Newly renovated bathroom, bedroom and coffee bar at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac is ready for your visit to the beautiful coastal town of Cohasset. It is a very short walk to both the harbor and downtown with coffee shops, French pastries and several restaurants and bars. Cohasset has easy access to the train to Boston or a 15 minute drive to the commuter boat, which is the best way to go! We are about halfway between Boston and Cape Cod.

Welcome to "The Landing," our tranquil barn retreat, nestled in Cohasset Harbor. This space offers the perfect setting to unwind. We have two queen beds, one in a loft and one in the main area, and a full bath with a clawfoot tub and shower. The barn sits behind our main house on the edge of a marsh and a river that leads into the ocean. Enjoy being directly across from Cohasset Harbor and just a 7 minute walk up the street to lovely downtown Cohasset with its shops, restaurants and bars.

You will love staying in this quintessential coastal town. Newly updated village colonial in walking distance to town restaurants, the common and harbor. This is a quaint single family home offers full kitchen, brand new bathroom, primary bedroom with a queen bed, makeup area and a small walk in closet The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin bed. There is a large living room, dining, front porch, and a very large deck/backyard and a great neighborhood.

The house is within walking distance of Nantasket Beach and is set back from the road in a large, quiet yard. Don't worry about beach parking—the driveway is big enough to park two cars. Modern appliances, a large lawn for activities and a million dollar view - all located within walking distance of Cohasset's gorgeous beaches and charming downtown. 1749 House is the perfect place to unwind with the whole crew, watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, and have cocktail hour on the great lawn.

Located a mile from Scituate Harbor, beaches, restaurants, golf course, movie theater, shops, and Greenbush train into Boston. Space includes comfortable queen-sized bed, full bathroom, sofa, cable TV and wifi. Additional amenities include ceiling fan, air-conditioning, mini-fridge, Keurig, and microwave.

Many great restaurants and shops. Queen size bed. (Some of the older reviews may mention the sleeper, which we replaced with a queen bed.)
