  • Cute little studio, private and just perfect for a single or couple. The bed was very comfortable (I had an amazing sleep!) and a great shower in the bathroom. This is located just outside the bedroom area via the outside decking. Very close by and the shower is very roomy but the rest of the bathroom area is very small and narrow. Fine for 1 person though and was sufficient for my needs. Small fridge outside was also suitable for myself and there were a lot of nice toughes such as Water Bottles, Muffins, Milk and even Tim Tams in the fridge as well as fresh apples in the room. It was a stinking hot day when I arrived but a new Cooler in the room was perfect. The location of the Unit was very handy to the Beach, Town Centre, Shops and the Cinema. Martin was also very helpful in assisting me with information on Melbourne Tolls.

    Hi, we are Liam and Gemma! This listing is for two private rooms in our house. You will have a bedroom, bathroom and additional room with TV and futon that can be set up for an additional guest to sleep in. We are located in the desirable Waterways estate, set in stunning surrounds comprising 20 percent parkland, and 40 percent water, within walking distance of park land, nature walks, and public transport. Tea, coffee and long life milk is included, as is use of the kitchen for cooking.
    We encourage you to make yourself at home, using the kitchen, laundry and shared living spaces. Fast wifi is available, with 40 MB/S average speed. A smart TV is provided with access to catch up TV, Netflix and YouTube.
    Waterways estate comprises 40 percent housing, 20 percent park land, and 40 percent water. This makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a stroll and observe the local wildlife. 850 meters from the front door is Nest Cafe on the lake, a great spot for breakfast or lunch, or just to visit the ducks, swans and pelicans. 500 meters from the front door is Braeside park, which is a simply stunning place to observe the wildlife, go for a bike ride or run. If you prefer the beach, it's only five kilometres to Mordialloc, where you can fish, swim or enjoy a meal looking over water.

We are a couple with three loving and friendly dogs that will have indoor and outdoor access. We encourage vegetarian or vegan cooking in our home and love to share food and conversations.
    This three bedroom seaside home is situated in the peaceful suburb of Parkdale and is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet beachside escape or passing through for work while wanting to be near a gorgeous and clean beach. It is within a short train or car ride to Melbourne's CBD and outer suburbs, with a number of great cafes and restaurants around Parkdale, Mentone and Mordialloc all in walking distance, as well as the stunning Beaumaris, Mentone and Parkdale beaches, and just 5 minute drive to Westfield Southland Shopping Centre and the Royal Melbourne and Victoria Golf Courses, it is the perfect location for a stay to suit all needs. If you prefer to just relax at home, there is a courtyard with a 10 seater outside table, BBQ and umbrella all to enjoy. Spacious and fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities and free street parking.
    Parkdale has the feel of a small country town, everyone knows everyone and you get treated like a local everywhere you go. Everyone says good morning on the beach and your neighbors are always up for a chinwag.

    A modern townhouse situated 100m from the white sand and blue water of Aspendale beach. Your stay will be on the ground floor in a double bedroom with a separate private TV lounge and private bathroom. Your host is on the 1st floor, giving you plenty of privacy. While there are no kitchen facilities, there are nice cafes within a 1 min walk and the with the train station right across the road, Mordialloc's bars and restaurants are only 1 stop away. Free street parking.
    You have the ground floor to yourself! You have a double bedroom with a queen sized bed. The mattress and pillows are very good quality so you’re sure to get a good nights sleep. You also have your own modern shower room and comfortable tv lounge. There are *no cooking facilities*, but there are plenty of good breakfast, lunch and dinner dining options close by in Aspendale and plenty more just up the road in Mordialloc.
    Aspendale is one of many quiet beach side suburbs down this way. The beach is clean and stretches for miles. The sea is perfect for swimming, with shallow waters and gentle waves. Aspendale has several good cafes and shops while Mordialloc, a 2 km walk up the beach or one stop on the train, has many bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

It's also just a stone's throw away from the train station so you can go anywhere from Jason's accommodation. So convenient! I highly recommend this place when you need somewhere to stay in or around Aspendale. :)

    Our attractive studio apartment is very conveniently located a few steps from a safe swimming beach. There are no steps to be negotiated to the apartment but there is a step of 20cm into the ensuite. We supply a complimentary Continental breakfast basket on arrival. There is an ensuite bathroom and basic cooking facilities. Large TV and Dvd player. Free wifi available. Close to shops and transport. Lovely walks to enjoy.

    Our neighbourhood is right along a beautiful golden sand swimming beach. Lovely in summer or winter. There is also a bike path nearby with many trails to explore on foot or bicycle.

  • Carolyns Place is really lovely! The photos don't do it justice... the accomodation is A+, the garden which sits right outside the property is gorgeous, and the beach literally steps right up to their backyard. Some great restaurants in 10 min walking distance (2 Farm Girls, Le Feu, Nachos Cantina) including a couple homewares stores. I used her AirBnb for work as I had some interviews to do in Melbourne, but I could see how perfect her place would be for a tourist as well. Personally, I will be coming back in the future :-)

    This is my home with my teenage daughters. It's warm, clean and comfortable. We have everything you need to enjoy your stay through every season. We've been hosting for about 6 years now and love meeting new people to share storys and meals with. I only accept Females as this is my teenage daughters wish which I must respect.
    We have a relaxing and calm home and your room is perfect for relaxing or studying.
    It's a really quiet and safe neighbourhood here. The supermarket, other shops/ amenities, bus stop to Clayton Station and Monash Uni Clayton Campus is only 100 metre walk from our front door. Its a perfect location for students especially.

