Waterfront holiday rentals in Butler Beach

The sunrises every morning from the deck were magical. The walk over the dunes to the beach, the morning coffee, the three bedrooms all made a perfect start to the day for me and my two sisters. We had an issue with a broken toaster which was addressed immediately. David was responsive and caring. For three adult women, the only thing that wasn’t ideal, but we knew it in advance, was the bedroom with bunk beds. They weren’t as comfortable as the two king size beds in the other two rooms, so someone has to make a sacrifice. But, all in all, we had a great time!

I made a mistake when choosing the dates for my trip, and didn’t realize till I showed up. I felt so silly, but reached out to Caio anyway, and he responded almost immediately even though it was late, and he was at an event out of state. He had had a cancellation and competently and graciously accommodate me last minute. I was so grateful! Check-in was easy, and our stay was super relaxed. We really enjoyed the easy access to the private beach. Would totally stay again!

We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

I stayed with my daughter. We loved this studio. It is set up perfectly. Big bathroom. Tons of towels. Everything you need including beach chairs and an umbrella. Loved the book of recommendations which is also available on the site listing. We felt so safe and comfortable here. Very responsive when I had a question. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous time during our 10 day stay and Eva's condo at the Hibiscus resort was perfect for our needs. The complex itself is laid out well with plenty of spaces at the pools and hot tubs, and the beach access is great. Eva's condo was spacious, clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were quick to respond to requests and communicated well with us during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. Will not hesitate to stay agian!

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We had a great time and enjoyed the house. The host was very responsive. The views were beautiful. Historic St. Augustine is a quick drive away. There are other restaurants and ice cream places in walking distance. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill. I’m sure we will be going back again soon.

Was a wonderful family weekend vacation. The walk to the beach was absolutely perfect and stunning. The kitchen was perfect for cooking morning breakfast and a very large dining room table that fit all of us comfortably. Watched the sunset from the second balcony and woke up to the sounds of the ocean. It was a very peaceful trip. The house was also stocked well with the beginning essentials. I highly recommend visiting. We will be back again.

We had an amazing stay at this home in St. Augustine! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home—clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Second condo we've stayed in at Sea Place, this time with a different rental company. This stay was far superior to the last; check-in was a breeze and didn't require a visit to an office. The place was very clean. Sea Place is actually a pretty old condominium but it's been renovated, and each unit is of different quality – this particular unit was better than the last we stayed in. Cleaner and better taken care of. You'll see some signs of distress on certain *exterior* areas of the condo buildings, but nothing overly concerning. This condo is right on the beach and has great views. It's located virtually next to the boardwalk that goes down to the beach, and is just adjacent to the pool (but is not pool-front). It's worth noting that there are stairs involved here: some to get to the front door of the condo, and some inside. They're relatively steep so if you have small children or are elderly, it's worth paying closer attention to all. All in all, a great stay, I'd recommend.

Beautiful view of the beach and right next to the pool. We had a short stay but so glad we chose to stay here. Also highly recommend Commanders Outpost restaurant (3 minute drive down the street) for a great dinner

This is the perfect location for your trip. Beautiful and quiet beach right next to the condo. Beautiful ocean view. Only 15-20 min from downtown and a very easy drive. The condo is great and has everything you need. Would 1000% stay again

Wonderful place to call home for our annual beach trip. Easy access, and tons of nice touches. You can tell that the hosts take care to make it feel well kept and comfortable. One of the top Airbnbs we have stayed at. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Joe’s place. The view is spectacular. The unit had everything needed for fun beach days. Clean and relaxing space. Super convenient beach access and close to the pool. Joe was a responsive and accommodating host. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place was a gem! Everything was beautiful and we felt right at home. Our boys absolutely loved their room with the bunk beds and the fact that there was a tv in there really helped keep them in their room so that we could sleep in. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets felt clean. My boys and I have allergies to dust, and we were not bothered by it one bit here due to the cleanliness. Everything in the pictures is exactly how it looked in real life. We especially appreciated the closet full of beach equipment and other things to keep our family entertained. Our favorite part of this place; however, has to be the gorgeous view with the floor to ceiling windows. It was short walk to the gorgeous beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. Absolutely cannot wait to go back.

I highly recommend this condo for families, couples or others looking for an easy going, safe experience in a great location, with an excellent host. The condo was very clean. Also a great location close to grocery stores, surf shops, restaurants, & other activities. It felt very safe, as it was gated to the entrance of the property (driving in and out), & gated beach boardwalk access. Todd was a great host! He was very proactive reaching out for any needs and making sure my stay went well before and after checking out. Ryan
