The ideal place for a stay out of the ordinary, silent and private, the apartment overlooks the ancient city and enjoys a view that reaches as far as the islands of southern Sardinia. The cathedral, visible from the balcony, is just a few steps away.

The house consists of a large living area, a double bedroom with a view, a second bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. A large porch embraces two sides of the house.

The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

There are 4 beds: two in the bedroom, located in the loft, and two in a spacious sofa bed with a comfortable mattress on wooden slats, located in the living area. We are in a strategic location, from which you can reach the most beautiful seaside and archaeological locations of Sulcis. Ideal for surfers, kite and wind surfers

Vacation home 2 km from the sea

The "Sa Iscola Antiga" vacation home is located in a small, quiet village in southern Sardinia, a few kilometers from the sea (2 from Is Solinas and 9 from Porto Pino). It is a detached building with a small adjoining garden and barbecue, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a large kitchen with a sofa, a dressing room and a bathroom with a shower. In the house there is also a folding bed in the event of a third guest booking.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
