The tiny house at the Crescent Beach house is a one bedroom one bath detached guesthouse ! The bedroom includes a queen bed and closet. There is a great kitchen with a full size stove/oven, keurig, and microwave. Wifi and a large TV with Netflix only, no cable. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella included! Soak in the great Florida beach lifestyle. There’s a board walk beach access at the end of the street ! This tiny house is adjacent to a two story home which is a separate Airbnb!

Pet fee $10 a night (for one or two pets, max) to be paid upon departure in cash left in an envelope for housekeeper. Honor system. No pet over 75 pounds. Bright beachy unit with all amenities including community pool, close public beach access and essentials including bedding, towels, beach cruiser bikes and grill. Enclosed porch and outside deck are ideal for grilling out or hanging out. My home is located in Peppertree RV Resort . The public beach access is a short 10 minute walk away. The unit has parking for two vehicles with extra parking available in an overflow lot. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit.

An ideal place to stay while visiting our lovely historic St. Augustine. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches, historic district, restaurants and stores. The unit is above the two-car garage where you enter to go up stairs to the 500 square foot apartment. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!
