Welcome to The Burrows, a 1860's stone cottage we have sensitively reimagined & restored, opening it up to take in the ever changing view over Freycinet peninsula. A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

Relax over Summer @ the Lighthouse

(Edit 22/12/25: Unfortunately we were affected by the recent fires in Dolphin Sands. Our block was burned, but the Lighthouse itself was saved by firefighters. The beautiful surrounding bush has been lost. See photos) We think our architecturally designed house is a perfect romantic getaway. Welcome to Studio on Burgess - a stylishly appointed, comfortable one bedroom studio with lounge area, kitchenette and main bathroom. The studio enjoys its own private deck and garden area to relax as well as off street parking, with separate access from a main house, so you can come and go as you please. Ideally located with many of the towns attractions only minutes walk away including the town centre and its many eateries and shops, Bicheno blow hole and picturesque Rice Pebble Beach.

We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.
