace of mind.
The BUNGALOW is on the first floor with a shared bath, overlooking the forest and the river. One queen bed sleeps a single or a couple. There is a "Silk Road" theme for this room with attractive dark wood antique furnishings, carved elephant art, rugs, bamboo shades, Indian curtains and a selection of classic and contemporary books including The Travels Of Marco Polo, Salt, The Tao Te Ching, Bhagavad Gita, and Passage to India. River Cottage is an early to mid 1800’s house with the warmth and charm of that time period. It sits on 10 acres, 2 on the house side and 8 across the small river that meanders through the property. It is across the road from a lovely pond that is connected to a much larger lake with a swimming beach and launches for all manor of boats. Continuing up the road just a mile away, there is a 10,000 acre preserve, with swimming ponds and many trails for hiking…the Appalachian Trail passes through there! From every room of River Cottage, the river sings in the distance, creating an incredibly tranquil atmosphere. In the spring and summer the sweet scents of various flowering plants and shrubs wafts through the rooms, and in winter there is the idyllic New England snow scape from the window while the fire crackles in the main room.
Quiet natural setting with a pond across the road, a lake within walking distance for swimming, & a 10,000 acre preserve at the end of our road with ponds, camping, & hiking trails. There is no service out here in the woods.
  • Room in woodland stream house at peak of leaf season! Beautiful old world feel.

  • Was a very enjoyable stay. Nancy is an excellent host and the room was very clean. Some Airbnb's are not as advertised, this is not one of them. She made me aware that the GPS might revert you to the wrong location, which I had in mind within the last mile of driving there. There is a brook/stream behind the house which is very peaceful to fall alseep to. Highly recommend!

    Ryan2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Nancy's place is an oasis of calm and serenity. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in her home at her restaurant (Elixir) in Great Barrington. Just what we needed.

    Claire2019-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • This is a quiet and cozy room. We only stayed one night but had everything we needed. Nancy left a hand written note inviting us to her restaurant for breakfast she she left fresh fruit and snacks for breakfast. Although we did not get to meet her in person we felt welcomed.

    Wally2019-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • Nancy's space is a sweet gem. The room is very comfortable and the house has a warm, inviting feel. Falling asleep to the sound of the brook behind the house was an unexpected bonus! Yoga at the lake is a beautiful way to start the day. Highly recommended for those who'd like a respite from a fast paced, plugged in lifestyle.

    Nina2019-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy's! The room and bathroom were immaculate and comfortable. Communication with Nancy was great and easy, even though we didn't get a chance to meet. The brook behind the house was especially nice to fall asleep to.

    Brad2019-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • We found this exactly as advertised. Special touches included the cool bathroom tub, nice fan in bedroom, a wonderful selection of reading material. Morning scones and coffee were delicious. Nancy’s suggestions for a dip in the nearby lake (easy walking distance) and trip to Mt Greylock were greatly appreciated.

    Larry2019-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time in Nancy's cozy Air B&B. The bedroom was warm, cozy and clean. Check in was easy when we arrived a bit later in the evening. We really enjoyed our fireside chat and are looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful two bedroom cabin in the Berkshires at Big Pond in Otis Massachusetts Walking distance to the lake excellent place to relax and just get away. Local Restaurants and shopping close. For recreation boating JetSki Quading trails kayaking on the lake and much more.
  • Wonderful place, the trails for riding were amazing - exactly what we were looking for in a place to stay. Big pond was a beautiful view; the grill was awesome - perfect for dinner & lunches. Overall prime spot and very close to home which was even better! Hidden gem

    Kendra2018-08-12T00:00:00Z

    Sean2018-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • Andrew was very responsive and the cabin exterior and interior is even better in person. The lake and neighbors were very nice. Would definitely recommend.

    Sandy2018-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • Andrew was accommodating and responsive. We had a great time at the nearby public beach on the lake. Nice grill and fully outfitted kitchen too.

