Keep it simple at this peaceful beach house. Drag the beach cart just a 5 minute stroll, for a paddle and a picnic down at the picturesque Wowly creek, . The property has plenty of off street parking, so park up the car, boat etc. Everything you need is just a short stroll away. This centrally located home is just a short, flat 450metres to the beach and creek and less than 1km to the local shops, specialty stores, fish&chips and cafes. Even local markets run regularly at the oval.

Coastal Spice is a comfortable & clean 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom DOG FRIENDLY beach cottage ONLY a 4 minute walk from the magic white sands of Callala Beach. Backing onto bushland, you can enjoy the native birds and kangaroos. 7 guests (ideally no more than 4 adults and 3 children or 6 adults) can be accommodated. It boasts its own hot tub exclusively for guest use. I charge no cleaning fees which means my guests save big dollars. Other features include fire pit, outdoor kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine & Wifi. The yard is fully fenced and the property is per friendly.
