The neighborhood is just outside of Bexley. We are located about 9 minutes from the airport and downtown, and about 15 minutes from OSU campus. The street is generally quiet and our neighbors are all very friendly.

The most unique thing about my place is the play area/dining room. We have a childrens art center and love making art pieces to hang everywhere downstairs.

Very quiet neighborhood during the day and most nights. Some college parties scattered here and there especially during OSU or The Crew games. Some stadium noise can be heard from Rock on the Range, concerts and soccer games mostly from outside. Not too noticeable inside the home. There are occasional trains and planes very close by, however, the room offered is very quiet. A fan is furnished as well. I also have an old sound machine if anyone would want to use it.

I enjoyed my stayed here for 2 months and had no problems; I was mostly around in the evenings due to being away all day for an internship. This is a family home with small kids and 3 cats including an adorable kitten! Michelle is great, very accommodating and quick to respond, her daughters are well-behaved and sweet. Great value for a long-term stay; the house is well-heated, my room was simple and cozy with a mini-fridge that was perfect for me, and I had no issues using the kitchen/bathroom when I needed to.

Had a great stay. Host is very kind and easy going. This is a warm welcoming family enviorment. Cats are nice and they stay to themselves. Children are very well behaved. The mom/host keeps it all together nicely. The room is a nice size with very comfortable bed. Aldi (grocery store) is in walking distance and bus stop around the corner. Newly renovated home in the heart of the university district. Value is the definition of this property. The room: The third floor is a "loft" that has many areas to relax in. As you walk up the turning staircase you will be see the couch and TV area. A West Elm swivel chair provides a sense of comfort should you want to rest before heading out to explore. A mini fridge can be found in the room as well as a work desk should you need to get things done. There are two sleeping areas located in two alcoves on opposing sides of a wall. The queen bed with memory foam mattress is accented by a mid century nightstand. At your feet you will see a small room divider for added privacy as well as a luggage stand for your convenience. In the second alcove is a twin mattress that is situated next to in-wall drawers. Entry: Enter and let the ceilings take your breath away. The foyer area has a shoe rack as well as a table where you and your party can meet before heading out to explore the city. As you progress through the house, you will see a delicately designed living room where you can relax and watch TV. You can chill in this area before check in hours should you arrive early. In the living room there is a door that leads to the full first floor shower. Kitchen: Wanting to cook on your trip? No problem, use my pots, pans, and utensils. Please clean up after each use. You can also find a Keurig and Brita Filter to quench your thirst. Got leftovers? Leave them in the fridge and heat them up in the microwave. This space was perfect for my friend and I traveling through Columbus. Jerry was a great host and quick to let us know how to check in and everything. The location was great, very close to the downtown area. The space was on the 3rd floor and we had the entire floor to ourselves which included a queen and a twin bed as well as living room space. This cottage is located on a wooded 15 acre private secluded estate. Plenty of wildlife and deer abound with a pond. It is located 35 minutes to downtown columbus and 35 minutes to hocking hills and Old mans cave area. It is adjacent to the main house but guests have access to the property. The cottage has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, closet, dresser, full bath with shower. There is a full size sofa bed in the living room that can be used if needed.

I also have a small deer farm and raise whitetail and Mule deer.If I'm available when your here I'm more than willing to give you a tour.

Steve was very hospitable and quick to communicate with us. We enjoyed our stay at the cabin, the scenery was relaxing and the cabin felt like home. We enjoyed our anniversary, even with the concerns with the virus, we felt safe and Steve was courteous regarding precleaning the area. We are looking forward to staying again for a longertime period and getting to know our host!

It’s the nice cabin in a bit of woods you expect from the pics with good basic updated amenities. Everything works and it’s darn quiet n cozy. Steve is kind and responsive. Simple living feel. It’s a farm as the add says and not a lot of outdoors hiking on immediate property but grilling out on the porch under private mini woods of trees made us feel like we were home. Waking up looking into the woods was serine. Way worth the price.

Covid Special - camping is the only option right now! Our home is in a quiet neighborhood in a suburb of Columbus and sits right on a large & lovely park with a view from the den/patio. You will have access to the large back yard with the patio and grill + fire pit. Enjoy nature with some homey conveniences like the indoor bathroom. Pickerington is located 30 minutes from the airport, Downtown Columbus, the Arena district, the Short North, OSU campus and the beautiful Hocking Hills region.

The main area for guests is very private and much like a basement apt. It has a queen bed + large TV, lounge furniture and some light workout equipment . There is also a 2nd bedroom with a double bed that is available sometimes. The common areas like the den, kitchen, and dining areas are all available to guests. There is also a patio in the back with a grill which you are welcome to use. The park is accessible from the back yard. Also, I am willing to provide transportation for a minimal fee in some cases - just inquire. Also, we now have 2 kittens.

Pickerington is a suburb which has a very small quaint little town with lots of green space as well as a long commercial strip with plenty to eat, see, drink, and shop. I will be happy to give some suggestions for Unique places in the area.

Convenient, pleasant, clean, roomy, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. Perfection at a great price!

My neighborhood was at one place the homes of James Thurber and the Robber Barons of old. It is gorgeous with a variety of old homes--Queen Anne, Victorian--and tree lined streets. It is experiencing a renaissance and offers a tavern (very good food!), a café where a lot of people enjoy breakfast, a pizza shop that's a cut above chain pizza's, art galleries and more. These locations are a 5 minute walk from the house.