    Mickey2018-07-04T00:00:00Z
  • This cabin is close to the local beach. Great amenities. Friendly neighbors and wonderful scenery. Very quiet and peaceful. I would do it all over again!!!. Thanks Andrew.

    Eddy2018-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • Andrew's place was great, comfortable fitting 7 people. We spent most of our time hanging out on the porch, grilling (really great grill), and throwing a ball in the field behind his house. It's spacious outside and everybody fit comfortable inside. We also took a walk down to the lake and waded in the water, hanging out by the beach. The communication with Andrew was great, as we spoke on the phone before the trip and sent instructional videos for flipping the circuits. One thing to look out for, the GPS will tell you to take an overgrown road close to the house, but this is incorrect- the road looks like it isn't meant for cars. Stay straight and take the next right- the house is close to the top of the street on the left, not down by the water. Overall, a great time and a place I would book again!

    Jake2018-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • Great spot in the Berkshires, off the beaten path but close to amenities. Near Big Pond (though it was too cold to swim when we stayed) and other outdoor recreation. The house has plenty of outdoor cooking utilities so bring friends and enjoy a meal together. Thanks Andrew!

  • I can not say enough about this place and it’s hosts!! We felt at home within the first two minutes of being there, Lee and Laura are so warm and welcoming. The suite feels like a cottage to yourself, big but cozy. The amenities go beyond a hotel, they have thought of everything to make it an enjoyable experience. We went there for my girlfriend’s birthday and this will be a weekend we will never forget. Highly recommend the spa package, it takes this already surreal experience to the next level. Thank you again Laura and Lee, for making us feel welcome, taken care of, not too mention all the amazing insight on the surrounding area! Hope to make it a yearly trip!

This is a quaint, sun-filled farmhouse in the Farmington valley of Connecticut. Convenient to great antique shopping, Ski Sundown, farm stands, Farmington river inner-tubing and biking trails, kayak and canoe rentals, the sweet towns of Collinsville and New Hartford, and a 30 minute straight shot to Hartford itself. The house is also convenient to Torrington, Simsbury, Avon, Winsted, and a beautiful drive to Hartford-Bradley International Airport.
This 1850s property has a three-bedroom house, a barn, our working wood shop, and a small farm. We work in the wood shop and garden but the house is set up entirely for our guests. The house is fully renovated on the main floor with a modern bathroom and large, open kitchen. It is great for cooks: has two ovens, a dishwasher, a five-burner natural gas stove, large island, and eat-in space with large windows and door to the back yard. We've stocked the living room with a few games and reading lamps for cozy winter evenings as well. In the summer, we grow tomatoes, green beans, corn, potatoes and plenty of other vegetables on the property. The property is right on the Albany Turnpike (route 44) which allows for easy access to lots of nearby fun and attractions. Being on the road, you can hear light traffic, especially during rush hours. That said, we lived there for 15 years and it didn't bother us so think you'll be fine with it too. :)
New Hartford is on the border of Litchfield County and the house is right on route 44/ the Albany turnpike. It is a cute mill town with fun shops, a growing artist community, and a great tea house. Just down the road is Collinsville, another mill town, that - while best known for its annual Halloween Parade - has great pubs, breakfast spots, live music, and access to a 16 mile biking trail and kayak rentals. The area is great for families wanting to get out of the city or for artists, couples, or others hoping to hide out in gorgeous Connecticut.
  • This space is truly incredible! Everything was perfect! There is so much charm and warmth in this home, and the interior design is so beautiful. It was very cozy and we immediately felt right at home. There were even fresh cut flowers when we arrived! We spent a lot of time in the house during our week long trip, and it was so peaceful we couldn't have asked for a better place to relax. The kitchen is also well stocked with appliances and anything you could need, it is the perfect place to cook big meals. It's also 5 minutes away from so many great hiking trails! Chip was such a wonderful host, he was super helpful and responded immediately to our questions and had good tips on where to go in town. We had such a wonderful time. I can't recommend this place enough!!

