The tower house stands above the roof of the building in the oldest part of the village. The house has an area of 40 square meters: on the ground floor, there is a kitchen with access to the private garden where there is a barbecue, pergola and table. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where there is a bathroom and a bedroom with a very comfortable single sofa bed. On the top floor, the very bright double bedroom with a splendid view of the Orobic landscape.

A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.
