Our house is located 10 minutes from the centre of Asti, 30 minutes from Alba, Roero and Langhe, 30 minutes from Turin, and 40 minutes from Barolo. You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquillity and elegance.

Nestled amidst the picturesque rolling hills of the Monferrato Countryside, it offers breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains . The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. The rooms also have air conditioning and heating. It has a washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee machine. There is an ancient Infernot visitable.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.