    Cole2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay at Chip and Sophie’s place. It was very spacious and good value for money. Chip was very responsive. The only drawback was that there was some noise at night since the house is on the main road, but we knew that going into the stay since other people had written the same thing. Thanks so much for a great stay, Chip and Sophie!

Two other bathrooms are available as well, so there is no waiting. Rates include a continental breakfast. We put out coffee, tea and juice out at 8:00 am and serve continental breakfast between 8:30 and 10am.

  • Wendy’s place was great! She and her husband met us at check in and were available if needed. It was nice to get away for the weekend and have our own private space. The full kitchen was awesome and everything was clean and comfortable. We also got to walk around the farm a little and feed the horses some treats 😊. Had a great stay!

    Rachel2018-11-23T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time at Wendy and Kevin's place. The apartment was simple but very comfortable and very clean. Wendy and Kevin were there to great us and available if we had any questions. It was great to be able to go pet the horses and give them treats. A very nice break from city life!

    Cloe2018-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • Very cozy rustic place with great horses. If you love horses and a laid-back country vibe, this is the place for you

    Steve2018-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay at Wendy and Kevin’s place. We stayed in the unit above the garage which was simple, but perfect for what we were looking for. We took a trail ride and had a great time. My one friend was very nervous about horseback riding, but Wendy did everything to make her feel comfortable. The fresh chicken eggs in the morning were also a nice touch :) thank you Wendy and Kevin!

    Lisa2018-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Wendy and her husband were very accommodating. Unfortunately we chose a rainy week but found several things to do in the area. All in all we had a great time

    Pat2018-09-27T00:00:00Z
  • This place was great! We stayed for one night during Labor Day weekend and it was perfect. Taking the row boat out was super fun! Also the discounted horse ride was fun (for one in my group it was his first time going!) the space was very private and had everything we needed. It was buggy, but that’s to be expected. I’d definitely recommend a stay with Wendy! Both Wendy and her husband Kevin were very nice and helpful!

    Rachel2018-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • We were happily switched to a different apartment per Wendy’s request prior to our arrival. The one we ended up in was huge and offered plenty of space for multiple guests. This AirBnB is located just two minutes drive from small a local store, and is surrounded by trails and beautiful sunlit trees. Not to mention the horses and chickens! Unfortunately, my family and I stayed here during a very difficult end to a very difficult trip, but the peace and tranquility of this setting was soothing to us, and our little one had plenty to do, including feeding his new horse friends. Thanks Wendy and Kevin! :)

    Maria2018-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great place to stay for a family. I stayed her with my mom and 1 year old daughter and we all had a nice time. We had a kitchen so we could prepare some meals. Wendy is warm and welcoming. The horses are beautiful and fun to watch. Hoping to come back this fall.

The host is warm, friendly and extremely thoughtful and generous. We arrived on my birthday and I was so moved when I walked into the room - there was a birthday balloon, flowers, a tray of fresh fruit and muffins. So sweet. Almond milk and fresh strawberries in the refrigerator. I had an amazing energy healing session during my stay which I highly recommend as part of your stay. Absolutely perfect !

