Natalia's place is new, lovely, and very clean. Our hosts were pleasant, quiet, and provided extra touches like clean wash cloths every day and some fresh baked bread to take home. We would definitely stay here again.

Natalia was gone when we stayed so our experience relates to her husband's great hospitality and willingness to make our stay a very comfortable and enjoyable one! He was very helpful, kind, and was very respectful of our privacy. Natalia and Anatoly have a very beautiful and clean home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The bedroom space was sufficient with a very comfortable bed. The Lanai is an extra plus; as it is a very nice quiet place to relax. Their place is not too too far from the beaches and fairly close to some very nice restaurants such as "The Spinnaker!" Our stay in Natalia and Anatoly's home would rate them as "Extra Super-duper" hosts. We would greatly look forward to staying with them again! It was a great stay!

I’ve used other Airbnb homes in the past, but being hosted by Natalia was the best that I have experienced. I think the host went above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met and I was comfortable as possible, most importantly the home was exactly as advertised.

Loved our 2 1/2 month stay here! Duane was outstanding in his communication and quick with response when we had questions. The duplex was recently updated and it’s obvious they took care in picking the furnishings and artwork throughout the rental. Loved the location...close enough and yet far enough away from the hustle n bustle. We will definitely be returning!

Located at a very quiet and quaint place

I enjoyed my stay here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet along with the location of the house. The advertisement of the house is accurate. The host Duane had really good communication and was very nice. I would stay here again in the future.

Dawn was a great hostess! She met me at check in and showed me around. Her place is clean and super cute! I was in town for a wedding and it was only 4 minutes to my event!

Dawn is a great hostess! She was there to greet us upon our arrival and took the time to go over all of the details of the unit. She consistently checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. The unit was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only small negative was the tv only got a couple of channels but wasn’t a big deal. We had a laptop and streaming tv service so we didn’t need it anyway. I would rate it as a very good experience!

It was wonderful. More than expected.... Unfortunately had to leave early. Dawn was extremely nice and attentive. There was a huge exercise room with tons of equipment. Lots of privacy which is what we were looking for. Very clean and cozy.

You cant get a better deal! Very comfortable, attention to detail, the room looks new. Also, plenty of extras, gym, bikes, full fridge, etc. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. A lot of literature, maps and info about the area are readily available. Our host, Dawn was attentive and sweet. Didn’t actually get to meet her, but she was available via text or phone call, all the time. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Next time we will stay more time to enjoy the beautiful beaches, restaurants and hospitality that Englewood has to offer. Thanks Dawn for being awesome!

Kelly was a great host. The home has just about everything you would need to get comfortable and take care of yourself. Love the screened in porch as a place to hang out.

We’ve had a delightful trip. The house is comfortable and clean. I’ve enjoyed walking the neighborhood each morning, and going to the beach at Boca Grande each afternoon. Grocery store and restaurants are nearby. The weather has been perfect.

Kelly’s cottage was perfect for us and our lab pup, Mellie. It is centrally located for exploring this less developed area of Fla. It is an easy 5 min. drive to the beautiful beach on Gasparilla Island and 15 minutes to Englewood Beach. The cottage is close to many state parks and nature preserves which we enjoyed hiking in. Kelly’s cottage was very well stocked with all the ‘little things’, which made our three weeks very comfortable. We would highly recommend the cottage if you are looking for a little ‘elbow room’.

It was a great experience. Our hostess, Kamila, went above and beyond our expectations. She is a real sweetheart. If we needed something, she was right there. The beach was close by and the house had everything we needed and then some. We stayed for three months and it felt like home! We thank her for her kindness and thoughtfulness. We miss the home and her dearly and we just left three days ago. I cried when I had to leave. You will not be disappointed if you decide to book with her. Just love her and her bouncy personality.

Kamila was amazing and the house was perfect! We had more room than expected and our family of 7 was very comfortable here. She was very welcoming, the home was prepared and Kamila even came by and left my daughters' favorite shells while we were gone. Very nice accomodation. Quiet and clean. Kamila was very responsive and supporting. Due to red tide we were not able to go to the beach but the public pool was a very nice substitution and only 5 minutes driving away. Would stay there again.

