Please don’t try to sneak in your dogs, without telling us. We have new protocols in place to help keep everyone safe. The property location is situated close to the town of Mendocino, approximately 4 miles directly east of town. It is a separate guesthouse from the main farmhouse. There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard. Lots of outdoor space; fire pit, redwood fairy ring with hammock, secret tree forts, lawn games, outdoor kitchen with sink, counter and BBQ.

Mendocino Cottage

We're located on 5 wooded acres 10 minutes from the village of Mendocino, Big River Beach, Mendocino Woodlands and Mendocino Headlands. Located in a quiet lush setting of Redwoods, and wild Rhododendrons adjacent to Jackson State Forest. The cottage has one bedroom and bathroom and the living area includes a full kitchen. Quiet and secluded. Located on a paved private lane away from traffic.

The Photographer's Studio

The studio is a sun-filled, very spacious private room with en suite bathroom, and South facing deck, located in a separate building behind the main house in a large flower & fruit tree filled yard. The yard is often shared with Felix our playful tuxedo cat and Blossom our McNab Shepherd. We also rent "Osprey Aerie", the apartment upstairs, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer.

Little River Lodge

Take a break from the rush of things and unwind at this tranquil retreat. Secluded luxurious accommodations only a few minutes walk to the beach, a legendary restaurant and bar and multiple gorgeous trails, this is the best of what Mendocino has to offer.