This unique, ground floor guest apartment is part of a 200 year old wooden factory building known as The Whip Shop. The original wood, brick, and steel period details are a feature of the cozy sitting room and adjoining bedroom. Right in the village of Southfield, the apartment offers both a rural setting and the conveniences of a community, including a fiber internet connection in the apartment, a cafe for breakfast and lunch down the street, and Berkshire flora and fauna in every direction.
Nestled in bucolic Southfield Village in the Southern Berkshires, The Whip Shop began it's life nearly two centuries ago as the Turner & Cook Whip "Manufactory," producing rawhide whip cores. In it's heyday, The Whip Shop was the principal employer in the village, and the Turners and Cooks were the gentry. As the 20th century picked up steam, and Henry Ford's invention replaced the horse and buggy, the production of rawhide whip cores transitioned to rawhide mallets and machine belt pins, but eventually demand for these product went the way of the buggy whip. The Whip Manufactory itself called it quits in the 1970's, adding a long and storied chapter to the history of Southfield. But the building itself lives on. A "whip shop" in name only, it has continued to provide an agreeable home for—in succession—furniture manufacturing, hand-screened fabric production, custom designed sweater embroidery, and an antique marketplace. Along the way, a U.S. Post Office branch took up residence, and for a time, several restauranteurs tried their hand at bringing dining out to Southfield locals and visitors. Now, under new ownership, this historic 19th century rural factory building has been upgraded and modernized, offering 21st century rental environments in a building that has been continuously productive for close to 200 years. In addition to fiber optic internet connectivity, light filled office and studio spaces provide access to mobile phone service, and an on-site US Post Office. Delicious soups from the kitchens of Farm Country Soups, located in the building, can be purchased as well. And, The Whip Shop is located just steps from the Southfield Store & Cafe, an extraordinary dining amenity for a small rural village—the "Store" is a open for breakfast and lunch seven days a week, offering delicious house-made baked goods, and serving a full range of espresso drinks, coffee and teas. There is no kitchen in the apartment, but a small area to prepare coffee and tea, and bathroom consists of a separate shower, and toilet and sink.
The Whip Shop is located in the Town of New Marlborough in the center of Southfield Village. A few steps further down the road, is the charming Southfield Store—a cafe open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch (and dinner 4 nights a week in the summer and fall). To the south of The Whip Shop is the United Church of New Marlborough (more commonly called the Southfield Church) and it's Ladies Aid Hall. The Southfield Village center runs along the northern end of the Norfolk Road, and within 6 miles, brings you to the Connecticut border and the town of Norfolk, summer home of the Yale Music School. In the opposite direction is the historic New Marlborough village green, flanked by the Meeting House and the Old Inn, Gedney Farm, open for dinner year round and in season, has a terrace and outdoor grill. Southfield is a diverse and interesting community made up of multi-generational southern Berkshire families, transplants from the northeast and beyond, and second home owners from the New York metro area and eastern Massachusetts. New Marlborough has many attractions, both scenic and cultural, not to mention Great Barrington and the surrounding Berkshire Hills. We can provide you with many ideas for natural and cultural attractions, places to eat, antique, and explore.
  • Fun, creatively redesigned commercial space to accommodate one or two travelers. It had a comfortable bed and nice linens. The wall unit heater warmed the space very quickly for January New England weather. I would definitely go back to stay again.

  • We had a wonderful time! The location is perfect, close to many towns in the southern Berkshires. The place itself is clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. Kenzie left a book of suggested trails in the area and even though we’re not big hikers, we got inspired to take two of the shorter walks, and it was wonderful!

    Kristina2019-10-20T00:00:00Z

  • Kenzie’s place was perfect for our trip to the Berkshires. We will definitely be back!

    Tim2019-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay. Kenzie’s place is very well-kept, comfortable, and very quiet at night. While it lacks a kitchen, the proximity to the Southfield Store, a marvelous place to eat, makes that irrelevant. We had a couple of delightful breakfasts there and it contributed much to the quality of our stay. Great host, great accommodations. Thanks Kenzie!

    James2019-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • Cute, stylish place tucked away from the road. Recommended for folks who are looking for great value outside of Stockbridge/Lenox area.

    Steve2019-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • Kenzie’s place is so great! Very cozy bed and the interior design of the place is gorgeous. Very thoughtful design and the surroundings are also very creative. The town is beautiful & picturesque. It’s super easy to get around from here. Lots of hikes nearby and also Great Barrington is super close (20 min). Also about a 5 min walk from the whip shop is a wonderful cafe/restaurant and soup! Highly recommend the whip shop!

  • It's hard to put into words how perfectly wonderful this AirBnB experience was. First, the apartment: Huge. Colorful. Comfortable. Clean. Artwork and antiques everywhere. Fresh-cut flowers in vases and gorgeous green plants. Cashews and raisins to welcome us and cold water bottles in the fridge. Crisp white sheets. Hand-painted flowers on the kitchen cabinets. Nice-sized bathroom with excellent water pressure/temperature. And then where was John, the owner, who could not possibly have been more welcoming, communicative, helpful with local tips, or genuinely excited about my girlfriend's and my reunion there at his home after 18 years of not seeing each other. This is what AirBnB is about, in every sense. Stay here.