Nice quite naibourhood. The pool was very awesome. We really like the shop vac feature, it really helped w the sand in our vehacal! Fully stocked w towels and bedding. I would highly recomend this house for a quick get away!!

This house was really excellent and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The only issue was that a couple of the beds weren’t made, and we found a pair of underwear on one of the beds.

If you are coming to the area for fishing, water fun and beach it’s pretty ideal. We have stayed in and around the area for years and with our boat (26ft bay boat) we can’t keep on dock but the public ramp is just couple minutes up the road. The house is equipped with all amenities you could need. Beautiful view of canal, big kitchen for cooking, lovely lanai. Location was awesome, right around corner fro Boca Grande and if you head north just minutes from Stumps Pass and beach. Good restaurants and Publix is a 2-3 minute walk out the front door. We loved our stay for 3 days. Easy instructions for check in and check out. Veronica was quick to respond to any questions I had. Ideal house, ideal hosts and we will hopefully stay again soon.

Great host, and wonderful place.

Karim And Veronica were so easy to communicate with and treated us great. The house was spectacular and in a great location. The beds were so comfortable which were great after long days at the beach. Neighbors were friendly too! There's a gas station and Publix grocery store within walking distance which was also very convenient, no need to pack food for your vacation. Beautiful canal out back with lots of Mullet jumping and even seen a 30 inch snook creep out from under the dock. Lots of beaches and restaurants nearby also. Felt like home to my family of 6. Will definitely be staying there as much as possible!!!

Outstanding setting. We love having our windows and doors open and this home allowed us to do that to enjoy the morning air and sounds, from fish jumping in the canal to birds singing. Veronica and Karim's home was very comfortable, relaxing, private (yet close and perfect everything we needed). Special touches throughout the home helped us to enjoy our stay.

Loved this beautiful home! The hosts had great communication and were extremely kind. 5 other friends and myself stayed here for a weekend for my birthday and Veronica and Karin left me a birthday card and little present. It meant so much to me that she did this! You don't find kind people like them often! The house was beautiful and stocked with some necessities. The inside of the house is gorgeous with beautiful paintings and decorations. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. A publix and gas station is walking distance from the house which was very convenient. The beaches nearby were nice and quiet. A nice change from packed and busy beaches! Would recommend to any family looking for a beautiful Florida vacation home!

Nice clean residence in great golf community. Great swimming pool and close to beaches.

Location is convenient to most things. Mornings are wonderful to listen to the birds and watch to boats leave the marina.

Love Boca Grande! Much better better value staying at Boca Vista. It’s a short drive to the island with great amenities. The residents we met were all so friendly and welcoming too. It was a very nice,relaxing stay. We plan to return!

We rent houses/condos a few times a year and this is our new favorite. Brenda thought of all the details and left nothing undone in this beautiful spacious house. Anything you would need to cook, clean or have fun was here: games, bikes, beach and pool toys! In addition, the cleaning service was excellent, and the house was spotless and well organized. When we come back to Rotonda, we would love to stay here again.

This condo at Cape Haze Resort was perfect for our family. We have relatives close by but couldn’t all be accommodated at their home. This gave us a clean, well appointed place to rest. Clean, quiet, well organized, had everything we needed. The pool and community amenities were incredible. Close to Boca Grande beaches, Don Pedro State Park and lots of other great activities.

Sparkling clean condo in a very well maintained, private, secure, complex with excellent convenience and amenities. Enjoy!!

Lovely complex and pool area. Location was perfect for our needs, this is a quieter ‘old school’ Florida area, yet in 15 minutes can be where it’s busy! The condo was great, laid out well, comfortable bed! I would have liked beach chairs and a cooler, but understand that may be difficult to store. Thanks!