No heater or AC in the room. Washing machine available with detergent, pegs and hangers. Cloths line just out side your window. Located close to the princes highway, but hardly hear any noise. Two bus halts towards the city you get Sandown Park Hotel and similar distance towards Dandenong you get the Sandown Regency, with an authentic cafe. You can cook your own meal, but more suitable to re-heat something. Place has quick access to many suburbs like Springvale, Dandenong, Clayton (Monash Uni), Glen Waverly, and Mulgrave, but you must have your own car. Only one bus (route 800) serves this area and it’s a very poor service with no buses on Sundays or public holidays. In order to go to city by train you better go to Oakleigh station.

  • Had a wonderful stay at Ryan and Tims place. Great people all around and very quick with responses. The place was very clean and had what you need. The kitchen has enough for your basic cooking needs. The AC works great to keep the place cool. Has everything you see in the pictures. The location was great for me, grocery was just around the corner, not far from the beach ect. Would stay again in the future !

  • Paul and Tanya´s studio was the perfect place to stay during our week holiday. The place is cosy and super clean with an energy that made us (specially our kids) feel like at home. The beds are very confortable to sleep after a busy beach day and the bbq was an extra that allowed us to enjoy a glass of wine while eating our dinner outside. Paul and Tanya were always very helpful to every doubt we had but at the same time, respecting the space; a perfect mix! They also have a veggie garden with delicious tomatoes we all had the pleasure to taste in a salad! But for our kids, the cat and the dog were the best in this cosy place. Very friendly pets, amazing place and outstanding hosts! Thanks Paul and Tanya! :)

Beautiful garden view from living room, short walk to the station and a number of coffee shops and restaurants surround the station. Very large shopping complex a short drive or reasonably long walk away. We enjoyed our stay.

  • We had a wonderful stay at Dimmy’s place. It’s a beautiful little apartment with everything you need to self-cater, and situated perfectly for the beach, railway station, and a one or two shops and cafes. We travelled with our infant daughter and the apartment was just perfect. There is private off-street parking and free on-road parking but with restrictions. The owners were very responsive - we had a couple of minor queries and they got back to us right away. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

  • Clean and quiet apartment on the top floor (up one flight of stairs from ground or 2 flights of stairs from the car park - no lift). Beach is at your doorstep and check in/out was super easy. Not recommended for very small children who still nap - the blinds in the bedrooms don’t block out much daylight and there is only a split system air con in the lounge so bedrooms get pretty hot during the day with the door closed. For anyone else, would highly recommend!

  • Very comfy beds, 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the shops! Tv with Netflix, beautifully decorated, modern bathroom, lots of towels and blankets at our disposal. The kitchen had all the basics including sugar, oil, glad-wrap, instant coffee, etc. The 10 min walk to get to the main strip to get to ice-cream shops, restaurants and other shops makes it kid and teenage-friendly. An easy and comfortable stay, would recommend!

    A lovely , simple bedroom in a family home , Suitable for an easy going and open minded guest. We are kind, open minded and many young(and young in hearts) people from all over the world enjoyed living with us for the last 10 years. Please read all information before booking ( pay special attention to the situation with pets and potential noise ) I like to make sure that you will enjoy your stay with us. See you.
    The room is a small simple room with a queen size bed, bedside tables , A desk ( If you need one) and a wardrobe, In the lounge rooms we have Airconds (On very hot nights we recommends to leave the bedroom door open (but It is up you).You will have a fan in your room. You will have a some use of the kitchen and Basic ingredients (Tea, coffee,sugar, milk, oil, salt and pepper) for the first day or two ( to give you time to get organized) But will have to purchase your own ingredients If you are staying for a longer time. You can help yourself for a toast or cereal for breakfast. If you are a busy person who doesn't have the time for shopping and cooking you can ask me about the full Homestay option. *The price for a full borad ( room, All bills include wifi, 3 meals a day, tea, coffee, biscuits , fruits...) is $340 per week. We have 2 little dogs ( one who is thinking that he is a gurd dog)and cats. Occasionally you will hear the dogs chasing the cats or our resident possum walking on the roof at night. So you better enjoy pets and are not sensitive to noise 😋. I live with my teenage son who has special needs, He is non verbal and can be noisy at times. BYO earplugs! At times we are having other nice people living with us, I always make sure that everyone who live with us is a kind and respectful person. I also have a lovely outdoors area you are welcome to enjoy.
    It's a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood, We have a couple of shopping strips 5 min from home and bus station to take you to the Train, if you dont feel like walking for 30 min( to the city) The Bus can that you to some of the local centers and to a big shopping center /mall. There's several parks, An indoor swimming pool and Parkdale beach is about 35 min, We have a bicycle you can borrow if you like.

  • Easy access to venue of Australian Open. Homemade food such as jam or fruits are so good, it depends on season though. Very friendly cats and dogs are there. I never felt boring because I could play with them anytime.
