Parking is available free of charge, parking for bicycles is also available. The bike path is right in front of the grounds. Kulmbach center is about 5 km away. The cities of Bayreuth and Kronach are in 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Travel time.

Welten vacation home

Due to the location on the outskirts, it is quiet, and the fenced garden invites you to linger. Dogs are very welcome, have enough space to play here and can move freely. We allow ourselves to charge €5 per night per dog for the extra cleaning effort, which is to be paid upon departure. For the colder season, a Swedish stove in the living room provides warmth and the rain shower provides a relaxing shower.

A garden house, part of an old farm with a large natural garden and orchards, with rare flowers and delicious fruits, with chickens and bees and goats as neighbours... The property is located on the clear Weismain stream and is embedded in the picturesque Kleinziegenfelder valley with its climbing rocks, beech forests and hiking trails.

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