This was a last minute booking and I had a great time at this resort location. The pool is large and I had a view of a gorgeous sunset on the distance from the pool deck . The Master bedroom bed linens were top notch. Kitchen was modern and well stocked. Balcony has a nice seating area that overlooks a natural preserve where I was happy to even hear heard the sound of an owl one night. The condo is near “Hooked on SUP” where I rented a kayak and paddled over to Don Pedro Island Beach. Publix is walking distance for those without a vehicle. Nearby is the Palm Island Ferry that takes you over to Knight Island ($8 round trip for pedestrians) where you can access the public beach near Palm Resort and visit their Rum Bay restaurant. Also I recommend the Lemon Bay Park for its walking trails. Gasparilla island lighthouse is accessible via a $6 toll road and has a beautiful sunset and you can find shark teeth there when you walk the length of the beach from the lighthouse museum. Victoria was an accessible and helpful host.

This place is amazing for family vacation, 6 people can stay there comfortably. The house is nicely decorated and is newly remodeled, the layout is perfect. You can find everything you can possibly need, from beach stuff (kids toys, floaties, chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels) to every possible kitchen utensil (hand mixer, grater, wine glasses, various serving dishes - it’s all there), pack n play, kids toys, plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, even bikes. It’s really a perfect home away from home. We really enjoyed the heated pool, sunny patio and the game room! The neighborhood is very nicely kept, super quiet, there’s a little lake in the back, a lot of bike paths. The only thing you need to know about is that it’s away from stores, the closest one is about 10 minutes away. But once you get to Port Charlotte you have every possible store. My whole family really enjoyed the 2 weeks we spent here over the Christmas break.

This is a wonderful home in Rotonda West. One of the few (if only) four bedroom setups we could find. Immaculate and well-stocked for cooking. Great pool / deck area as well. Professionally decorated as well. Brenda was responsive and keeps it spotless. Highly recommend staying here.

This place is all you want it to be. Fantastic location and so well provided for with pool toys stuff for the beach bikes the list is endless. Jill is a fantastic host and was fantastic at answering any questions we might have. The bbq ran out of gas (sadly. New Years eve halfway thru cooking) but a quick email and the next morning a new gas bottle was brought over. We loved it so much we wanted to book it for next Christmas but already booked (I can see why) but whilst we were there Jill offered us some alternatives which we were able to drive by to look at. Thanks Jill for being the perfect host

The house is great. The views of the pond and the golf course are great anytime of the day. Was very nice to have the 2 master suites. Overall a great home. We were definitely happy with our over all expectations and experience staying at Jill’s home in Rotonda. You won’t be disappointed.

I rented this place for some of my family that was visiting their sister in Englewood. This place was perfect! It was only 3 minutes away from their sister. There were 4 adults staying there and they said it was very, very nice. It is very well taken care of and very clean. We would definitely rent this again! Kensy was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Kensey’s place was perfect. It was spacious, very clean, and a plus is they have a covered parking space which helps a lot with that Florida sun. Would definitely be back

Spacious and extremely comfortable, this home rental is perfect for an extended stay in Englewood or even for a few days. A short drive to shopping, golf, biking, and the outstanding Englewood beach! Highly recommend this location.

This cottage is directly on the beach. Amazing views and the swimming is superb! Must bring groceries or pay for grocery delivery. All the locals are super friendly and very helpful. Kim, property manager was very accommodating, and provided all logistical information needed to get to the island - no surprises. All information was provided and accurate. We can't wait to go back!

Great location!

This cottage is exactly as explained in the description. Beautiful location and just steps to the beach. Very peaceful retreat. Having beach chairs and umbrellas was a definite plus. We were worried about being isolated on the island but it all turned out perfectly. Just be sure to bring everything you think you may need because it is pricey to go back and forth for supplies. All in all we would definitely go again.

We loved our weeklong stay at AfterDune Delight. It was our first time staying right on the beach and being so close to the water! Priceless. The cottage is cozy and quiet. The kitchen is really well equipped - we were able to cook some great meals every day. It was a little hard to get to, when our planned ride didn't show up to the dock, but once we got there we were truly content. Would definitely do this again!

Nevada and Vicki’s place is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway on Little Gasparilla Island. It was our first time visiting the island and we plan to return. The condo is in a great location between the beach and pool, and Nevada and Vicki provide the beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, towels and coolers. The golf cart was fun to explore the island. We enjoyed the pool as well. The beds were comfortable and the beach decor was fun. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils for meals. The only think you will need to bring is clothing and food.