  • My boyfriend and I made a last minute trip up to the Berkshires and Connie's place was just perfect for what we were looking for. It is beautifully located in the middle of the woods and close to many different hiking trails and the AT. The studio space was exactly what we needed: warm and inviting, a comfortable bed, a kitchen with supplies like oil and spices for cooking, and very quiet and peaceful. Not to mention in a beautiful location close to amazing hiking trails. Connie was a great host, our communication was prompt and clear, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. A really nice touch was that Connie left us some delicious locally made bread and cookies, which we really enjoyed and appreciated! and hope to be back again in the summer once the weather is warm! We highly recommend this place and hope to be back again in the summer once the weather is warm!

    Alexandra2020-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • Connie was extremely personable and warm. She met us upon arrival and made sure we were all settled with the accommodations. There were fresh baked goods, cheese and basic kitchen goods (condiments, spices, tea, paper towels etc..). She had reading material, games, brought us fresh flowers and provided numerous recommendations in the area. The apartment was very clean and overall we had a very pleasant stay. Connie does an amazing job.

  • A beautiful studio apartment with all of the amenities. It was perfect for a couples and dogs weekend away. Very clean, cozy, and Connie is the best!!

  • Had a great quiet retreat from the city.

    Karen2020-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • Connie is a wonderful host! Communicating with her was easy and she gave us good information about the check in process and the area. She was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she really knows and loves the area! I really appreciated the star gazing guides she had there, although with it being winter and cold outside we didn’t get to use them. Will definitely look for her place if we go back! Her place was clean and comfortable and so quiet for sleeping! We brought our sweet hound dog and Connie had everything we needed for her too. Highly recommend a stay in Sandisfield with Connie!

    Liz2019-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • Connie was a great host and her place was the best! Waiting for our arrival was fresh bread, gourmet dog treats, eggs. milk, jams, spices, butter, oils, and all the kitchen utensils needed. Toiletries included soaps, shampoos, conditioners, etc. The studio is spotless, well furnished, and located about an hour from the Bradley International Airport (Hartford, CT). Very scenic area and lots of wildlife. Connie’s place will definitely be on our list of places to return to again.

Tanglewood is the same distance away from Monterey as it is from Great Barrington and Jacob's Pillow is even closer than from GB. Pittsfield (Barrington Stage, Berkshire Museum and much more) is equidistant--Monterey or Great Barrington. So you can exchange the hustle and bustle of GB (and higher room prices!) for the peace and quiet and economy of our Airbnb room!
  • Lin is a great host. The place is clean and comfortable. Lin is very interesting to talk to. We highly recommend this place!

  • I had a wonderful stay at Lin's home. It was everything she describes and more. Lin certainly is a super host! The home is situated on a beautiful piece of property on which she tends her amazing gardens.

  • Beautiful home, amazing garden. Very easy to get to and close to local points of interest. Lin is a gracious, kind, and thorough host. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the Berkshires.

  • This is a very nice property, easy to find, with stunning grounds and gracious hosts. I hadn’t slept that well in a long time, and eating garden produce was a great plus!

    Julien2019-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • Such a great joy + delight staying with Lin! Her beautiful land and gardens instantly invoked peace and harmony in me, as did the tranquil, open house and rooms filled with books and the energy of care, curiosity, creativity, vivacity and kindness as expressed by Lin and everyone in the house. I loved it! Thank you Lin.

  • Great stay! Host was welcoming and generously accommodated all of my needs. I'll definitely return and recommend this stay to others.

