Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. Cascina Vanara - Apartment in Monferrato

Private accommodation on the first floor of a finely renovated traditional Piedmontese farmhouse, consisting of an entrance, a double bedroom, a living area with a kitchen and a single/double sofa bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. The rooms have a balcony overlooking the garden. Cascina Vanara, where the owners live, is surrounded by a large garden with a vegetable garden, orchard, children's play area and the new saltwater pool.