Built in the roaring 1920's, the Carraway Guest House is perfect for a romantic weekend get-a-way or a private and quiet room for when you are traveling for business. The guest room is non-smoking and features an ensuite private bath with a shower as well as all the modern amenities for guest's convenience. The Carraway Guest House is within walking distance of shopping, art studios, antique shops, restaurants, wine shops, chocolatier, beauty salons and banks.

Your room will be upstairs at the top of the stairs. The Jordan Baker Room (after the book, The Great Gatsby) is bright and sunny with three windows and is decorated in neutral colors with a splash of yellow. You'll have a lock on your door and a private bathroom with a shower inside your room. I wash ALL the bed linen, even the blankets and bedspreads after each guest stay. I also sanitize the entire bathroom, doorknobs and all cleanable surfaces after each guest stay. You may join us for conversation, or have the privacy of your room or separate living room. The entire house is non-smoking, however you may smoke in a designated area outside.

We are within walking distance of 4 great restaurants. For breakfast, we recommend the WigWam or Harvest Moon Cafe. For Lunch, we recommend the WigWam, Harvest Moon Cafe or Shade on the Canal. And for dinner, our favorites are Harvest Moon Cafe, Shade on the Canal or Village Wines. A local micro-brewery is scheduled to open soon within walking distance as well.

We got married near the Carraway House and needed a place nearby for our wedding party to stay. Kathy and Marc have the most charming house, it was perfect! When we booked, there were only two rooms but they were working on a third. It was done in time for us to use for the wedding and Kathy let us know right away! Each room is furnished with it's own bathroom and two beds. There were even baskets of snacks and drinks ready in each room! All the rooms can be locked for safety and privacy. Kathy kept in touch the entire time and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay!

My cottage is a cozy one bedroom house + loft. The bedroom features a king sized bed and the loft has a queen. The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to cook some meals instead of eating out, however, there are some of the best restaurants in Columbus within walking distance! There is one off-street parking space (which comes in handy in the village) along with a fenced in yard and deck. Also available is WIFI and Netflix.

I'm probably biased as I've lived here the last 4 years but German Village is the best neighborhood in Columbus. It's ridiculously charming with all the cute cottages and brick streets, has some of the best restaurants in the city and convenient to all the other hot spots around, like Short North and OSU.

Loved this adorable cottage! Perfect location, very comfortable stay. Emily was wonderful host. I would definitely stay here again.

Audra and Lacey’s place was wonderful. Great location and close to a lot of things. They were able to provide us with plenty of local things to do since our original plans got cancelled. House was very cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Our home sits on an acre which makes it feel a little like the country while still being near the city. With tons of breweries and wineries close by, fantastic night life, and plenty of family fun, you will have a hard time being bored!

We live off a main street that provides easy access to the freeway. It only takes about 12 minutes to get downtown without any traffic and there are a number of restaurants in the area as well as breweries, wineries and we are a short drive to the beautiful Hocking Hills State Park!

It is $7.25/weeknight if you enter after 6pm, otherwise it is $12. On weekends it is $7.25/day. There is free street parking on 9th Ave after 5pm and before 9am.

A university neighborhood, everything you love, minus the chaos. South campus is peaceful and surrounded by intellect, breakfast food, and caffeine. Just steps from medical campus, many people you bump into will be medical students, professors, or practitioners at Ohio State University Hospitals. Head south to hipster haven The Bottle Shop, north to brunch spot Hang Over Easy, west to Panera Bread, or east to High Street. If you are "Going Out", Short North has all your heart could desire. This is such a convenient location! And the host were very gracious and attentive. The bathroom was not spotless and there were some loud and roudy people outside Friday night- but it wasn’t too late and wasn’t a big deal. I’d definitely go back

This place has everything you will need on your stay! There are even snacks in the kitchen. It was a spacious room and I love having a desk! There was a little noise from upstairs, and there is a camera in the public kitchen. But those are all things you would expect at an AirBnB. It's a killer location, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Large, spacious, modern downtown single family home with a private paved parking lot for three cars and free curb side street parking. It features a large front and back yard patio, second story outdoor balcony, recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms with updated appliances, living room and four private bedrooms. Smart TV is equipped with Netflix and related streaming services that you will need to log into in order to access. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for additional guests and we will provide high end air mattresses upon request. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials, a Kuerig machine for coffee and large dining room table for gatherings. This listing used to be my home for over three years and I am still in love with the place. All of my neighbors are great and while I lived here I never had any safety issues despite the up and coming downtown location. Please treat it with kindness and respect! Minutes from Franklin Park, Nationwide Childrens and Olde Town East. A short ride to downtown and its surrounding areas. We recommend Uber or scooter to anywhere more than a mile!

You will stay in the mother in law suite that is located in the finished basement. Pool table, treadmill and jacuzzi are all located in the basement. A big screen TV and cable is located in the basement as well. The bathroom opens up into the bedroom.

My place is kid friendly and very quiet throughout the day and night.

Friendly neighborhood. Everyone looks after each other and will report any suspicious activities to the residential FB page and local police. Also, my neighbor that lives across the street is a police cop.

Great place! Loved my time there.