  • Private room with en suite bathroom on the first floor of a modern home, decorated with eclectic art and crafts, and views to woods,. The room is comfortable and well-ventilated, cooled by a ceiling fan. The hosts are welcoming, kind, and offer insights on the arts and points of local interest. Excellent location for Jacob's Pillow, Tanglewood, and Great Barrington.

a large private home built in 1946 and meticulously maintained by the original family , community of 35 cottages on a small private lake The water quality is the highest in the State; clear and clean. Swimming, canoeing and fishing are all excellent No party groups, do not inquire unless you are looking for a pristine QUIET environment. Noise is an issue for neighbors, and sound carries over water, so no loud music . Must bring own linens and towels. No maid service, so clean up please.
This has been our family summer home for 70 years, it is not typical rental property, our personal possessions are kept in the house. We want guests that will treat this home as their own, and leave it as clean and orderly as they find it.
This is private community buried deep in the Northwest state forest and water district of CT...you will be 'in the woods' with lots of nature, deer, moose, bear, etc. The QUIET environment makes this a unique experience. Our neighbors expect quiet guests.

We have 4 beautiful rooms ($130-$190/night) here at the Inn at Mount Pleasant, each with a private bathroom, TV, Wifi and AC and continental breakfast. Great hiking on the gorgeous property too! Check out www.theinnatmountpleasant.com
The Inn at Mount Pleasant is a beautifully renovated 16th century farmhouse with lots of windows to frame the expansive views of the property and the 17th century barn. Check out the reviews at www.trip advisor.com
We love the fact that we have large views of mountains, meadows and woods but we are still only a couple of miles from Torrington center, 7 miles from Litchfield and 12 miles from Norfolk (with Infinity Hall and the Yale School of Music and Art)
  • Maggie’s place - simply put - amazing! Breathtaking views and Maggie and Bob were so friendly I felt at home.

    Dave2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • My daughter and I were warmly received even after arriving quite late. We were grateful for tea and engaging conversation that evening. In the morning, after a very comgortable sleep, we were so pleased to find ourselves in a truly beautiful farm with rolling hills and sky.

    Gabrielle2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Maggie and Bob were lovely hosts who made us feel at home in their updated New England farmhouse. We loved our comfortable bed, morning conversation over breakfast, the beautiful view and ease of checking in and out. We highly recommend their place for those looking for a homey experience.

    Eve2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay anymore than we did! Maggie and Bob were outstanding hosts and we so enjoyed their company and talking about all the area attractions and the marvelous B&B destination they created. My wife and I were looking for a picturesque New England getaway for our anniversary and we found it and more in an amazingly beautiful historic colonial setting in the breathtaking Litchfield hills of northwest Connecticut. In the hustle and bustle of the busy northeast there are still beautiful hamlets, such as their home where you can allow yourself to step back in time 200 years to breath and take in the fresh air of the meadows and woods. No matter which window we looked out, it was a vista of the hills and for us peak fall foliage. Bob graciously took us for a tour of the 150 year old former dairy barn which he restored into a rustic venue where they are able to host big events such as weddings. The back deck offered outstanding selfie opportunities with views, or a great place to take in your morning coffee. The continental breakfast was filling and hit the spot and there was plenty of comfortable seating in the kitchen. In the city of Torrington which quietly has so many great restaurants and entertainment, but off the beaten path, minutes from the historic county seat of Litchfield, and short traffic-free gorgeous drives from wineries, hiking, and find dining, The Inn at Mount Pleasant was a perfect New England getaway. Thank you Maggie and Bob! We are already planning a winter stay!!!

  • Great place. The grounds and surrounding area are really beautiful.

    Robert2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • This is a beautiful farm with a gorgeous view, comfortable beds, a nice breakfast and proximity to pretty Goshen and Litchfield, as well as the great low-key food options of Torrington. But what makes the place even more special are Bob and Maggie, who are fun to talk to, helpful, and inspirational in what they have created on this rolling acreage. It's a wonderful place to visit and makes me want to throw a party some day in the stunning barn... or at least attend one.

    Elizabeth2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • Quiet location with excellent views with wonderful hosts.

