Situata in un grazioso contesto collinare la casa è composta da un'ampia zona living con cucina integrata ed una camera da letto con caminetto, entrambe con accesso alla terrazza, due bagni, terrazza esterna e cortili da ambo i lati. Presente inoltre locale con sauna e ellittica. Possibilità di parcheggio interno. Da sempre appassionati di animali, abbiamo con noi cani, gatti, cavalli e asini che vi accoglieranno. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