The house is very close to the beach, Nevada provided a golf cart to move around the island. The beach is very quiet, clean and without much waves. the house have all the kitchen utensils that you will need, the internet is not very fast but remember that you are in paradise. we spent a few days in family that we will remember all our lives. We will return to Nevada's and Vicki house. Lgi is the Paradaise. Thanks

This place was fantastic. Beautiful scenery, the beach was a 3 minute walk from the condo. The condo was very inviting and the screened in front deck provided a magnificent view of the island. The few people that were on the island were very friendly and helpful. An unexpected bonus was being able to drive around the island on a golf cart and really admire how beautiful and unique little gasparilla really is. We hope to return there soon.

The condo was all we expected and more. We had everything we needed and them some. Our family had such a wonderful time on the island an the the condo was the perfect location to enjoy all the island has to offer. We will be returning again and will stay at Nevada and Vicki's again!

Baxter, my dog and I had a lovely time in Rotonda. At first it appeared to be far away from places but I quickly learned that it was very close to many interesting and beautiful attractions. We arrived to a sparkling clean home with a little Yorkie who excitedly greeted us. He and Baxter were instant friends and during our stay lay down together all the time. They were best buddies. While we were there we visited islands, parks and bike trails all around the area. I found many wonderful places to lunch at and I enjoyed a morning and evening swim each day and prepared breakfast and evening snacks in as needed in a lovely kitchen. Claudette and Mark are very personable people who you feel at home with very quickly.. Back home we call caring people like this, friends-family. My husband, Baxter and I plan to return next year. My husband and I stayed at this lovely beach house for the weekend so that we could go to Gasparilla Island and relax at the beach. We had the best time and really enjoyed staying at Mark and Claudette’s Airbnb. Everything was spectacular, comfy, and the house is so beautiful. We would love to come back!

My boyfriend and I spent 11 days with Mark and Claudette and we couldn’t of had a better experience. The house is super cute and clean. Kobe (their little dog) is SO precious. Mark and Claudette are great hosts and people. So glad we chose to stay here!

This was an amazing stay! The house was beautiful with lots of natural lighting and gracious hosts to top it all. Claudette and Mark are some of the most genuine people I've met. Very quiet, nice neighborhood, comfortable beds, and it's hard to believe there are people that are this nice, but they do exist. Mark & Claudette are truly 2 of the nicest people we've ever met, and we wanted to bring little Kobe (a cute little Scottie) home with us. We had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay.

What a lovely place to stay! So quiet and safe that we were able to take late nite walks. Nice neighborhood close to shopping and beautiful beaches. Everything you need in the house, without being excessive/cluttered. Will recommend to all our friends.

House was better than expected, very private & welcoming. It is your own little slice of paradise & it’s close to most anything you need or want to see. GREAT LOCATION, you will not be disappointed you can go any direction & you are close. I would recommend this house for anyone traveling with dogs, just clean up after them like at home. I booked Angelika's house to accomodate my mother in law so she could stay near us temporarily. My mother in law and myself were very satisfied with her stay. My mother in law had a great experience, really enjoyed her stay. Angelika is a wonderful host, great in communicating and always ready to assist us in whatever we needed. Her house was super clean, very well equipped, very comfortable and really well decorated with a beautiful garden. The neighborhood was very quiet, peaceful and just a few minutes from the gorgeous Englewood beaches. We feel so lucky we found this hidden gem! Thank you Angelika!

The house was everything I needed to enjoy my stay just a short drive to my favorite beach.....Boca Grande. The location is very quiet & safe to walk my dog in the neighborhood.

We absolutely loved this place. Nice house, clean, quiet neighborhood and the pool was great. They have done a great job of labeling and placing reminders of what to do and not to do. It was very comfortable for our group of 10 and it’s pet friendly. It was a fairly short drive to Englewood beach and Gasparilla Island. And the host was very responsive. This one is a thumbs up in my book.