    Sandra2019-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Maggie’s Inn and property was an unexpectedly wonderful surprise ! The home is beautifully remodeled. And the barn was a nostalgic reminder of true Connecticut farming history. I didn’t expect to fall in love with the property when I booked. But that’s exactly what happened. Add that to Maggie and Bob’s genuine hospitality and you have the perfect place to stay and enjoy. Thank you !!!

  • I almost don't want to write this review, as it wouldn't surprise me if John's place became semi-permanently booked and a definite return trip will be made ever the more difficult. But alas, we can't keep this gem to ourselves. Everything about Blueberry Cottage is lovely, from the chalkboard greeting to the local jam in the fridge, to the cozy wood paneled library and multiple fireplaces. The loft bed was inviting and more comfortable than even at home, a rare treat when staying away. The land is amazing and one of the most beautiful slices of the country. John has everything you could possibly want for a desirable stay in a clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully delivered way. Bravo and thanks for having us.

    Rory2020-01-13T00:00:00Z
  • This home is so lovely and the huge fireplace makes it a perfect winter getaway if you want to just relax and read a book and be in a cozy, quiet place. The hosts stocked the fridge with food for breakfast which was a wonderful surprise. We will definitely be back again. It is such a treat to be able to stay in an airbnb that has such a personal feeling to it.

    Kristin2019-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • The Blueberry Cottage is a wonderful gem. Very comfortable and elegant at the same time. The great venue is only exceeded by the hospitality of the owner: John. We will definitely be back for the third time!

    Bill2019-12-08T00:00:00Z
  • Great setting. Comfortable cottage. All the modern conveniences in an old world space. Perfect place to unplug and leave the world behind.

    Mary2019-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • This weekend was truly magical! This home is so welcoming and cozy. We felt pampered and welcomed with all the personal touches and amenities that John and Catherine provided. They had a bottle of wine with grapes, cheese and crackers ready for us when we came and also provided breakfast items (eggs, bacon, bread, juice and milk, along with Keurig coffee pods) which was very much appreciated after a long drive from Long Island. One thing that really stood out was how clean the house is. It is an important factor for us and we were truly impressed. It was spotless! John and Catherine are very responsive and they have put together a wonderful booklet which we referred to for restaurants and hikes. We spent both nights in front of the fireplace, playing cards and laughing, enjoying quality family time. Thank you for making this one of our most memorable Fall getaways ever!

    Marie-Félix2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • A beautifully styled house with lovely old wood beams! The house is exactly as described and pictured and even better in person. John was very responsive and all our questions prior to arrival were immediately answered. He also provided curated food and drink selections, which were highly appreciated and made our stay feel like we were home. Very tranquil location and a calming place to stay! Would highly recommend!

    Evelyn2019-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • The Blueberry Cottage was a lovely, warm, and romantic setting in which to celebrate New Year's (something that we're a little reticent about sharing with others because we think this could be a tradition for us...).  We really enjoyed having the combination of a historical house (with a vaulted ceiling, wooden beams, and two fireplaces), modern conveniences (such as Roku, wifi, 1.5 bathrooms, and a Keurig), and artistic touches (such as cloth hangings, art posters, vintage photographs, and old maps). In addition, the spacious, airy kitchen was so well-stocked that not only was breakfast taken care of; we didn't need to buy a number of the ingredients we had planned to cook with. In short, Blueberry Cottage was perfectly prepared for us, and we are looking forward to our next visit.

    Greg2019-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay. The Blueberry Cottage was very well appointed, very comfortable. It was convenient for our destination (Norfolk Curling Club) and provided everything we needed. John is a very accommodating host who went out of his way to support our late arrival due to an unexpected Wake we needed to attend. I would highly recommend this property and especially the property owner.

