Gazebo out back on a concrete patio. Access to the Licking River with a picnic table and grill. Fire pit is also located in the back. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have queen sized beds. The bedroom downstairs has bunk beds with queen on the bottom. Up to 12 people on each side of the duplex. You are leasing one side of a duplex.

The Bluebell is a farmhouse located on the rolling hills of Dry Ridge Kentucky. It has a wonderful front and back yard especially great for children. It has a charming dining area with a fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. There's a sunroom looking out into hay fields where deer and turkey regularly roam. There is a terrific front porch to watch the sunsets and peaceful meandering of the cows. Come out of the city lights and find some peace of mind under the stars. (8.6 miles from the Ark).
