Located in a 200-year old historic brick house, the guest apartment is fully furnished and all windows face the Mohawk River and a scenic walk path. Nearby Kayak rental is available. We are located a few minutes’ drive from The Klam'er Tavern and Marina and about 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Albany, where art performances, concerts and dining experiences await you. At all times, you can enjoy the view on the river from your own private patio or the warmth of the fire pit in the yard.

Comfy, oddball studio that preserves the pre-gentrified bohemian feeling of Troy circa 2005. Lovingly constructed by mysterious artisan Oswaldo who stayed in November 2005 and then disappeared, leaving this gem as part of his local legacy. In the heart of downtown Troy, two doors from TAKK house, sharing the alley with Peck's, blocks from Saturday farmers market, walking distance from RPI. This unit is private but the large kitchen and laundry (green floor) is occasionally accessed by hosts.

There is many things to do, we have tug Boat Rally's with fire work shows ,the town is only a walk away, we have the Beautiful Erie canal right next to us with beautiful bike trails! Waterford has some old school Dinner's We are located right in the center of so many locations! R.P.I is only 15 mins! Russel sage is 20 mins! Hudson Valley is 25 mins! All Hospitals are 10 to 25 mins away for the nurses! 1GB INTERNET!