Enjoy this one bedroom suite in this elegant colonial home. The Maple room has its own queen bed, desk, and a rocking chair . An upstairs living room with a sofa is included in this rental. The bathroom has a great shower/bath. Music, hikes, pub and ponds are all right here. This house is a perfect location for a ramble in the Great Mountain Forest, dinner at the local tavern or brewery, a swim at Toby Pond, snow shoeing on the Land Trust or a stroll across the street to hear a concert.
The guests are welcome to use the area upstairs which is the private living room ,2 bedrooms and bathroom. Certainly guests can sit on my porch if they wish. There are wonderful places to get breakfast and other meals waking distance from my home .
  • The room was upstairs. There was another room with a couch that we could hang out in. The place was clean and comfortable. 3 minute walk to Infinity Hall and restaurants. Great hikes in the area only minutes drive down the road.

    Frank2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • While making plans to attend a concert on the other side of the state, we decided to keep it safe and stay the night afterwards. Communication with Eileen accurately described it as “right around the corner” from the music venue. Easy to find and just what we needed. Eileen was quick to respond to any queries, the rooms were comfy and homey, and in the dead of winter the fresh flowers were a really nice touch. It all made for great overnight getaway.

    Dee2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at Eileen’s air bnb while visiting friends for Thanksgiving in Norfolk Ct could not have been a nicer experience. Her historic home is charming, warm and inviting. Located on a beautiful village lane, it is in close walking distance to all the sites of historic Norfolk. My bedroom with a separate lounge and private bath was beautiful and replete with all the amenities and thoughtful touches. The home was fresh, bright and sparkling clean. Eileen is a gem. I could not have asked for more.

    Anne Dee2019-11-30T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay at Eileen's place. Her lovely New England house is a great place to stay. It's right around the corner from Norfolk's small town center and just down the road from a lovely hike at Haystack Mountain. She and her family were also truly lovely in welcoming us and giving us recommendations on what to do in the area when we arrived. We highly recommend Eileen for anyone traveling to the Berkshires.

    Carl2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Not only is Eileen a fabulous host, her house was exceptionally clean, comfortable and charming. You cannot beat the location, either! It's so nice to be at the center of the village. I was in town for a wedding with my husband & fell in love with both Eileen and the area! We'll be back soon to catch a show at Infinity Hall! Here are some highlights: -Excellent shower -Bed was so comfortable—we slept like babies! -Eileen took us on beautiful a hike to a pond -We enjoyed our morning coffee on her serene porch -Easy location to find a meal, see live entertainment, or go for a walk in the woods -Above all, clean, tidy & comfortable. Eileen made us feel so welcome.

  • What a wonderful place to stay! So much more than I expected. I was so comfortable and relaxed while at Teresa's, I only wished I could have stayed longer. Teresa was so kind and thoughtful. I was in the area for a job interview and she wished me good luck the morning of my interview which was so kind and meant so much. I would absolutely stay here again.

  • Teresa and her friendly family host a large and tastefully appointed bedroom with spacious, private bath set up two short flights of stairs. When the cute dogs are around, they are a blustery but friendly welcoming committee.

  • The homeowner is very good. We have set aside for 19 days. For personal reasons, we only stayed for 2 days. The homeowner refunded all the money of our other days and also introduced us to a lot of places nearby. Her family is also very good. Her son is watching us. A lot of luggage also took the initiative to help us

  • Teresa's place is a hidden gem off of the beaten path. She is quick to comunicate with her guests. We stayed in the suite because Teresa was kind enough to allow us to upgrade last minute. The room was sparkling clean and we felt at home instantly. I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Teresa!

  • Wanting to get away for a weekend off Long Island, we stumbled upon Teresa's beautiful home. The house was great with all the amenities that they offered, the land beautiful. The host's being friendly and helpful were the icing to the cake. I recommend everyone to stay at their home and enjoy this little piece of heaven. Would definitely stay again when in the area! Thank you so much for your Hospitality!

    Nick2019-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • Teresa is an amazing host and her space is beautiful and easy to fine. She was beyond accommodating when my girlfriend and I kept running late to check in. We were shooting our first wedding as a business together and Teresa being so kind and flexible took a lot off of our mind. Her space is amazing highlighted by stone work by Carlos who hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to meet! Everything was clean, organized, and had great personal touches all over the place. My only regret was that we weren’t able to spend more time there because we ran so late. I definitely would recommend staying here.
